L’importanza di stabilire sulla Terra il collegamento con Dio

E’ lasciata alla volontà dell’uomo di stabilire o no il collegamento con Dio. Ma è determinante per tutta l’Eternità se fa diventare attiva la sua volontà nel giusto modo, cioè per l’unificazione con Dio. Deve esprimere nei confronti di Dio l’ammissione della propria debolezza e disperazione attraverso una cosciente invocazione a Dio, attraverso la preghiera che può salire anche solo in pensieri a Colui che unicamente E’ forte e potente. L’uomo deve riconoscere che Dio E’ il Signore su Cielo e Terra e la riconoscenza ha poi anche per conseguenza la sottomissione alla Sua Volontà, cosa che è scopo e meta della vita terrena. Perché l’essere è potente solamente quando non si pone più al di fuori dalla Forza di Dio, ma opera nella stessa volontà con Dio con la Sua Forza, perché questa gli può affluire solo dopo, quando ha rinunciato alla sua resistenza di una volta contro Dio, quindi non esprime più nessun’altra volontà che la Volontà di Dio. La rinuncia della resistenza significa aumentata Forza, una trasformazione della propria assenza di Forza in affluente pienezza di Forza. L’uomo si mette in questo stato attraverso la preghiera, attraverso l’invocazione di Dio, che è l’ammissione della sua assenza di Forza e debolezza. Questo momento è il vero punto di svolta della sua vita, in cui si rivolge coscientemente a Dio. E questo momento deve assolutamente subentrare nella vita terrena, se il suo destino dev’essere deciso favorevolmente per l’Eternità. Perché lo stato della conoscenza che inizia comunque soltanto con questo momento, quindi è ancora di minimissima dimensione, conduce però inevitabilmente ad un maggior sapere, perché è spezzato il legaccio che è stato provocato dalla notte dello spirito. Se l’uomo ha una volta invocato Dio nella preghiera, se si è quindi rivolto alla potente Divinità, allora ora procede nel suo sviluppo verso l’Alto, perché lo sostiene la Forza di Dio. Ma finché non cerca di stabilire questo legame, finché lui stesso si crede forte o indipendente dalla Potenza superiore, il suo stato è inerme ed il suo spirito buio. Se entra nell’Eternità in un tale stato, la lotta quivi per la conoscenza è incredibilmente difficile, cioè non vi aspira, perché per lui non esiste nulla che gli sembra desiderabile. E questo stato è terribile, perché può sussistere attraverso delle Eternità e nell’aldilà l’opportunità di rivolgersi coscientemente a Dio viene ancora molto meno riconosciuta ed utilizzata come sulla Terra. Nella vita terrena la miseria e la sofferenza spinge sovente l’uomo a chiedere l’Aiuto, perché in lui diventa attiva la forza vitale e lo spinge a tendere ad un qualche cambiamento del suo stato. Nell’aldilà invece l’anima è totalmente apatica quando è inerme, che non intraprende nulla per la propria Redenzione, che sosta quindi inattiva, ma la sua volontà non viene costretta nemmeno nell’aldilà. Se nella vita terrena poco prima della sua morte, l’uomo ha ancora invocato l’eterna Divinità, la conoscenza di Questa gli rimane anche nell’aldilà, continua a pensare ed a dedurre, si allaccia a ciò dove ha smesso nella vita terrena, perché appena si è risvegliata una volta la fede in un Dio potente, non la lascia più cadere, ma si rivolge a Lui in ogni miseria spirituale, esso stesso riconosce il suo stato imperfetto e sà anche che non ha sfruttato pienamente la vita terrena. Attraverso l’invocazione di Dio la sua anima è già diventata una ricevente di Forza e percepisce questo afflusso di Forza come un aumentato desiderio per Dio, persino quando non è ancora degna della Sua Vicinanza. Perché questa è la manifestazione della divina Forza che la conduce inevitabilmente a Lui, dal Quale è proceduta, che quindi la Corrente della Forza di Dio desidera ritornare là e pure l’anima spinge verso di Lui. E questo desiderio per Dio è anche la più sicura garanzia per lo sviluppo spirituale verso l’ Alto nell’aldilà. Sulla Terra l’uomo cade ancora sovente nella vecchia vita, nel vecchio pensare, appena è uscito dalla grande miseria che lo ha indotto alla preghiera. Ma nell’aldilà rimane il desiderio per l’Aiuto di Dio, perché l’anima percepisce la sua assenza di Forza. Non sempre le è stato dato quell’Aiuto sulla Terra che ha chiesto nella preghiera e malgrado ciò l’anima ha percepito l’Amore di Dio al decesso ed ora ha sempre il desiderio per questo Amore, persino quando non ha raggiunto il grado di maturità per poter godere la Beatitudine della contemplazione di Dio nel Regno spirituale. Attraverso la cosciente invocazione di Dio è stato spezzato il bando ed ora nell’aldilà inizia subito il tendere spirituale, cioè appena l’anima è giunta alla conoscenza, la sua volontà diventa attiva ed il desiderio per Dio la stimola all’agire d’amore, mentre le anime alle quali manca la prima conoscenza, sostano sovente per tempi infiniti nella totale assenza di volontà e questo è anche uno stato dell’assenza di Forza, uno stato di tormenti e di disperazione ed un allontanamento degli esseri di Luce che vogliono aiutarle. Gli esseri di Luce possono assistere queste prime e le anime non si chiuderanno alle loro presentazioni e quindi procedono nel loro sviluppo. Più intimamente l’uomo ha stabilito sulla Terra il collegamento con Dio nella preghiera, più si è staccato dal potere opposto e meno l’anima nell’aldilà è esposta alle sue animosità. Perché Dio non lascia cadere l’anima che si è una volta rifugiata in Lui nella sua miseria ed oppressione ed una chiamata d’Aiuto proveniente dal cuore le procurerà anche sempre il successo spirituale, persino quando Dio nella Sua Sapienza ed Amore non esaudisce la richiesta terrena e termina la vita dell’uomo. Egli sà della debolezza di volontà dell’uomo ed Egli sà davvero meglio ciò che serve all’anima. E le vengono sempre date le possibilità di sviluppo più grandi possibili, sia sulla Terra come anche nell’aldilà. Ma nulla è così necessario ed importante come riconoscere l’eterna Divinità ancora nella vita terrena, quanto la cosciente presa di contatto con Dio nella preghiera. Perché allora l’uomo riconosce su di sé un Essere potente e forte e confessa la sua debolezza e disperazione. Ed allora Dio lo afferra e lo aiuta inevitabilmente verso l’Alto.

Importance of establishing a connection with God while still on earth....

It is left to the will of man to establish the union with God or not. However, it is decisive for the whole of eternity whether he allows his will to become active in the right way, namely towards union with God.... He must express the admission of his own weakness and helplessness towards God through a conscious call to God, through prayer, which can also only be sent up in thought to Him, Who alone is strong and mighty. The human being has to acknowledge that God is lord over heaven and earth, and this acknowledgement then also results in submission to His will, which is the purpose and goal of earthly life. For the being is only then powerful when it no longer places itself outside of God's power but works in the same will with God out of His power, because the power from God can only then flow towards it when it has given up its former resistance against God, thus no longer expresses any other will than God's will. Giving up resistance therefore means increased strength.... a transformation of one's own powerlessness into an inflowing abundance of strength.... A person enters this state through prayer, through the call of God, which is an admission of his powerlessness and weakness.... This moment is the actual turning point in his life, when he consciously turns to God. And this moment must absolutely occur in earthly life if his fate is to be decided favourably for eternity. For it is the state of realization which, although it only begins at this moment and is therefore still of the smallest extent, inevitably leads to increased knowledge because the spell which caused the night of the spirit has been broken. Once a person has called upon God in prayer, i.e. once he has turned to the powerful deity, his higher development will progress because the strength from God will support him. However, as long as he does not try to establish this bond, as long as he believes himself to be strong or independent of a stronger power, his state is powerless and his spirit is dark. If he enters eternity in such a state, his struggle for realization there is incredibly difficult, i.e. he does not strive for it because there is nothing for him that seems worth striving for. And this state is dreadful because it can last for eternities and in the beyond the opportunity to consciously turn to God is even less recognized and utilized than on earth. In earthly life the hardship and suffering often drives the human being to ask for help because the life force becomes active in him and drives him to strive for any change of his state. In the beyond, however, the soul is completely apathetic as soon as it is powerless, that it does nothing for its own redemption, that it therefore remains inactive, but its will is not forced in the beyond either. If the human being called upon the eternal deity in earthly life shortly before his death, then the knowledge of Him will remain with him in the beyond, he will continue to think and reason, he will pick up where he left off in earthly life, for once faith in a powerful God has awakened in him he will never let go of it but will turn to Him in every spiritual adversity, he will recognize his own imperfect state and he will also know that he has not made full use of earthly life. Through God's call he has already become a recipient of strength and his soul experiences this flow of strength as an increased desire for God, even if it is not yet worthy of His presence. For this is the manifestation of divine strength, that it inevitably leads towards Him from Whom it originated, that the stream of strength flowing from God thus longs to return there and likewise urges the soul towards Him.... And this longing for God is also the surest guarantee for spiritual higher development in the beyond.... On earth the human being often still falls back into the old life, into the old thinking, as soon as he has come out of the great adversity that caused him to pray. In the beyond, however, the longing for God's help remains because the soul feels its lack of strength.... This help it requested in prayer was not always granted to it on earth and yet the soul felt God's love when it passed away and now it constantly longs for this love, even if it has not attained the degree of maturity to be able to enjoy the bliss of beholding God in the spiritual kingdom. The spell has been broken by God's conscious call and spiritual striving immediately sets in in the beyond, that is, as soon as the soul has attained realization its will becomes active and the desire for God stimulates it into loving activity.... whereas souls which lack the first realization often remain in complete lack of will for endless times and this is also a state of weakness, a state of torment and despair and turning away from the beings of light which want to help them. The beings of light can likewise help the former and the souls will not close themselves to their ideas and thus progress in their development. The more intimately a person has established a connection with God in prayer on earth, the more he has detached himself from the opposing power and the less the soul is exposed to its hostilities in the beyond. For God will not abandon the soul which has once fled to Him in its distress and affliction, and a heartfelt cry for help will always bring it spiritual success, even if God, in His wisdom and love, does not fulfil the earthly request and ends the human being's life. He knows about people's weakness of will and so He truly knows best what serves the soul. And He will always give it the greatest possible opportunities for development, both on earth and in the beyond. Yet nothing is as necessary and significant as recognizing the eternal deity while still on earth.... as consciously contacting God in prayer.... For then the human being recognizes a powerful and mighty being above him and confesses his weakness and helplessness.... And then God takes hold of him and inevitably helps him to ascend....
