La preghiera

E così dovete rimanere nella preghiera, perché siete figlioletti deboli, che hanno sempre bisogno dell’Aiuto del Padre. E la vostra preoccupazione deve sempre essere di mostrarvi degni del Suo Aiuto, perché quello che vi fa il Padre nel Cielo, lo fa per Amore per voi. Se ora volete possedere il Suo Amore, allora Gli dovete dimostrare, che siete figli suoi, mentre eseguite la Sua Volontà. E per questo avete bisogno di Forza, che dovete supplicare nella preghiera di fede. Perciò questa è il primo gradino verso l’Alto; il figlio terreno può fare tutto se si rifugia nella preghiera, perché il Padre Stesso vi ha dato la Promessa con le Sue Parole: Chiedete e vi sarà dato, bussate e vi sarà aperto. Ogni chiamata che viene dal cuore, penetra al Padre e troverà anche l’esaudimento, se serve alla salvezza dell’anima dell’uomo. Il potere della preghiera è così grande, che al figlio terreno viene inviata in aiuto insospettata Forza spirituale ed ogni richiesta verrà esaudita, se è nella Volontà del Padre celeste. Ma può essere esaudita sola quella preghiera, che viene inviata su al Padre umilmente chiedendo ed in infantile fiducia, la preghiera deve riflettere il giusto rapporto verso Dio. Come un figlio presenta al Padre la sua faccenda, così il figlio terreno supplicante deve venire con ogni faccenda a Lui, dalla Cui Potenza dipende unicamente di adempiere ogni richiesta. La preghiera è il cosciente collegamento con Dio, perché premette anche la fede, che una Potenza superiore ha ogni Forza e che Dio ama le sue creature. Dimostra, che la creatura riconosce il suo Creatore, la preghiera stabilisce il giusto rapporto fra i Due, e la preghiera dimostra il desiderio del figlio terreno per il Padre del Cosmo. E se ora pregate e presentate la vostra faccenda al Signore, vi dichiarate per lo Spirito Ur, che E’ la vostra Origine, e prendete il ponte che conduce alla riunificazione, perché la preghiera è il primo passo verso il Padre, la preghiera è l’unica possibilità di giungere dall’abisso in Alto, perché attraverso la preghiera al figlio terreno viene trasmesso Forza e Vigore per cominciare il lavoro su di sé, sulla sua anima, e quindi per pontificare la voragine che lo separa dal Padre. E se l’uomo ha da sostenere delle lotte, non importa di quale genere, la preghiera è sempre il rifugio verso Colui, il Quale può mettere fine ad ogni difficoltà. Se pregate nel modo giusto, cioè nello Spirito e nella Verità, la vostra supplica verrà udita, affinché nella fede nel Suo Amore ed Onnipotenza diventiate forti.

Prayer....

And so you should persevere in prayer, for you are weak little children who always need the father's help. And your concern should always be to prove yourselves worthy of His help, for whatever the father in heaven does for you He does out of love for you. If you now want to possess this love of His you must prove to Him that you are His children by complying with His will.... And for this you need strength, which you should implore in faithful prayer. And therefore prayer is the first rung upwards; the earthly child is able to do everything if it resorts to prayer, for the father Himself has given you the promise with His words: Ask and it will be given to you.... knock and it will be opened to you.... Every call that comes from the heart reaches the father and will also be heard if it is useful for the salvation of a person's soul. The power of prayer is so great that undreamt-of spiritual strength is sent to help the earthly child and every request is granted if it is in accordance with the will of the heavenly father. Yet only prayer which is sent up to the father in humble supplication and childlike trust can be answered.... prayer must reflect the right relationship with God.... As a child presents its request to the father, so the asking earthly child should come to Him with every request, in Whose power alone it lies to fulfil every request. Prayer is the conscious connection with God.... For prayer also presupposes the belief that a higher power has all authority and that God loves His creatures. It proves that the creature regocnizes its creator.... prayer establishes the right relationship between the two, and prayer proves the desire of the earthly child for the father of the universe. And thus, when you pray and present your request to the lord, you acknowledge the original spirit, Who is your origin, and you enter the bridge which leads to reunification, for prayer is the first step towards the father.... prayer is the only way to ascend from the abyss, for it is through prayer that the earthly child receives the strength and vigour to start working on itself, on its soul, and thus to bridge the gulf which separates it from the father.... And if the human being has to endure battles of whatever kind, prayer is always the refuge to the one Who can put an end to everything that is difficult.... If you pray correctly, i.e. in spirit and in truth, your supplications will be heard so that you will become strong in faith in His love and omnipotence....
