Desarrollo regresivo... Decadencia espiritual y terrenal...

El hecho de que la humanidad haya retrocedido es evidente por el hecho de que no se ofende por el grado de desamor que caracteriza el tiempo presente. Apenas que les preste atención, porque mientras las personas no se vean afectadas a sí mismas, solo no notan superficialmente, pero nunca se oponen abiertamente. Y esto no muestra caridad, sino al contrario, es prueba de una regresión que no necesita ninguna otra prueba.

Se debe esforzarse por el amor en la tierra, y todo lo contrario es el caso... las personas se superan entre sí en crueldades que pronto ya no podrán ser superadas. Y si este estado no debe extenderse a toda la humanidad, entonces Dios Mismo tiene que detenerlo antes de que todo sea destruido por la crueldad. Y este periodo ha llegado cuando lo viejo caerá. Las destrucciones terrenales, es decir, las destrucciones causadas por la voluntad humana, dan testimonio del estado desespiritualizado de las personas, y es difícil creer que estas personas aún podrían convertirse porque ya se han metido demasiado en las redes del adversario. Solo la oración profunda a Dios les da a estas almas la fuerza necesaria, y solo con buena voluntad podrían liberarse todavía en la última hora.

Y en esta necesidad, Dios envía a Sus mensajeros para fortalecer las almas, quienes transmiten la Palabra de Dios a las personas, de exhortarlas repetidamente al amor y explicarles las consecuencias de un estilo de vida tanto correcto como incorrecto. Tan pronto como aún no hayan sucumbido por completo al adversario, prestarán atención a esta palabra, que también se les puede ser transmitido mentalmente. Aprenderán a aborrecer la crueldad de sus semejantes, se esforzarán de cultivar el amor por su parte y, por lo tanto, también serán formados para convertirse en criaturas conocedoras... porque Dios necesita ciervos en la tierra y la banda de Sus luchadores es realmente no muy grande...

Y sin embargo Dios permite la destrucción por parte de los hombres, permite que tengan que sufrir indeciblemente, que toda propiedad sea destruida o quitada de ellos, porque estas destrucciones tendrán un efecto indescriptible y son un medio mejor que la Palabra divina si no se reciba con un corazón dispuesto a amar. Porque el hombre se fija en tales destrucciones, pero no siempre de la Palabra de Dios.

Porque incluso el desamor del hombre todavía puede actuar como un medio de educación, para que aborrezcan el comportamiento de sus semejantes y tratan de vivir de manera diferente, y esto ya es un paso hacia la mejora. Solo una cosa puede salvar a las personas de la decadencia espiritual, que ellas mismas se reconozcan en el espejo de la gran injusticia de la humanidad, que se esfuercen seriamente por un cambio y dirijan sus pensamientos al propósito real de la vida terrenal y a su fin... que piensen en la vida después de la muerte y encomendarse a Su Creador al darse cuenta de su propia debilidad...

Entonces Dios tendrá misericordia y los guiará a través de las confusiones del tiempo, Él les dará toda la ayuda y los hará receptivo a Su Palabra, que se les ofrece una y otra vez en el último tiempo, para que lleguen todavía al reconocimiento. Porque solo queda poco tiempo de gracia que debe ser aprovechado. Pero solo unos pocos encontrarán el camino hacia Dios, porque el desamor está prevaleciendo, y esta es la señal más segura del fin, de la decadencia espiritual y terrenal...

Regression.... spiritual and earthly decay....

The fact that humanity has regressed is evident from the fact that it takes no offence at the extent of unkindness which characterizes the present time. Hardly that it even takes notice of it, because as long as people are not affected themselves they only take cursory notice, but never take an open stand against it. And this does not testify to love for fellow human beings, on the contrary, it is proof of a regression which needs no other evidence. Love should be striven for on earth and precisely the opposite is the case.... people outdo each other in cruelty, which can soon no longer be surpassed. And if this state is not to extend to the whole of humanity, then God Himself must put a stop to it before everything is destroyed by unkindness. And this period of time will soon come when the old will fall. The earthly destructions, i.e. the destructions caused by human will, bear witness to people's disinherited state, and it is difficult to believe that these people could still convert, for they have already fallen too deeply into the adversary's nets. Only deep prayer to God provides these souls with the necessary strength, and with good will they can still free themselves in the last hour. And in this time of need God sends out His messengers to strengthen the souls, who convey the word of God to people, admonish them time and again to love and show them the consequences of the right as well as the wrong way of life. As long as they have not yet completely fallen prey to the adversary, they will heed this word, which can also be conveyed to them mentally. They will learn to detest their fellow human beings' lack of love, they will endeavour to cultivate love themselves and thereby also be educated to become knowledgeable creatures.... for God needs servants on earth and the flock of His fighters is truly not large.... And yet God allows people's destructions, He allows them to suffer unspeakably, to have all possessions destroyed or taken away from them, because these destructions will have an indescribable effect and are a better means of education than the divine word is if it is not received with a heart willing to love. For man respects such destructions, but not always the divine word. For even the unkindness of people can still be used by God as a means of education, so that they abhor the behaviour of their fellow human beings and endeavour to live differently themselves, and this is already a step towards improvement. Only one thing can still save people from spiritual decline, that they recognize themselves in the mirror of humanity's great injustice, that they seriously strive for a change and direct their thoughts towards the actual purpose on earth and towards their end.... that they think of life after death and commend themselves to their creator by recognizing their own weakness.... Then God will have mercy on them and guide them through the confusion of time, He will give them all help and make them receptive for His word, which will be offered to them time and again during the last days so that they will gain realization. For there is only a short time of grace left which has to be utilized. Yet only a few will find the path to God, for heartlessness has taken over and this is the surest sign of the end, of spiritual and earthly decline....
