“Vedi, Io sto dinanzi alla porta e busso.... “

Ci sono innumerevoli momenti nella vita terrena, quando Dio bussa ai cuori degli uomini e desidera entrarvi, quando viene a loro nella Parola, sia attraverso la bocca d’uomo oppure attraverso la voce del cuore. E nessun uomo può dire che Dio non avesse badato a lui. Egli desidera entrare nel cuore di ogni uomo, per poter ora diventare efficace in lui, perché la trasformazione dell’anima può svolgersi solo nell’avvalersi della Forza da Dio, che affluisce all’uomo nella Sua Parola. Quindi la Parola di Dio dev’essere ascoltata, affinché l’uomo tramite la sua vita secondo questa Parola, entri in possesso della Forza da Dio. E’ la manifestazione della Sua Volontà, che Dio fa giungere agli uomini attraverso la Sua Parola. Se ora l’uomo fa la Volontà di Dio, allora non si oppone più al suo Creatore, ma Lo riconosce. Quindi entra nel giusto rapporto verso Dio, non va più contro, ma con Lui. Si unisce con Dio, Gli si sottomette e d’ora in poi non fa più la sua propria volontà, ma la Volontà di Dio. Anche se l’uomo cammina ancora sulla Terra, è già un aspirante al Regno spirituale, perché ha superato il tempo di prova sulla Terra che gli era dato solamente per trovare l’unificazione con Dio. L’Amore divino Stesso ora gli Si avvicina e rimane con lui in intimo collegamento, lo nutre continuamente con la Parola, che per lui è il Pane del Cielo. Perché ora Dio ristora l’uomo con il Cibo del Cielo, dà Sé Stesso a lui nella Parola e quindi è continuamente con lui. Gli trasmette il sapere sulla Verità, e fa dell’uomo un portatore di Luce, che può agire ed agirà nuovamente per amore, che ora è pure volenteroso di amare e vorrebbe condurre oltre il Dono divino. Ed ora alla Tavola del Signore si potranno ristorare anche i prossimi volenterosi, anche a loro viene offerto il Pane nella Parola, senza il quale l’uomo non ha la Forza di percorrere la via terrena che conduce in Alto. E verrà saziato chi ha fame e sete per il Dono del Cielo. Vi sarà un ininterrotto dare e ricevere di ciò che Dio Stesso elargisce a coloro che Gli concedono l’accesso nel loro cuore. Dio Stesso vuole Essere attivo in lui, perciò Egli desidera entrare sempre e sempre di nuovo. Se un uomo non sente che Egli bussa, se non vuole sentire quando la Voce divina risuona dolcemente udibile, la Sua Voce diventa più forte. Allora Egli arriva agli uomini in forma di sofferenza e vuole renderSi riconoscibile ed offrire loro il Suo Aiuto. Egli esige sempre soltanto che Gli diano ascolto, che badino alla Sua Voce, che non chiudano i loro cuori alla Sua Voce che ammonisce. Perché senza la Sua Parola l’uomo non può condurre il cammino della sua vita terrena secondo la Volontà divina, perché senza la Sua Parola gli manca ogni Forza.

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock...."

There are countless moments in earthly life when God knocks on people's hearts and desires entry.... where He comes to them in the word, either through the mouth of man or through the voice of the heart. And not one person can say that God has not taken notice of him. He desires entry into every human heart in order to be able to take effect in it, for the transformation of the soul can only take place with the help of the power from God, which flows to the human being in His word. Thus the word of God must be listened to so that the human being comes into possession of the power from God through his life according to this word. It is the expression of His will which God sends to man through His word. If man now does the will of God, he no longer opposes his creator but recognizes Him. He therefore enters into the right relationship with God, he no longer goes against Him but with Him.... He unites himself with God, he submits himself to Him and from now on no longer does his own will, but the will of God. Although the human being still walks on earth, he is already an aspirant of the spiritual kingdom, for he has passed the probationary period on earth, which was only given to him in order to find union with God in it. Divine love itself now approaches him and remains in close union with him, it continues to feed him with the word, which is the bread of heaven for him. For God now refreshes the human being with the food of heaven, He gives Himself to him in the word and is therefore constantly with him. He imparts the knowledge of truth to him, and He turns the human being into a bearer of light who can and will work again out of his love, who is now likewise willing to love and wants to pass on divine gifts. And willing fellow human beings will now also be allowed to feast at the lord's table.... they too will be offered the bread in the word, without which man does not have the strength to walk the earthly path leading upwards. And those who hunger and thirst for the gift of heaven will be satisfied. It will be an uninterrupted giving and receiving of what God Himself hands out to those who grant Him admittance into their hearts. God Himself wants to be active in them, therefore He desires admittance again and again. If a person does not hear His knocking, if he does not want to listen when the divine voice sounds softly audible.... His voice becomes louder. Then He comes to people in the form of suffering and wants to make Himself known and offer them His help. He only ever demands that they listen to Him, that they heed His voice, that they do not close their hearts to His admonishing voice. For without His word the human being cannot live his earthly life according to divine will, for without His word he lacks all strength....
