Right directed desire.... (new year)

What you strive for will become yours.... All of you who desire Me, you will also reach Me, for I draw you to Me as soon as only your will is meant for Me.... But you who desire the world's goods will become its slaves, they will dominate you and finally take you completely captive so that you will remain bound in matter for an infinitely long time. However, if earthly possessions are taken from you, who have only directed your senses worldly, then accept this as an undeserved grace, for you can still find salvation from this bound state, you can still come to your senses and turn away from earthly possessions and strive towards Me in the knowledge of the imperishable. And therefore remember the value of what you strive for.... No matter how tempting it may seem to you.... give it up if it is transient, and seek to acquire that which has eternal value.... For your will will be valued, what you earnestly desire will be given to you. The earthly lifetime is short and especially short for the presently living human race.... And even if you are fulfilled in everything earthly, this earthly life is no compensation for the life in eternity which you will have acquired on earth. Earthly wealth will certainly earn you spiritual poverty if your wealth is not blessed by Me because you use it according to My will, in unselfish neighbourly love. But then your heart has long since freed itself from the desire for it, then you have long since overcome matter, which should also be your aim. But as long as you still desire riches spiritual treasures are little to be found with you, and then earthly wealth is a danger for you which you don't recognize. This is why I warn you against it, this is why I assure you that you will receive what you desire and that you should therefore direct your desire correctly so that hard matter will not one day become your fate of immeasurable torment. Remember these words of Mine and strive towards the right aim, direct your thoughts spiritually, seek Me and My kingdom, seek to acquire goods with which I want to bless you abundantly if only you desire them in your heart, and always be aware of the fact that your life on earth will not last forever but that life after the death of your body is ordered according to your innermost desire.... that you can enter the spiritual kingdom in full possession of light and strength, blessed with spiritual possessions, but that you will also have to bear the consequences of your striving on earth poorly and miserably, without strength and blindly, for endless times and will only attain spiritual possessions with difficulty, and this will never happen without loving help, because you alone lack the strength to improve your lot. Therefore make good use of earthly time, acquire what is abundantly at your disposal but requires your free will. And recognize as worthless everything that only creates comfort for the body but leaves the soul unprovided for. Use the time well, for it will not last much longer, the end is closer than you think; therefore create and work while it is still day, for the night will come when you will no longer be able to work....

Recht gerichtetes Begehren....

Was ihr euch erstrebet, das wird euch werden.... Ihr alle, die ihr nach Mir verlanget, ihr werdet Mich auch erreichen, denn Ich ziehe euch zu Mir, sowie nur euer Wille Mir gilt.... Ihr aber, die ihr die Güter der Welt begehret, ihr werdet deren Sklaven werden, sie werden euch beherrschen und euch zuletzt gänzlich gefangennehmen, so daß ihr in der Materie gefesselt bleiben werdet endlos lange Zeit. Wird euch, die ihr eure Sinne nur weltlich gerichtet habt, jedoch irdisches Gut genommen, so nehmet dies hin als eine unverdiente Gnade, denn ihr könnet dadurch noch Rettung finden vor jenem gebundenen Zustand, ihr könnet noch zur Besinnung kommen und euch abwenden von irdischem Gut und Mir zustreben in der Erkenntnis des Unvergänglichen. Und darum gedenket des Wertes dessen, was ihr anstrebet.... Mag es euch noch so verlockend erscheinen.... gebet es auf, wenn es vergänglich ist, und suchet euch das zu erwerben, was Ewigkeitswert hat.... Denn es wird euer Wille gewertet, es wird euch gegeben, was ihr ernstlich verlanget. Kurz ist die Erdenlebenszeit und ganz besonders kurz für die jetzt lebende Menschheit.... Und selbst wenn euch irdisch in allem Erfüllung wird, so ist dieses Erdenleben kein Ausgleich für das Leben in der Ewigkeit, das ihr euch dann auf Erden erworben habt. Irdischer Reichtum trägt euch sicher geistige Armut ein, wenn euer Reichtum nicht von Mir gesegnet ist, weil ihr ihn verwendet nach Meinem Willen, in uneigennütziger Nächstenliebe. Dann aber hat sich euer Herz längst frei gemacht von dem Verlangen danach, dann habet ihr die Materie längst überwunden, was auch euer Ziel sein soll. Solange ihr aber noch nach Reichtum verlanget, sind geistige Schätze wenig bei euch zu finden, und dann ist der irdische Reichtum für euch eine Gefahr, die ihr nicht erkennet. Darum warne Ich euch davor, darum versichere Ich euch, daß ihr empfanget, was ihr begehret, und ihr darum euer Begehren recht richten sollet, auf daß die harte Materie nicht dereinst euer Los wird zu unermeßlicher Qual. Gedenket dieser Meiner Worte und strebet das rechte Ziel an, richtet eure Gedanken geistig, suchet Mich und Mein Reich, suchet euch Güter zu erwerben, mit denen Ich euch reichlich segnen will, so ihr nur im Herzen danach verlanget, und seid euch stets dessen bewußt, daß euer Leben auf Erden nicht ewig währt, daß aber das Leben nach eurem Leibestode so bestellt ist, wie es eurem innersten Verlangen entspricht.... daß ihr im Vollbesitz von Licht und Kraft, gesegnet mit geistigen Gütern, eingehen könnet in das geistige Reich, daß ihr aber auch armselig und elend, kraftlos und blind die Folgen eures Strebens auf Erden tragen müsset, endlose Zeiten hindurch, und nur schwer zu geistigen Gütern gelangen werdet, und dies niemals ohne liebende Hilfe, weil ihr allein ohne Kraft seid, euch euer Los zu verbessern. Darum nützet die Erdenzeit gut aus, erwerbet euch, was euch reichlich zur Verfügung steht, doch euren freien Willen erfordert. Und erkennet als wertlos alles das, was nur dem Körper Wohlbehagen schafft, die Seele aber unversorgt läßt. Nützet die Zeit gut, denn sie währet nicht mehr lange, das Ende ist näher, als ihr denkt; darum schaffet und wirket, solange noch Tag ist, denn es kommt die Nacht, wo ihr nicht mehr wirken könnet....
