Origin of thought....

You receive your knowledge from the spiritual kingdom.... If you understand this idea you also have faith and therefore accept a mental concept which is not of this world, which would either have to come from the kingdom of infinity or it originated in yourselves, if the former is not acceptable to you. And thus I want to explain to you how your own thoughts relate to the spiritual kingdom....

Without knowledge you will find it difficult to give an inherent thought the right direction, i.e. truthfully answer a question you raise yourself. You could certainly answer it yourselves, but without any guarantee of truth. And now I ask you where the thoughts which are passing through your brain come from in proportion to your understanding.... Furthermore, I ask you who gave you the gift of thought and what, in principle, is a thought.... You can certainly reply that it is a physical function, an inherent human characteristic that need not have been given to the human being.... Nevertheless, thinking in itself is something tremendous when you take a closer look at the process. It takes place without any observable activity, it is not evident to any other person nor does it leave any noticeable consequences or results. It is a process which can take place anywhere and at any time without the means to be scrutinised by other people. Thus it could already be considered a spiritual process, in contrast to every other activity for which the human being requires his body in some form or other.

Whatever the human being does, he will use a bodily organ to perform the function designated for this part of the body. And it will also always be noticeable. However, this does not apply to the human being’s mind. This can work while the body is completely at rest, although the human being considers the seat of intelligence, the brain, as the organ which also exercises its function. But its function merely consists of receiving thought emanations when it is touched by them. But where is the origin of thought to be found, especially when it does not concern worldly-perceptible but spiritual things, which cannot be grasped by the human being’s senses. The human being occasionally experiences thoughts in a flash although he had previously not intellectually concerned himself with them. And every answer to a self-posed question is also a suddenly emerging thought, which thus has to come from a reservoir, if the person believes that a thought originates in himself. This reservoir has to be somewhere within himself from which he draws the mental concepts during his intellectual activity. Consequently, one should also be able to empty and refill this thought container, if it is to be found inside the human being.

Or it has to be recognised as being external to the human body, it has to be looked for in the spiritual kingdom, which transmits every thought into the human heart in order to be deliberately grasped from there and processed by the thinking organs. The human being’s will to make use of the emanations touching him can fluctuate, and in proportion to this is the person’s outwardly recognisable ability to explain things and be deemed knowledgeable.... Whether and when the person accepts emanations which correspond to the truth will require further instruction, but that he receives these emanations from the spiritual kingdom is a fact and can, after some consideration, also become a conviction. Because something that is not physically perceptible cannot be created by human will, rather it exists as something that has always existed. It has its origin in the spiritual realm, just as all spiritual substances are emanations of God’s strength, which is accessible to the human being in proportion to his will. But thought is, in fact, the evidence that the human being is a carrier of spiritual essence and who, as an earthly constrained being, is able to make mental contact with the spiritual kingdom. He can lift himself in thought into this realm, he can detach himself from earth and mentally reside in spiritual spheres.... And if he believes that such a stay in the spiritual kingdom is a figment of his own imagination, it should be explained that the human being cannot think of or imagine anything that does not exist.... that everything he imagines also exists somewhere, and the thoughts are more or less a reflection of what the person is trying to ascertain by virtue of his will. Only, the images can be offered to him in a distorted way, but this is also caused by his will. However, the human brain is never the origin of thought, it is merely the device which has to receive mental concepts touching it from the spiritual realm if they are to become perceptible to the person. It is beyond doubt, even for the unbelieving person, that he has to receive wisdom first, that he cannot bring it forth from himself unless it is in him....

But this requires a stronger faith, because then he also has to acknowledge the Divinity in himself which rests dormant in him and which can also truthfully instruct him from within.... However, in that case he will receive the same explanation, because then he is in direct contact with the spiritual realm, with Me, with the eternal Father-Spirit, Who will instruct him Himself.... and then he will know that all mental concepts are an emanation from Me and that he will receive the absolute truth as soon as he has made contact with Me, the Provider of truth....

Você será ensinado a partir do reino espiritual.... Se esse pensamento for compreensível para vós, também tereis fé, e então aceitareis um corpo de pensamentos que não tem origem terrena, que portanto ou teria de vir do reino do infinito ou nascer de vós mesmos, se não quiserdes reconhecer o primeiro. E assim vos darei uma explicação sobre a ligação entre o vosso próprio pensamento e o reino espiritual.... Vocês dificilmente serão capazes de pensar na direção certa dentro de vocês, ou seja, responder verdadeiramente a uma pergunta levantada por vocês mesmos, se lhes faltar todo o conhecimento. Vocês certamente poderiam dar uma resposta a vocês mesmos, mas sem garantia de verdade. E agora pergunto-te onde vais buscar os pensamentos que, segundo a tua opinião, atravessam o teu cérebro.... Pergunto-lhe ainda quem lhe deu o dom de pensar e o que é o próprio pensamento.... Você pode muito bem dar a resposta: É uma função corporal que é inerente ao homem sem necessidade de lhe ser dada.... No entanto, pensar em si mesmo é algo poderoso se você olhar mais de perto para um processo que ocorre sem qualquer atividade perceptível, que não é aparente para qualquer outra pessoa e que também não deixa consequências ou efeitos perceptíveis. É um processo que pode ocorrer em qualquer lugar e a qualquer momento, sem ser controlado por pessoas de fora. Portanto, já é um processo que deve ser tratado espiritualmente, em contraste com qualquer outra ação do ser humano para a qual ele precisa de seu corpo de alguma forma. O que quer que o ser humano faça, ele usa um órgão do seu corpo para exercer a função atribuída a esta parte do corpo. E isto será sempre reconhecível. Mas não o pensamento do ser humano. Isto pode acontecer no mais completo descanso do corpo, embora o homem considere o assento do intelecto, o cérebro, como o órgão que igualmente exerce a sua função. Mas sua função consiste apenas em receber emanações mentais, se for tocada por elas. Mas onde está a origem dos pensamentos a serem buscados, especialmente quando não se trata de coisas terrenas perceptíveis, mas de coisas espirituais, que não podem ser compreendidas pelos sentidos do homem. Por vezes, os pensamentos surgem num instante num ser humano sem que ele os tenha lidado primeiro intelectualmente. E também cada resposta a uma pergunta feita a si mesmo é, por assim dizer, um pensamento que emerge de repente, que deve portanto vir de um reservatório, se o ser humano já acredita que o pensamento nasce de si mesmo. Em algum lugar em si mesmo deve estar esse reservatório do qual ele tira o material de pensamento quando sua mente está ativa. E esse reservatório de pensamentos deve, portanto, ser capaz de esvaziar-se a si mesmo e de ser preenchido novamente, se for para ser procurado dentro do ser humano, ou deve ser reconhecido como estando fora do corpo humano, deve ser procurado no reino espiritual, de onde cada pensamento é irradiado para o coração do ser humano, a fim de ser tomado e processado dali pelos órgãos pensantes através da vontade do ser humano. A vontade do ser humano pode ser mais forte ou mais fraca para fazer uso das emanações que o tocam, e a capacidade externa de uma pessoa de explicar as coisas e assim ser considerada conhecedora também é correspondentemente.... Se e quando o ser humano recebe emanações correspondentes à verdade requer mais instrução, mas que ele receba essas emanações do reino do espiritual é certo e também pode tornar-se convincente com algum pensamento. Porque nada terreno - não perceptível - surge por vontade humana, mas está lá como algo que sempre existiu, tem a sua origem no reino espiritual, tal como todas as coisas espirituais são emanações do poder de Deus, que é acessível ao ser humano de acordo com a sua vontade. Mas o pensamento é precisamente a prova de que o ser humano é portador de substâncias espirituais e, como ser ligado à Terra, pode estabelecer contato com o reino espiritual através do pensamento. Ele pode elevar-se em pensamento para aquele reino, pode desligar-se da Terra e habitar mentalmente nos reinos espirituais. E se ele acredita que tal morada no reino espiritual é um produto da sua própria imaginação, então que sirva de explicação para que o ser humano não possa pensar ou imaginar nada que não exista.... que tudo o que o ser humano apenas imagina também existe em algum lugar e os pensamentos são, por assim dizer, um reflexo daquilo que o ser humano procura sondar em virtude da sua vontade. Apenas as imagens podem ser-lhe oferecidas distorcidas, mas isto é novamente causado pela sua vontade. Mas a origem do pensamento nunca é o cérebro do ser humano, mas este é apenas o aparelho que deve receber o pensamento material que o toca do reino espiritual, para que ele se torne perceptível ao ser humano. Pois isso também deve estar fora de dúvida para a pessoa descrente que deve primeiro receber a sabedoria por si mesma, que não pode dá-la à luz a menos que esteja nele..... Mas isso requer uma fé mais forte, pois então ele também deve reconhecer a divindade dentro de si mesmo, que se adormece nele como uma centelha espiritual e que também pode instruí-lo sinceramente de dentro.... Mas então a mesma explicação lhe será dada, pois então ele estará em contato direto com o reino espiritual, comigo, com o Pai-Espírito da eternidade, que o instrui a si mesmo.... E então ele também saberá que todo o material de pensamento é a Minha emanação e que ele está em plena verdade assim que entrar em contacto comigo, como o Doador da verdade...._>Amém
