Gesù Cristo ha riconosciuto la grandezza della colpa degli uomini

Voi uomini non potete misurare la grandezza della vostra colpa verso Dio e perciò anche l’Opera di Redenzione di Cristo non può esservi chiarita in tutto il suo Significato, finché non siete penetrati nel sapere spirituale. Perciò è anche così grande la volontà di rifiuto, perché il pensiero della Redenzione non è conciliabile con il sentimento di libertà, che è fortemente sviluppato nell’uomo. Quindi non conosce lo stato legato della sua volontà, finché gli manca il sapere di questo, di conseguenza anche il sapere su Colui, il Quale lo libera dal suo stato legato, perché sulla Terra non percepisce lo stato legato come tormento, dato che ha appunto la libera volontà. Lui non sa che da questo stato legato non potrebbe liberarsi per dei tempi eterni, se Gesù Cristo attraverso la Sua morte sulla Croce non avesse compiuto per lui l’Opera di Redenzione. Egli non conosce il potere del maligno, che ha una grande influenza sulla sua volontà finché dimora sulla Terra e che, malgrado la sua volontà sia libera, cade sotto quest’influenza, perché egli stesso è troppo debole per poter prestare resistenza. Non conosce l’effetto sulle terribili conseguenze di un fallimento di questa libera volontà. Egli non sa che l’avversario lo mette di nuovo in catene per delle Eternità e che deve languire con insopportabile tormento nell’aldilà, se lui stesso dovesse espiare l’ingiustizia di un tempo contro Dio, perché non conosce la grandezza della sua colpa. Gesù Cristo però la riconosceva come Uomo, cioè l’Uomo Gesù attraverso il Suo cammino di Vita nell’Amore era penetrato nel sapere più profondo sullo stato ur di tutto l’essenziale, sul suo ultragrande errore ed il suo effetto, che Egli riconosceva la debole volontà dell’uomo e la sua assenza di resistenza verso il nemico della sua anima. Egli voleva aiutare gli uomini ad avere una forte volontà che resista alle tentazioni del nemico e che potesse utilizzare il tempo del suo cammino terreno per la definitiva liberazione da lui e dal suo potere, cioè dalla sua influenza. Per riscattare per gli uomini questa forza di volontà rafforzata, Egli ha dato la sua Vita sulla Croce. Il Prezzo di Riscatto era il Suo Sangue, che doveva portare la Redenzione agli uomini dalla più grande miseria, che Egli vedeva bensì nella Sua Perfezione e perciò la voleva allontanare da ogni singolo uomo. Il Suo ultragrande Amore voleva diminuire la sofferenza delle anime non redenti nell’aldilà, perché sapeva che nessun uomo si poteva liberare con la propria forza sulla Terra dalla terribile colpa che l’essere aveva caricato su di sè attraverso la sua caduta da Dio. Il riconoscere questa colpa spingeva la Sua Volontà all’estrema Attività ed Egli compiva un’Opera, che mai nessun uomo prima era pronto a compiere, perché esigeva il più profondo amore, e che nemmeno nessun uomo prima era capace di eseguire, perché questa Opera di Redenzione richiedeva una immane Forza di Volontà, che l’Uomo Gesù ha portato al più sublime Sviluppo attraverso il Suo Agire nell’Amore e del Suo cammino di Vita. Tutta l’umanità doveva partecipare a questa Opera di Redenzione. Egli non morì solamente per una generazione, ma per tutti gli uomini, che devono passare attraverso la vita terrena come esseri non redenti, per diventare liberi definitivamente. Ma la volontarietà di lasciarsi redimere deve precedere, per poter anche partecipare alle Benedizioni dell’Opera di Redenzione. L’uomo deve riconoscere l’Opera di Redenzione come anche il divino Redentore Gesù Cristo, se vuole far parte di coloro dai quali veniva tolta la terribile colpa verso Dio attraverso Gesù Cristo, il Quale ha dato Sé Stesso come Espiazione, per diminuire la colpa di peccato di tutti gli esseri e di portar loro la Redenzione.

Jesus Christ recognized the greatness of human guilt....

You humans cannot assess the extent of your guilt towards God and therefore the full significance of Christ's act of salvation cannot be made clear to you until you have penetrated spiritual knowledge. And that is why the will to reject is often so strong, because the idea of redemption is not compatible with the feeling of freedom, which is strongly developed in the human being. Thus he does not recognize the bondage of his will as long as he lacks the knowledge about it.... consequently, neither does he recognize the one Who redeemed him from bondage because he does not experience the bound state on earth as torment, since he has free will after all. He does not realize that he would not be able to free himself from this bound state for eternity if Jesus Christ had not accomplished the work of redemption for him through His death on the cross. He does not know about the power of evil, which has great influence on his will as long as he remains on earth, and that, although his will is free, he falls prey to this influence because he himself is too weak to be able to resist it. And he does not know about the consequences, about the dreadful consequences of a failure of this free will.... He does not know that the adversary will put him back in chains for eternity and that he will have to languish in unbearable agony in the beyond if he has to atone for his former injustice against God Himself, for he does not know the extent of his guilt.... But Jesus Christ recognized this as a human being, i.e., through His way of life in love the human being Jesus had penetrated into the deepest knowledge of the original state of all beings, of their immense transgression and its consequences, that He recognized the human being's weak will and his lack of resistance towards the enemy of his soul. And He wanted to help people develop a strong will which would be able to withstand the enemy's temptations and utilize the time of his life on earth for his final liberation from him and his power, i.e. his influence. And in order to purchase this increased willpower for people, He gave His life on the cross. His blood was the purchase price that was to bring people redemption from the greatest adversity, which He probably overlooked in His perfection and therefore wanted to avert from every single person. His immense love wanted to reduce the suffering of the unredeemed souls in the beyond, for He knew that no human being could free himself on earth from the dreadful guilt that the being had brought upon himself through his apostasy from God. The realization of this guilt impelled His will to extreme activity and He accomplished a work which no human being had ever been willing to carry out before because it required profound love and which no human being had ever been able to accomplish before either, for this act of salvation required immense strength of will which the man Jesus brought to its highest development through His activity of love and His way of life. And the whole of humanity was to share in this work of redemption. He died not just for one generation, but for all people who, as unredeemed beings, have to go through life on earth in order to finally become free. But the willingness to be redeemed must precede this in order to be able to share in the blessings of the work of redemption. The human being must recognize the act of salvation as well as the divine redeemer Jesus Christ if he wants to belong to those from whom the dreadful guilt against God was taken away through Jesus Christ, Who gave Himself as atonement in order to reduce the guilt of sin of all beings and to bring them redemption....
