Feeding at the lord's table.... communion....

Words that come from above enlighten the spirit, they expand knowledge, they strengthen the soul and also help the body's substances to spiritualize themselves and turn towards the soul, which is why the body willingly complies with what the soul, driven by the spirit, demands of it. Words which come from above can only be heard when soul and spirit are united, when the human being's thinking, feeling and wanting is directed inwards, from where the human being's spirit, which is of divine origin, can make itself known to the soul. Hence the spirit gives off something which flows directly from the spiritual kingdom and has taken the path to it, because the spiritual spark in the human being is in contact with the eternal father-spirit and can therefore also constantly draw the strength from Him which expresses itself as knowledge, which it now also passes on to the soul it inhabits. It is therefore a diversion of divine strength to the soul, which he now has to use if the soul is to achieve spiritual success. It must receive the word from above and let it have an effect on it, and the effect of the divine word will be an impulse to act in love. Then, therefore, the soul will also have influenced the body to join the spirit's will, and the loving human being will thereby establish direct contact with God, Who will now work in him through His strength of love.... This is a process which is so easy to understand if it is explained to people correctly, and which nevertheless requires the working of the spirit in the human being in order to be understood. For the world, with its earthly mind, knows nothing and understands nothing of God's union with the human being through love. Although man takes it in literally, he does not understand the connection, just as he has no correct idea of God's working in man. He explains the latter to himself with clear intellectual thinking but he does not recognize direct word transmission, which proves that he does not believe in the working of the spirit and consequently also does not know that and how God's spirit expresses itself in the human being. And therefore people also lack the knowledge about the spiritual feeding at the lord's table. They do not understand the deeper connection between the transmission of the divine word and the lord's supper instituted by God, and they also lack all understanding for the fact that the word emanating from God Himself is the highest and best good which is attainable on earth and exceedingly necessary for the soul's development, and that Jesus Christ on earth only knew the one aim to show people the path which earns them the grace to receive that good, the divine word. For He Himself was in that state where His spirit, in union with the eternal father-spirit, imparted profound knowledge to Him and spirit, soul and body were united in constant activity of love. He constantly drew strength from God, He was united with the father of eternity, His soul was fed by the father with His word, and thus He gave back to His fellow human beings what He Himself received.... He distributed the bread of heaven, He passed on the divine word and admonished them to do likewise, He gave bodily and spiritual food to those who hunger and thirst. The giving of the bread was only a figurative comparison of what Jesus offered people with His word.... the divine truth, which truly brings maturity to the soul if it is received with heart and mind. He offered people the word which the father spoke in Him as true food and true drink and admonished them to do the same, to spread the divine teaching of love and thus to refresh people with food and drink, so that they would then strive for union with God and God Himself would be able to refresh them at His table, so that the spiritual spark would flare up in every person and the word of God from above could be heard by all who desire it, who hunger and thirst for spiritual nourishment....

Manger à la Table du Seigneur - le Dîner

Les Paroles qui proviennent d'en haut éclairent esprit, accroissent le savoir, fortifient l’âme et aident aussi à ce que les substances du corps se spiritualisent et retournent à l’âme, alors le corps, poussé par l'esprit, exécute volontairement ce que l'âme exige de lui. Les Paroles qui proviennent d'en haut, peuvent seulement être perçues lorsqu’a eu lieu une unification de l'âme avec l'esprit, lorsque toute pensée, perception et volonté de l'homme sont tournées vers l'intérieur, où l'esprit de l'homme, qui est d'Origine divine, s'annonce à l'âme. Donc, l'esprit donne quelque chose qui coule directement du Royaume spirituel et qui a pris la voie vers lui, parce que l’étincelle spirituelle dans l'homme est en contact avec l'Esprit du Père de l'Éternité et donc elle tire sans interruption la Force de Celui-ci, cela se manifeste sous forme de savoir que maintenant elle transmet aussi à l'âme dans laquelle elle demeure. Par conséquent il se déroule une transmission de la Force divine sur l'âme, et maintenant elle doit l’utiliser si l'âme veut atteindre un succès spirituel. Elle doit accueillir la Parole d'en haut et la laisser agir sur elle et l'effet de la Parole divine sera une poussée pour agir dans l'amour. Alors l'âme aura influencé le corps à s'unir avec la volonté de l'esprit, et l'homme affectueux établira maintenant le contact direct avec Dieu, lequel œuvre en lui par Sa Force d'Amour. Cela est un processus qui est facilement compréhensible, lorsqu’il est bien expliqué aux hommes mais il suppose de toute façon de nouveau l’action de l'esprit dans l'homme pour être compris, parce que le monde avec ses sens orientés vers ce qui est terrestre ne sait rien et ne comprend rien à l'unification de Dieu avec l'homme par l'amour. L'homme l’accueille certes verbalement, mais il ne comprend pas le lien, comme il n'a aucune vraie compréhension de l’Action de Dieu dans l'homme. Il explique cette dernière avec des pensées claires de l’entendement, mais il ne reconnaît pas la transmission directe de la Parole, ce qui fournit la preuve qu’il ne croit pas dans l’Action de l'Esprit, et ne sait par conséquent pas que et comment l'Esprit de Dieu Se manifeste dans l'homme. Pour cette raison il manque aussi aux hommes le savoir sur la Nourriture spirituelle à la Table du Seigneur. Ils ne comprennent pas le lien le plus profond concernant la transmission de la Parole divine avec le Dîner institué par Dieu. Ainsi il leur manque aussi toute compréhension pour celle-ci, à savoir que la Parole procédée de Dieu Lui-Même est le Bien le plus sublime et le meilleur qui soit accessible sur la Terre et qui est nécessaire pour le développement de l'âme, car Jésus Christ sur la Terre avait seulement un but, c’est d'indiquer aux hommes ce qui leur procure la Grâce de pouvoir recevoir ce Bien, la Parole divine. Lui-Même se trouvait dans cet état lorsque Son Esprit lui transmettait le plus profond Savoir sur l'unification avec l'Esprit du Père de l'Éternité. L'Âme et le Corps s'unissaient constamment dans des actions d'amour. Il tirait la Force de Dieu, il était uni avec le Père de l'Éternité, Son Âme était nourrie par le Père avec Sa Parole et il donnait au prochain ce que Lui-Même recevait. Il distribuait le Pain du Ciel, Il donnait aux autres la Parole divine et Il les exhortait à faire de même, Il donnait de la Nourriture spirituelle et corporelle à ceux qui avaient faim et soif. Tendre du Pain était une comparaison figurative de ce que Jésus offrait aux hommes avec Sa Parole, la divine Vérité, qui procure vraiment à l'âme le degré de maturité, lorsqu’elle est accueillie avec le cœur et avec l'entendement. Il a offert aux hommes la Parole que le Père Lui disait, comme une vraie Nourriture et une vraie Boisson et Il les exhortait à faire de même, à répandre la divine Doctrine de l'amour et avec cela nourrir les hommes avec la Nourriture et la Boisson, pour qu'ils aspirent à l'unification avec Dieu et que Dieu Lui-Même puisse les revigorer à Sa Table, pour que l’étincelle spirituelle dans chaque homme éclate et que la Parole de Dieu d'en haut puisse être entendue de tous ceux qui la désiraient, qui ont faim et soif pour la Nourriture spirituelle.
