Intercessione per le anime povere

La notte della morte abbraccia tutte le anime, che nel lasciare la Terra sono lontane da Dio a causa di un cammino di vita disamorevole, mediante la loro appartenenza all’avversario di Dio e quindi sono di volontà totalmente contraria. Queste perdono con la morte corporea la loro forza vitale ed ora sono totalmente prive di forza e luce esposte ai poteri dell’oscurità, che cercano di tirarle sempre più giù nel Regno spirituale, cioè, la loro volontà diventa sempre più servile per il male, e verso il basso può anche sviluppare della forza, perché le giunge dal basso. Ma per far diventare attiva la volontà nella giusta direzione, a loro manca la forza. E quindi queste anime sarebbero perdute irrevocabilmente senza salvezza, se degli esseri amorevoli non avessero pietà di loro; degli uomini sulla Terra, che pensano a loro in silenziosa intercessione trasmettendo, mediante una preghiera d’amore rivolta a loro, forza che guida la loro volontà al bene, oppure anche degli esseri di Luce, che vengono sempre di nuovo vicino a queste anime prive di forza e cercano di muoverle al cambiamento della loro volontà. Ma a loro può essere rivolta forza da quegli esseri di Luce solamente, quando loro stesse sono volonterose, di usare questa forza per l’agire nell’amore. Quindi dapprima deve assolutamente cambiare la volontà di queste anime, ed a questo aiuta l’intercessione degli uomini sulla Terra. Perché l’anima è priva di forza e non è in grado di cambiare da sé la volontà. Se non le viene trasmessa la forza mediante l’intercessione, allora è esposta alle forze dell’oscurità, e la salita verso l’Alto, lo staccarsi dal potere oscuro, è indicibilmente difficile e richiede molto tempo. Perché l’anima è nella più profonda non-conoscenza, e perciò è anche totalmente senza volontà di cambiare la sua situazione nell’aldilà. La preghiera per le anime erranti nell’aldilà è estremamente necessaria, se queste anime devono essere aiutate e gli uomini devono sfruttare ogni occasione per queste povere anime, perché gli uomini hanno ancora a disposizione la forza, che manca alle anime sofferenti miseria nel Regno spirituale. E’ un atto dell’amore per il prossimo, che non può essere valutato abbastanza alto, quando gli uomini aiutano le anime nella loro più grande miseria, nella loro assenza d’aiuto, perché senza forza e senza luce sono esposte ai poteri maligni. Ogni preghiera le strappa a quei poteri, ed appena l’anima ha percepito il beneficio di una preghiera donata loro in amore, è grata per ogni prestazione d’aiuto, ed usa anche questa forza della preghiera nel modo giusto. Distoglie la volontà dal male, ha sensibilità per la sofferenza di altre anime, e lei stessa comincia a sentire amore, più le viene dato amore dagli uomini mediante la preghiera. Perché una preghiera amorevole dissolve l’involucro più duro, e perciò non può essere dato abbastanza amore alle anime che sono dipartite dalla vita terrena nella notte più oscura dello spirito ed aspettano nell’aldilà in totale assenza di forza, finché mediante l’intercessione viene dato sollievo alla loro sorte. Allora anche lo sforzo degli esseri di Luce ha successo, che trasmette loro forza, appena l’anima è pronta ad usare questa forza per agire nell’amore. Perché allora la sua volontà è nella direzione giusta, tende verso l’Alto, ed ora viene anche tenuto conto di questa volontà. Ma dapprima è necessaria l’intercessione degli uomini sulla Terra, affinché la volontà totalmente spezzata si elevi e non diventi attiva nella direzione sbagliata. Ma la forza dell’amore procura un cambiamento della volontà. Ed allora l’anima è salva, perché comincia la sua lenta risalita, è sfuggita alle potenze dell’oscurità, perché l’amore è più forte ed una preghiera amorevole può strappare l’anima all’oscurità.

Intercession for the poor souls....

The night of death surrounds all souls who, at their departure from earth, are far from God through an unloving way of life, through their affiliation with God's adversary and are therefore of completely wrong will. These lose their vitality with bodily death and are now completely powerless and lightless at the mercy of the powers of darkness, which try to pull them ever deeper down in the spiritual kingdom, i.e., their will becomes ever more and more serviceable to evil, and it can also unfold power downwards because this comes to it from below. But in order to let the will become active in the right direction they lack strength. And thus these souls would be irredeemably lost if loving beings did not take pity on them.... people on earth who remember them in silent intercession and convey strength to them through a prayer of love which directs their will towards good, or also beings of light which again and again come close to these powerless souls and try to persuade them to change their will. But strength can only be given to them by these beings of light when they themselves are willing to use this strength to work in love. Thus the will of these souls has to change first, and the intercession of people on earth helps to achieve this. For the soul is powerless and unable to change its will by itself. If strength is not imparted to it through intercession then it is at the mercy of the forces of darkness, and the ascent upwards, the release from the dark power, is unspeakably difficult and requires a long time. For the soul is in profound ignorance, and therefore it is also completely unwilling to change its situation in the beyond. Prayer for the erring souls in the beyond is so extremely necessary if these souls are to be helped, and people should use every opportunity for these poor souls, because people still have strength at their disposal which the suffering souls in the spiritual kingdom lack. It is an act of neighbourly love which cannot be valued highly enough when people help the souls in their greatest need, in their helplessness, because they are at the mercy of evil forces without strength and without light. Every prayer for them wrests them from those powers, and as soon as the soul has felt the benefit of a prayer given to it in love it is grateful for every help, and it also uses the power of prayer in the right way.... It turns its will away from evil, it has sensitivity for the suffering of other souls, and it begins to feel love itself the more love is given to it through people's prayer.... For loving prayer melts the hardest cover, and therefore not enough love can be given to the souls which have departed from earthly life in dark spiritual night and remain in complete powerlessness in the beyond until their fate is eased through intercession. Then the light beings' efforts to impart strength to them will also be successful as soon as the soul is willing to use this strength to work with love. For then its will is in the right direction, it strives upwards, and this will is now also taken into account. Yet people's intercession on earth is necessary for the time being so that the completely broken will will rise up and not become active in the wrong direction.... But the strength of love brings about a change of will. And then the soul will be saved, for it will begin its slow ascent, it will have escaped the powers of darkness because love is stronger and a loving prayer can snatch the soul from darkness....
