Le Pretese - Seguire Gesù - Il Perdono dei peccati

Le Pretese che Dio pone all’uomo, sono oggi le stesse come al tempo del Cammino di Gesù sulla Terra. Il Signore ha dato il Suo Sangue per tutti i peccatori, quindi Egli ha preso anche su di Sé la colpa di peccato. Ad ogni uomo stavano a disposizione le Grazie dell’Opera di Redenzione, se la riconosceva come tale. E lo stesso lo pretende il Signore ancora oggi. Dev’essere riconosciuto la Divinità di Gesù e l’infinito Amore di Dio per gli uomini, che Egli ha estinto ogni loro colpa di peccato con il Suo Sangue. Il Dono di Dio, l’estinzione della colpa di peccato, era un Regalo immeritato, che solo l’ultragrande Amore di Dio ha offerto agli uomini. Ma questo Regalo non può mai essere assegnato a quell’uomo, che lo rifiuta coscientemente. L’uomo deve riconoscere la sua indegnità, deve rendersi conto, quanto profondamente è sprofondato attraverso il suo peccato e quanto si è allontanato dall’eterna Divinità. Nella conoscenza della sua indegnità deve supplicare il Padre nel Cielo per la Compassione, confessarGli la sua indegnità e per via dell’Opera di Redenzione, per via del grande Amore di Gesù, chiedere nella più profonda fede la liberazione dalla sua colpa di peccato a Gesù Cristo, al divino Redentore. Se ora l’uomo Gli presenta tutti i suoi peccati, se diventa piccolo e si abbassa davanti al misericordioso Amore di Dio, se ora nella più profonda umiltà chiede la Grazia e presenta sé e la sua colpa di peccato all’eterno Giudice per il Verdetto, il Signore farà passare la Grazia per il Diritto. Per via del Suo Figlio estinguerà tutta la colpa e Si chinerà a questo figlio colmo di Compassione, che ha pregato coscientemente la Grazia dell’Opera di Redenzione e si è deciso a diventare seguace di Gesù. Perché chi desidera essere redento per via di Gesù, si sforzerà anche a formare il suo cammino di vita secondo la Volontà del Signore. Si prenderà d’Esempio il divino Redentore, cercherà di seguirLo, e per lui l’Opera di Redenzione non sarà soltanto un Atto unico del Perdono dei peccati, ma il motivo per una vita totalmente nuova. Da lui sarà tolta ogni colpa e con questa sarà anche spezzato il potere dell’avversario di esercitare mai una grande influenza su un tale uomo, che si è dato coscientemente al Salvatore, mentre entrava nella cerchia di coloro per i quali il Signore ha dato la Sua Vita.

Demands.... following Jesus.... forgiveness of sins....

The demands that God now makes of man are the same today as they were at the time of Jesus' walk on earth. The lord gave His blood for all sinners, and so He also took upon Himself the guilt of sin of all. Every person was entitled to the graces of the work of redemption if he regocnized it as such. And the lord still demands the same today. The divinity of Jesus and the infinite love of God for mankind must be regocnized, that He has redeemed all their sins with His blood. The gift of God, the redemption of the guilt of sin, was an undeserved gift that only the immense love of God offered mankind. But this gift can never again be given to a person who consciously rejects it. Man must regocnize his unworthiness, he must be aware of how low he has sunk through his sin and how far he has distanced himself from the eternal Godhead.... recognizing his unworthiness, he must implore the father in heaven for mercy, confess his unworthiness to Him and, for the sake of the work of redemption, for the sake of Jesus' immense love, ask for deliverance from his guilt of sin in the deepest faith in Jesus Christ, the divine redeemer. If man now presents all his sins to Him, if he becomes small and lowly before the merciful love of God, if he now begs for mercy in the deepest humility and places himself and his guilt of sin before the eternal judge for judgement, the lord will grant mercy for justice.... For the sake of His son, He will cancel all guilt and, full of mercy, incline Himself to this child who has consciously asked for the grace of the work of redemption and decided to follow Jesus.... For whoever desires to be redeemed for the sake of Jesus will also endeavour to shape his way of life according to the will of the lord. He will take the divine saviour as his model, he will strive to follow Him, and the work of redemption will not only be an act of one-time forgiveness of sins for him, but the occasion for a completely new life.... All guilt will be removed from him and with it the power of the adversary will be broken to ever exert great influence on such a person who consciously gave himself to the lord and saviour by entering the circle of those for whom the lord laid down His life....
