Duda en las enseñanzas dogmáticas - Coerción espiritual

Encontrarse en un dilema interior frente a los dogmas es sólo una ventaja siempre, porque eso demuestra la voluntad a la Verdad y porque entonces también puede serle al hombre dirigida la Verdad, porque él se abre a la acogída de ella. En toda duda es preferible la seguridad aboluta, mientras que no se trate de la “Verdad directamente – proporcionada”, mas a la cual le parecerá plausible a un hombre que es serio anhelante de la Verdad, incluso si han precedido dudas.

Mas en todo caso demuestra la duda que a ese hombre no le es igual qué clase de ideas espirituales se le ofrece. Y por eso se ha de sentenciar en todo caso, si a los hombres se les prohibe que reflexionen sobre un dogma, sobre la autorización de la Verdad. El hombre tiene la obligación de reflexionar sobre eso, porque él solo lleva la responsabilidad para su alma, porque esa responsabilidad no puede cargarla a aquellos que exigen la aceptación de un dogma sin que se ponga en duda.

Cuando el hombre reflexione primero, puede serle provechoso las ideas espirituales y entonces sentirá el deseo de la Verdad si es para él cosa seria. Se escandalizará de las enseñanzas deformadas o falsas. Él empezará a dudar y eso es, en verdad, una bendición, pues ahora él se abre al afluir espiritual, el que a través del mundo de la Luz le será mentalmente dirigido.

Es tan fácil que el hombre llegue a la Verdad, pues el anhelo de ella le asegura también la donación de ella. Pero los hombres se encuentran en una cierta inercia mental, precisamente a causa del truco bien calcado por el adversario de Dios, de que se les prohiba a los hombres una reflexión sobre eso que se les exige que ellos crean. Es eso uno de sus medios más infames, por medio del cual él ha subyugado a los hombres y él puede mantenerlos en la ceguera del espíritu.

Pero el hombre tampoco podrá disculparse, pues igual lo que la “presunta iglesia” exija de él, él puede dirigirse en todo momento a Dios Mismo y dejarse aconsejar e instruír por Él. Y un pensamiento tan sólo de querer cumplir la Voluntad de Dios, se le manifestaría, en verdad, también la Voluntad de Dios, pues Dios tiene suficientes medios y caminos para corresponder al anhelo del hombre.

Pero precisamente ese “anhelo” falta a los hombres y ellos se atrincheran detrás de ese mandamiento sin examinar y sin escrúpulos aceptando cada dogma. Y de ese modo se ha creado el enemigo de Dios muchas posibilidades para entremezclar la pura Verdad con el error, sin que se escandalizaran de ello. Y por eso es toda duda el primer paso, apra escapar de ese ámbito suyo. Toda duda demuestra el propio pensar y el empleo del entendimiento, el cual dió Dios a cada hombre, porque se trata de una libre decisión de la voluntad en la vida terrena.

Cada hombre tiene que responder de sí mismo, y su entendimiento puede ayudarle a ello, si él quiere llegar a Dios cumpliendo su obligación terrena. Pero esa decisión de la libre voluntad impide el enemigo de Dios, al querer obligarlos a que se apropien de sus ideas, pero las que jamás conducen a Dios.

Y por eso, mientras se ejerza en los hombres la coerción espiritual, mientras se les impida aún en procurarse conocimientos y que elijan libremente su modo de pensar, tanto tiempo se encuentran aún bajo el poder del enemigo, del que se escaparían en seguida, si ellos siguieran a las dudas que en ellos surgen y trataran de conseguir el conocimiento verdadero.

Y Dios sale al encuentro de ellos. Primero deja Él que ellos reconozcan claramente lo infundado y falso y luego les dirige también la pura Verdad, la que disipará su duda y la que ellos aceptarán sin inconvenientes y convencidos como Verdad. Pues el entendimiento no sólo debe ser aprovechado en el aspecto terrenal, sino para poner en claro las cosas espirituales, es igualmente el cometido del intelecto.

Y como el hombre aspire a perfeccionarse seriamente, de llegar a Dios y de pensar, querer y obrar correspodientemente a Su Voluntad, puede él estar también seguro de que Dios no lo deja caer en el error, porque Él Mismo es la “Eterna Verdad” y Él quiere también que Sus criaturas anden en la Verdad.

Doubt about doctrines of faith.... spiritual compulsion....

Being in inner conflict with a doctrine of faith is only ever advantageous because it proves the will for truth and because then the truth can also be mentally conveyed to the human being because he opens himself to receive it. Every doubt is preferable to absolute certainty as long as it is not the directly imparted truth which, however, will then also appear acceptable to a person seriously desiring truth, even if doubts have preceded it. In any case, however, doubt proves that the human being is not indifferent to the nature of the spiritual knowledge offered to him. And therefore it is to be condemned in any case if people are forbidden to think about a doctrine of faith, about the justification of the truth claim of such a doctrine.... The human being has the duty to think about it, because he alone has to bear the responsibility for his soul.... because this responsibility cannot be passed on to those who demand the unquestioning acceptance of a doctrine of faith. Only when the human being thinks for himself can spiritual good become useful to him, and then he will also.... if he is serious and demands truth.... will take offence at illusionary or untrue teachings. He will mostly start to doubt, and this is truly a blessing, for then he will open himself to the spiritual currents which are mentally conveyed to him through the world of light. It is so easy for the human being to attain truth, for the desire for it also secures him the attention of truth. But people have fallen into a certain laziness of thought precisely because of the well thought-out trick of God's adversary to forbid people from thinking about what they are required to believe.... This is one of his most shameful means by which he has subjugated people to himself and can keep them in blindness of spirit.... But neither will man be able to excuse himself, for whatever the 'supposed church' demands of him.... he can turn to God Himself at any time and let Him advise and instruct him, and just one thought of wanting to fulfil God's will would truly also reveal God's will to him, for God has ways and means enough now (in order to) comply with the human being's desire. But this very 'desire' is lacking in people, and they entrench themselves behind this commandment.... to accept every doctrine of faith unchecked and without hesitation. And thereby God's adversary created many opportunities for himself to assert the pure truth without being offended. And therefore every doubt is the first step to escape from this area; every doubt proves one's own thinking and use of intellect, which God gave to every human being because it concerns a free decision of will in earthly life. Every person has to stand up for himself, and his intellect can help him to do so if he wants to reach God, to fulfil his earthly task. But God's adversary prevents this free decision of will by wanting to force them to adopt his way of thinking.... which, however, never leads to God.... And thus, as long as people are still dominated by spiritual coercion, as long as they are still forbidden to acquire knowledge and to freely choose their thoughts, they will still be under the adversary's power, but they will immediately escape from him if they pursue the doubt arising in them and try to acquire the right knowledge.... And God meets them, He first lets them clearly recognize the baseless and wrong and then also guides them to the pure truth which will dispel their doubts and which they unhesitatingly and convincingly accept as truth. For the intellect should not only be used in earthly relationships but it is also the task of the intellect to fathom and clarify spiritual matters as soon as the human being seriously strives to perfect himself, to reach God and to think, want and act in accordance with His will.... Then he can be convinced that God will not let him fall prey to error because He Himself is the 'eternal truth' and He also wants His living creations to walk in truth....
