Old seers and prophets.... pictures.... accordance....

Worldly people in their ignorance of spiritual things will never be able to fathom what ancient seers and prophets have spoken on My behalf, and therefore only few people will understand the profound spiritual meaning of those prophecies, only few people will know in which time they will be fulfilled. From the beginning of this period of salvation I gave people indications of the end, of the abuses in the time of the end, of the devilish activity and the battle against the believers; I let them see, however, not the natural effect of people's will, which was completely turned away from Me, but the coming events stood before their eyes in pictures which they were unable to interpret themselves and whose meaning was also hidden from the seers themselves. Yet none of the images they saw was without meaning because the seers and prophets were pious people devoted to Me whom I chose to act as warners and admonishers among people of all generations until the end. Anyone who seriously endeavoured to lead a life pleasing to Me also came close to the truth when reflecting on those images; yet it is only possible for an awakened spirit to explain them correctly. I foresaw the time, I knew all grievances from the beginning, I knew the development of people earthly and spiritually, I recognized all shortcomings, the delusion among people, I knew about the stubborn rejection of truth, about the triumph of error, which therefore triumphed for a long time because the prerequisite was given in people's behaviour towards Me, because the majority of them are children of My adversary who take wrong paths and are therefore blind to the truth, while error is accepted and spread by them without hesitation. In the spiritual world such attitudes and the resulting events have an effect as distorted images, as everything spiritual has correspondences, and thus the seers of that time saw the course of events in the last days in such images which truly had to horrify a person whose soul was gentle and who was right with Me as a seer and prophet because of his devotion to God. It was not given to him to interpret his visions and dreams because I wanted what he saw to remain unfounded until the end. But his visions were to be preserved for posterity in order to inspire seeking and striving people to think again and again. And even in the end time there will only be a few who are clairaudient and clairvoyant and well understand the visions of My prophets of old in their realization of people's spiritual low and the nearness of the announced end. I will enlighten their spirit as soon as it is necessary for them to inform their fellow human beings, and if they then speak on My behalf they will also proclaim the pure truth, for they will not speak until they have been instructed to do so, and from that moment on they will clearly recognize the meaning of what is otherwise incomprehensible to their fellow human beings until I Myself lift the veil.... until what ancient seers and prophets have foretold in My will is fulfilled....

옛 선견자와 선지자. 비유. 일치하는 내용.

영적인 일을 알지 못하는 세상의 사람들은 옛 선견자들과 선지자들이 나를 대신하여 말한 것을 절대로 헤아려 볼 수 없게 될 것이다. 그러므로 단지 적은 수의 사람들이 옛 선견자들과 선지자들의 예언의 깊은 영적인 의미를 이해할 수 있고, 단지 적은 수의 사람들이 어느 때에 이런 예언들이 성취될 것인지를 알게 될 것이다. 이번 구원 시대가 시작된 이래로 내가 사람들에게 종말을 알려주었고, 종말의 때의 열악한 상황과 믿는 사람들을 대항하여 악마와 같은 역사와 싸움을 알려주었다. 나는 선견자들이 이를 볼 수 있게 했다. 그럴지라도 나를 완전히 떠난 사람들의 의지가 가져오는 자연적인 결과를 보지 못했고, 다가올 일들이 그들의 눈에 비유로 보였고, 선견자 자신들도 이 비유를 해석할 수 없었고, 계시의 의미가 선견자 자신에게도 숨겨져 있었다.

그러나 선견자와 선지자들이 본 어떤 비유도 의미가 없는 것이 없었다. 왜냐면 선견자와 선지자들은 나에게 헌신하는 경건한 사람들이었고, 내가 종말의 때까지 모든 세대의 사람들에게 경고하는 권면하는 사람으로 그들을 택했기 때문이다. 나를 기쁘게 하는 삶을 살기 위해 진지하게 추구하는 사람은 생각해보는 일을 통해 비유의 진리에 접근했다. 그러나 단지 영이 깨어난 사람이 비유를 올바르게 설명할 수 있다.

나는 때를 미리 보았고, 처음부터 모든 잘못된 형편을 알았고, 세상적으로 영적으로 사람들의 성장을 알았다. 나는 모든 부족한 점들과 사람들이 속고 있는 것을 알았고, 진리를 강팍하게 거부하는 일을 알았고, 나에 대한 사람들의 처신이 오류가 승리하기 위한 선행조건을 갖추고 있기 때문에 오랜 기간 동안 오류가 승리할 것을 알았다. 왜냐면 대부분의 사람들이 잘못된 길을 가고 따라서 진리에는 눈이 먼 반면에 오류를 주저 없이 받아드리고 전하는 나의 대적자의 자녀들이기 때문이다.

그런 생각은 영적인 세계에서 역사하고, 이로 인한 모든 결과는 모든 영적인 것에 상응이 있는 것처럼 왜곡되게 된다. 그러므로 당시의 선견자들은 종말의 때에 일어나는 일들을 진실로 혼이 온유하고, 그의 하나님께 대한 순종으로 나에게 올바른 선견자요 선지자가 되기에 합당한 사람들을 놀라게 만들어야만 할 비유로 보았다. 그 자신도 자시이 본 환상과 꿈을 해석하는 일을 허용받지 못했다. 왜냐면 내가 그가 본 것을 종말의 때까지 헤아려 볼 수 없게 만들기를 원했기 때문이다. 그러나 그가 본 환상은 항상 또 다시 구하고 추구하는 사람들이 생각하도록 자극해주기 위해 후세를 위해 보존되야 했다.

종말의 때에 영적인 귀를 가지고 투시력이 있고, 사람들의 영적으로 저조한 상태와 예고된 종말이 가까이 다가왔음을 깨닫는 가운데 나의 옛 선지자들의 환상을 잘 이해하는 사람들은 단지 소수이다. 나는 그들이 이웃에게 옛 선지자들의 환상을 설명해줄 필요가 있을 때, 나는 그들의 영을 밝게 한다. 그러면 그들은 나의 사명을 받아 말하게 될 것이고, 또한 순수한 진리를 선포할 것이다. 그러나 그들이 사명을 받기 전에 말하지 않을 것이고, 그들의 영이 밝게 되는 순간에 그들은 내가 베일을 들어 올릴 때까지 옛 선견자들과 선지자들이 내 뜻으로 예언한 일이 성취될 때까지 이웃사람들이 다른 방법으로는 이해할 수 없는 것의 의미를 모든 선명함으로 깨닫게 될 것이다.
