Spiritual concentration before acceptance.... Strict self-criticism....

You must first create a spiritual focal point before you are able to accept My Word. This part has to be observed, otherwise earthly thoughts will still stop the spiritual influx by coming to the fore and being accepted, although with serious aspirants they are only briefly disruptive because the powers of light assert themselves and prevent the earthly world from exerting a strong influence on the person, that is, they soon direct his thoughts to the spiritual realm.

Thus it can indeed cause minor discrepancies, vague definitions or indistinct and poorly worded sentence structures which, however, are of no importance and thus do not devalue or make the great spiritual knowledge appear dubious in any way. Yet care should always be taken only to regard a proclamation as such if the spiritual bond has been established whereby the recipient has therefore totally detached himself from earthly experiences. You are still too much under the influence of the world, consequently your thoughts still revolve around matter; you are still too preoccupied with worldly things and therefore cannot always liberate yourselves from spiritually meaningless notions and traditions, but you will always have to break down a barrier first, i.e., you must leave everything behind you in order to stay in the spiritual kingdom, and the more liberated and carefree you enter it the more receptive you will be for the treasures which are offered to you there.

However, the separation of spiritual knowledge from earthly notions will come easy to you, and therefore you can unhesitatingly endorse the truth of that which was imparted to you, and you need not take offence to that which is spiritually irrelevant. Therefore you will not spread error, you should only ever scrutinise yourselves as to whether and when you are prepared to receive My Word, that is, when is the inner contact established so that you can hear Me Myself.... I know of your will and take account of it, therefore I protect everyone who wants to be of service to Me and in complete desire for truth appeals to Me for the same.... And for this reason you can unreservedly accept what you are offered in this form....

Geistige Konzentration vor Aufnehmen.... Strenge Selbstkritik....

Ihr müsset euch vorher eine geistige Konzentration schaffen, bevor ihr Mein Wort entgegennehmen könnet. Dies ist es, was beachtet werden muß, ansonsten irdische Gedanken noch den geistigen Zustrom unterbinden, sich also vordrängen und aufgenommen werden, wenn auch bei ernsthaft Strebenden nur kurz störend, weil sich die lichtvollen Kräfte durchsetzen und einen starken Einfluß der irdischen Welt auf den Menschen verhindern, d.h. seine Gedanken bald hinlenken in das geistige Reich. Es können also wohl kleine Unstimmigkeiten sich ergeben, ungenaue Angaben oder unklare, wenig verständliche Satzbildungen, die jedoch nicht von Belang sind, also das große geistige Wissen irgendwie herabsetzen oder zweifelhaft erscheinen lassen. Doch stets soll darauf geachtet werden, erst dann eine Kundgabe als solche zu betrachten, so die geistige Bindung hergestellt ist, also der Empfangende sich gänzlich gelöst hat von irdischem Erleben. Ihr steht noch zu sehr unter dem Einfluß der Welt, und darum arbeiten eure Gedanken mit der Materie; ihr seid weltlich noch zu sehr in Anspruch genommen, und ihr könnt euch darum nicht immer frei machen von Vorstellungen und Gebräuchen, die geistig nichts zu besagen haben, ihr werdet aber immer erst eine Schranke durchbrechen müssen, d.h. alles zurücklassen müssen, um im geistigen Reich weilen zu dürfen, und je freier und unbeschwerter ihr dieses betretet, desto aufnahmefähiger seid ihr für die Schätze, die euch dort geboten werden. Die Trennung von geistigem Wissen und irdischen Vorstellungen wird euch aber selbst leicht werden, und darum könnet ihr unbedenklich die Wahrheit dessen vertreten, was euch vermittelt wurde, und ihr brauchet keinen Anstoß zu nehmen an dem, was geistig ohne Bedeutung ist. Ihr werdet darum keinen Irrtum verbreiten, nur sollet ihr immer wieder Kritik üben an euch selbst, ob und wann ihr vorbereitet seid für die Entgegennahme Meines Wortes, d.h., wann ist die innere Verbindung mit Mir hergestellt, daß ihr nun Mich Selbst vernehmet.... Ich weiß um euren Willen und trage diesem Rechnung, und daher schütze Ich jeden, der Mir dienen will und voll Verlangen nach der Wahrheit Mich um diese bittet.... Und darum könnet ihr ohne Bedenken annehmen, was euch in dieser Form geboten wird....
