Le spirituel reste dans une position de refus vis-à-vis des forces qui voudraient le forcer sous leur volonté dès que cette volonté n'est ni bonne ni noble. C'est-à-dire dès que l'homme est influencé par des forces mauvaises de sorte que ses pensées ne correspondent pas à la Volonté divine, et maintenant cet homme cherche de nouveau à agir sur d’autres hommes qui sont sous l'influence de Forces bonnes, alors le spirituel bon protégera l'homme de l’action de ces forces mauvaises en entreprenant la lutte contre le spirituel qui veut le déterminer à agir et à penser d’une manière ignoble. Donc il est mené un combat dans le monde spirituel pour que l'homme succombe à l'influence mauvaise et qu’ensuite la lutte du spirituel lumineux devienne plus difficile pour l'âme de l'homme. Les forces mauvaises peuvent se manifester de beaucoup de façons, mais elles poussent toujours l'homme à quelque chose qui ne correspond pas à la Volonté divine. Mais la volonté de l'homme de marcher sur la voie droite donne aux Forces spirituelles bonnes le droit d'intervenir en aidant là où c’est nécessaire. Et donc la liaison avec ces êtres doit être maintenue, parce qu'ainsi l'homme fournit le droit à ces êtres spirituels d'intervenir comme protecteurs, parce que l'homme lui-même est trop faible pour combattre avec succès contre l'influence de ces forces mauvaises. L'adversaire ne se laisse pas dessaisir de ces âmes sans lutte. Il cherche toujours et toujours de nouveau à détruire ce que les êtres de Lumière ont édifié. Souvent ils viennent sous le manteau d’une très profonde religiosité et cherchent à guider l'homme sur une autre voie. Apparemment ils veulent la même chose, mais leur but est entièrement opposé, parce qu'ils veulent éteindre la Lumière que les êtres spirituels bons cherchent à répandre parmi les hommes. Et pour cela ils se servent de toutes les âmes de bonne volonté, c'est-à-dire qu’ils parlent à travers les hommes eux-mêmes, et ceux-ci sont trop facilement prêt à exécuter leurs intentions parce qu'ils ne reconnaissent pas le jeu de dupe qui veut faire tomber leurs âmes. Et ainsi ils sont des domestiques de bonne volonté, ils exécutent ce que l'adversaire leur inspire mentalement. Et si les Forces bonnes ne cherchaient pas à protéger l'homme en aiguisant ses sens et en fortifiant sa volonté pour repousser ce que ces forces veulent lui inspirer, l'homme serait exposé à ce jeu de dupe et donc il serait en grand danger. Mais ainsi il pourra résister plus facilement, il reconnaîtra même là où les forces mauvaises commencent à agir, et par sa propre poussée il évitera ces hommes partout où cela sera possible, ou bien il leur opposera tant de résistance que la force contraire sera paralysée ou bien se cherchera d’autres créatures qui se laisseront opprimer sans résistance. Et ainsi il est de nouveau déterminant que la volonté des hommes soit tournée vers Dieu, parce que seulement ceux-ci peuvent être assistés par des êtres de Lumière. La volonté pour Dieu est la première condition pour trouver un bon soutien spirituel dans chaque situation de vie, dans chaque lutte et dans toutes les tentations qui sont justement dues à l'influence de forces spirituelles mauvaises sur l'homme.

The spiritual remains in a position of defence against the forces that want to force it under their will as long as this will is not good and noble. I.e., if a person is influenced by evil forces in such a way that his thinking does not correspond to divine will, and if this person now tries to influence other people again who are under good influence, then the good spiritual will protect the person from the working of these evil forces by taking up the battle against the spiritual, which wants to determine him to act and think in an ignoble way. Thus the battle will be fought in the spiritual world so that the human being will not succumb to the evil influence and then the battle of the full of light for the human being's soul will be more difficult. The evil forces can express themselves in many ways, but always in such a way that the human being is tempted to do something which does not correspond to divine will. However, the human being's will to walk on the right path gives the good spiritual forces the right to intervene to help where necessary. And therefore the connection with these beings should also be maintained because the human being thereby grants these spiritual beings the right to intervene as protectors. For the human being himself is too weak to successfully fight against the influence of these evil forces. The adversary will not allow souls to be wrested from him without a fight. He tries again and again to destroy what has been built up by the beings of light. He often comes under the guise of deepest piety and tries to lead people down a different path. He apparently wants the same thing but his goal is completely opposite, for he wants to extinguish the light which the good spiritual beings try to spread among people. And for this he makes use of all willing souls.... i.e. he speaks through people themselves.... and they are all too easily willing to comply with his request, for they don't recognize the intrigue of the one who wants to overthrow the souls.... And so they are his willing servants, they carry out what the adversary gives them in their thoughts.... And if the good forces did not want to protect the human being by sharpening his senses and strengthening his will to reject what those forces want to instil in him, the human being would be exposed to this intrigue and therefore in great danger. In this way, however, he will be able to resist more easily, he will also recognize where the activity of evil forces starts and he will avoid these people of his own accord wherever possible.... or put up so much resistance to them that the opposing force will weaken or look for more willing creatures who can be oppressed without resistance. And so it is again decisive whether the human being's will is directed towards God.... For only those can be assisted by the beings of light.... The will towards God is the first prerequisite in order to find good spiritual support in every situation in life, in every battle and in all temptations, which are precisely the effect of evil spiritual forces on the human being....
