“Non come il mondo dà.... ”

Mi serve colui, che Mi cerca e tende ad adempiere la Mia Volontà. E voglio formare il suo cuore e rivolgere i suoi sensi totalmente a Me. I pesi della Terra devono solo contribuire ad aumentare la nostalgia di Me; l’uomo deve riconoscere in Me il Salvatore da ogni miseria, e la sua profondissima supplica dev’essere rivolta all’unificazione con Me. Più il figlio terreno langue, più nostalgico Mi desidera e quando è quasi morto di languore, Io Sto davanti a lui vivissimamente. E la sua nostalgia viene calmata, il Mio Amore gli elargisce ciò che lo rende infinitamente felice. Non come vi dà il mondo provvedo a voi, perché il mondo ricompensa con tesori terreni, ma Io ho delle gioie del Cielo pronte per voi, e queste gioie non sono per nulla periture, ma durano in eterno e sono delle delizie celesti inesauribili. La felicità terrena è condizionata dalla gioia nel possesso, quindi l’uomo cercherà sempre di possedere ciò che gli sembra desiderabile. Ma le gioie celesti sono fondate nello stesso tempo nel dare come nel ricevere, perché tutto è guidato dall’amore, e chi ama, vuole dare nella stessa misura come lui stesso riceve. Afferrate perciò la Benignità di Dio, la Sua Longanimità e la Sua Misericordia, che Egli offre Sé Stesso a tutte le creature sulla Terra come la felicità più sublime, che ognuno può soltanto desiderare l’unificazione con Lui, per venire provveduto con indescrivibile delizia dall’eterna Divinità, che offre agli uomini sulla Terra, che sostano in costante rifiuto, sempre di nuovo il Suo Amore, perché non vuole che debbano perdere questa più sublime felicità, e che la Sua Pazienza con gli uomini non conosce limiti e che cerca di venir loro incontro in ogni modo. Egli vuole che tutto l’immaturo riconosca il suo stato e sforzi sé stesso di giungere in Alto, e che si formi così attraverso la Grazia di Dio in un essere donante come ricevente.

"Not as the world gives you...."

He who seeks Me and strives to fulfil My will serves Me. And I want to mould his heart and completely turn his mind towards Me. The burdens of earth should only contribute towards increasing the longing for Me; the human being should recognize in Me the saviour from all adversity and his deepest plea should be for union with Me. The more the earthly child worships, the more it longs for Me, and when it almost despairs, I stand before it most vividly. And his longing is satisfied and My love hands out to him what makes him unspeakably happy. Not as the world gives you do I consider you.... For the world rewards you with earthly treasures, but I have the joys of heaven in store for you, and these joys are by no means fleeting but eternal and inexhaustible heavenly delights. Earthly happiness is conditioned by the joy of possession, so man will always strive to possess what seems desirable to him. Heavenly joys, however, are founded equally in giving and receiving.... For everything is guided by love, and he who loves wants to give in the same measure as he himself receives. Therefore grasp God's goodness, His longsuffering and His mercy that He offers Himself as supreme happiness to all creatures on earth.... that everyone may only desire union with Him in order to be indescribably blissfully blessed by the eternal deity.... that He offers His love time and again to people who remain in constant defence because He does not want them to lose this supreme happiness.... and that His patience with people knows no bounds and that He tries to come closer to them in every way.... He wants all immaturity to recognize its condition and to make every effort to ascend and thus, through God's grace, to shape itself into a giving and receiving being....
