La demande consciente de Grâce à travers la prière – la non volonté de croire

Se servir consciemment de la Grâce divine procure le plus haut succès spirituel. Lorsque l'homme demande la Grâce de Dieu dans la prière, son âme se déclare pour Dieu et à un être tourné vers Dieu la Force divine afflue sans cesse, vu que sans cette Force l'âme ne peut pas lutter pour arriver en haut. Mais Dieu veut attirer à Lui la substance animique et donc Il sera toujours disposé à l'aider pour qu'elle atteigne son but. L'homme doit seulement vouloir recevoir pour recevoir ce qui est nécessaire pour son développement vers le Haut. Mais la prière montre la volonté de l'homme pour Dieu et ainsi il peut lui être offert tout moyen d'aide, c’est la Grâce divine, et la remontée vers le Haut lui est rendue facile. Mais les hommes ne profitent pas très souvent de la Grâce mise à leur disposition. Ils ne s'unissent pas avec Dieu dans la Prière pour demander Sa Force pour leur chemin de vie et donc ils ne peuvent pas mûrir spirituellement, parce que l'apport de Grâce ne peut pas avoir lieu s’il n'est pas désiré consciemment. L'Amour et la Grâce de Dieu agissent certes constamment et sans différence sur les hommes en les mettant toujours de nouveau dans des situations où ils pourraient chercher le contact avec Dieu dans la prière, mais cela suppose la foi dans une Puissance qui Est de bonne volonté et capable d'aider. L'humanité manque de cette foi et donc elle ne désire pas l'afflux de Force d'une Entité qu’elle ne reconnaît pas. Mais il est facile croire dans cette Entité si l'homme y réfléchit sérieusement. La réflexion cependant est laissée à sa volonté et par conséquent l'absence de foi est impardonnable. On ne peut jamais parler d’incapacité de croire, mais plutôt que l'absence de foi est une non volonté de croire, et cela rend impossible l'afflux de la Grâce divine, parce qu'elle n'est pas demandée en connaissance de cause dans la prière. Et donc l'homme qui ne peut pas prier est une pauvre créature qui fait pitié et qui peut être aidée seulement à travers une affectueuse intervention, pour qu'elle change sa mentalité et arrive à la connaissance. À travers l'intervention d'une personne, du prochain, ou bien être un effet de la Grâce, mais il est laissé de nouveau à lui-même l'utilisation de celle-ci, parce qu'un être à qui la Grâce divine voudrait affluer contre sa volonté, serait poussé contre sa volonté dans un degré supérieur de maturité, et cela ne serait pas approprié pour lui, parce que l'être perçoit la non-liberté, donc sent que, sans qu’il l’ai voulu, son état a été changé et cela n’entraine aucune Béatitude pour l'être. Les Grâces qui sont à la disposition de l'homme sont inépuisables, mais la volonté de l'homme doit les demander consciemment. L’apport de Grâce est impossible sans la prière, bien que toute la vie terrestre soit à considérer comme une grande Grâce, parce qu'elle a été concédée à la substance animique à travers le très grand Amour de Dieu, pour qu'il puisse s'approcher à Lui. Mais même cette Grâce peut rester sans succès lorsque l'homme ne se rend pas compte que la vie terrestre, l'incarnation en tant qu’homme, est une Grâce, s’il évalue la vie terrestre seulement d’une manière purement terrestre et que donc il l'utilise seulement d’une manière terrestre et laisse inaperçu chaque développent spirituel vers le Haut.

Consciously requesting grace through prayer.... not-wanting-to-believe....

The conscious utilization of divine grace brings the highest spiritual success. As soon as the human being requests God's grace in prayer his soul professes its faith in God, and divine strength will constantly flow to a God-focussed being, since without this strength the soul cannot ascend. But God wants to draw the beingness up to Himself and will therefore always be willing to help this beingness to reach its goal. The human being may only want to receive in order to then also receive what is necessary for his higher development. But prayer proves the human being's will towards God, and thus he can be offered every means of help.... divine grace.... and the ascent to the heights is made easy. But people do not very often avail themselves of the grace they are entitled to.... They do not connect with God in prayer in order to ask for His strength for their way of life and therefore cannot mature spiritually either, because the gift of grace cannot take place if it is not consciously desired. God's love and grace is indeed constantly and indiscriminately at work in people insofar as they repeatedly find themselves in situations where they could seek contact with God in prayer, yet this presupposes faith in a power Which is willing and able to help, and humanity lacks this faith and thus does not desire the influx of strength from an entity Which it does not recognize. But it is easy to believe in this entity if a person thinks about it seriously. Thinking, however, is left to his will and therefore lack of faith is inexcusable.... One can never speak of not being able to believe, (but) rather faithlessness is a not wanting to believe, which therefore also makes the influx of divine grace impossible because it is not consciously requested in prayer. And that is why a person who cannot pray is a miserable, pitiful creature who can only be helped through loving intercession so that his mind will change and he will come to realization.... A fellow human being can be granted grace through a person's intercession, yet he is free to make use of it, for a being which would like to receive divine grace against its will would also be pushed into a higher degree of maturity against its will, which would not suit it because the being senses its lack of freedom, thus it feels that its state has been changed beyond its will and that this does not signify happiness for the being. The favours which are at man's disposal are inexhaustible, but man's will must consciously request them. The granting of grace without prayer is impossible, even though the whole of earthly life is to be regarded as a great favour, for it was granted to the being through God's greater than great love so that it can come close to Him. Yet even this grace can remain unsuccessful if the human being is not aware of the fact that earthly life, the embodiment as a human being, is a grace.... if he only values earthly life purely earthly and therefore only utilizes it earthly and disregards all spiritual higher development....
