God's work in man.... power....

The human being must be willing to give everything if he wants to fully and completely accept God's strength, if he wants to let it flow into him in all its fullness and thereby be able to achieve supernatural things. Anyone who gives everything away, who has completely detached his heart from earthly goods, from the world and its attractions, has overcome self-love and his love can only be the right kind, love for his neighbour and thus for God, and he will always and constantly be active in loving activity, he will thereby enter into closest contact with God and be able to receive His emanation of strength directly. For there is no longer any obstacle, his will is turned towards God and his actions correspond to God's will.... To detach oneself from the world means to unite with God.... but this separation must first have taken place before the human being opens himself without resistance to the supply of strength from God.... The will to do so must be proven through action, for the will to unite can also exist in people who are still lukewarm and turned towards the world, but it first has to be implemented through serious overcoming of that which appears earthly desirable to the human being. But then he will receive more than he has given, for the emanation of strength from God will make him infinitely more happy, he will master earthly life in full possession of the strength from God but first lead a spiritual life and have treasures at his disposal which will give his life rich content, which he will never want to miss again and which will stimulate him to constant activity in love. He will call knowledge his own which has its origin in God and is therefore purest truth; he will stand high in knowledge and this will make him free and happy. He will no longer know any weakness, no fear and anxiety, for the strength from God will never ever let such arise, and his constant endeavour will be to fulfil God's will, to serve Him and to help his neighbour to the same beatitude on earth which is granted to him. But the strength from God will also enable him to accomplish things which are extraordinary and beyond the strength of a human being.... his will will attain such strength that he will be able to do everything by believing in God's strength working in him.... If there is no longer an obstacle within himself for the influx of God's strength, there are also no limits to its working, for it is now God Who works in him, and the human being's will will now also be God's will if the union with God has taken place. Uninterrupted unselfish activity of love and the complete abandonment of earthly desires earns the human being unity with God on earth, and then God's love will also manifestly work in the human being and provide him with spiritual possessions unmeasured.... with the attention of the divine word, which, as God's direct emanation, is the greatest source of strength, from which he can now strengthen and refresh himself....

(19.8.1945) God Himself works in him.... and man must now be powerful and mighty.... His will will only carry out what God's will is, and God's will will become a deed through a person who stands in the power of God. But to fellow human beings it appears supernatural because they don't feel God's strength within themselves and also have no understanding for its working. But if they themselves would overcome earthly matter, if they would likewise detach themselves from it, the same things would be possible for them and the process of extraordinary working through people would be explainable, because light flows to the human being at the same time as strength, the knowledge of spiritual working. Light and strength are one, and therefore nothing appears supernatural to the knowing human being, but only as an increased degree of spiritual progress. He knows that everything imperfect is powerless and lightless, but that power and light are part of him who seriously strives for perfection and develops upwards step by step. And therefore the knowing human being will also lose all fear of the world because he knows that he is in intimate contact with God and can make use of His strength at any time, and thus he is immune to the attacks of the world until the hour which God's will has set for his physical end. And therefore he fears no-one but is able to instil fear in fellow human beings who are ignorant of his strength and power. As a conqueror of matter every fetter of matter also falls from him, he stands in spiritual freedom, and that also means power over matter, because this is subject to God's will, which is expressed in the human being who is permeated by strength. God works in him.... and the human being's state must be bliss.... to be able to fully surrender to God's activity and to be constantly active according to His will.... He will only use his will to work in love in order to point people to God's love, which bestows a precious gift upon the human being who unites with Him, who overcomes matter and thus allows the strength from God to flow into him unhindered through continued activity in love.... He will point people to the strength of love which now expresses itself in an obvious way, he will initiate them into the strength and power of the divine word which educates to love and is a signpost to God.... He will present their earthly task to people and try to motivate them to likewise detach themselves from matter, which is worthless and transient, so that they can receive spiritual goods.... so that God's strength also expresses itself in them.... so that God Himself can work in them....

Gottes Wirken im Menschen.... Kraft....

Alles muß der Mensch hinzugeben bereit sein, will er voll und ganz die Kraft Gottes entgegennehmen, will er sie in aller Fülle in sich einströmen lassen und dadurch Übernatürliches leisten können. Wer alles hingibt, wer sein Herz völlig gelöst hat von irdischen Gütern, von der Welt und ihren Reizen, der hat die Eigenliebe überwunden, und seine Liebe kann nur noch die rechte sein, die Liebe zum Nächsten und somit zu Gott, und er wird sich betätigen stets und ständig im Liebeswirken, er wird mit Gott dadurch in engste Verbindung treten und Seine Kraftausstrahlung unmittelbar entgegennehmen können. Denn es besteht kein Hindernis mehr, sein Wille ist Gott zugewandt, und sein Handeln entspricht dem Willen Gottes.... Sich lösen von der Welt heißt zusammenschließen mit Gott.... doch diese Trennung muß erst stattgefunden haben, ehe der Mensch widerstandslos sich der Kraftzufuhr aus Gott öffnet.... Der Wille dazu muß durch die Tat bewiesen werden, denn der Wille nach Zusammenschluß kann auch bei den noch Lauen, der Welt zugewandten Menschen bestehen, er muß aber erst zur Ausführung kommen durch ernsthafte Überwindung dessen, was dem Menschen irdisch begehrenswert erscheint. Dann aber empfängt er mehr, als er hingegeben hat, denn die Kraftausstrahlung aus Gott wird ihn unendlich mehr beglücken, er wird im Vollbesitz der Kraft aus Gott das irdische Leben meistern, jedoch als erstes ein geistiges Leben führen und über Schätze verfügen, die seinem Leben reichen Inhalt geben, die er niemals mehr missen möchte und die ihn zu ständiger Tätigkeit in Liebe anregen. Er wird ein Wissen sein eigen nennen, das in Gott seinen Ursprung hat und darum reinste Wahrheit ist; er wird hoch stehen in der Erkenntnis, und diese wird ihn frei und glücklich machen. Er wird keine Schwäche mehr kennen, keine Furcht und Bangigkeit, denn die Kraft aus Gott läßt solche nimmermehr aufkommen, und sein ständiges Bestreben wird sein, den Willen Gottes zu erfüllen, Ihm zu dienen und dem Nächsten zur gleichen Seligkeit auf Erden zu verhelfen, die ihm beschieden ist. Die Kraft aus Gott aber wird ihn auch befähigen, Dinge zu vollbringen, die außergewöhnlich sind und über die Kraft eines Menschen hinausgehen.... sein Wille wird jene Stärke erreichen, daß er alles vermag im Glauben an die in ihm wirkende Kraft Gottes.... Gibt es kein Hindernis mehr in ihm selbst für den Zustrom der Kraft Gottes, so gibt es auch keine Grenzen für das Wirken dieser, denn Gott ist es nun, Der in ihm wirket, und der Wille des Menschen wird nun auch der Wille Gottes sein, so der Zusammenschluß mit Gott stattgefunden hat. Ununterbrochenes uneigennütziges Liebeswirken und restloses Aufgeben irdischen Verlangens trägt dem Menschen den Zusammenschluß mit Gott auf Erden ein, und nun wirket auch die Liebe Gottes offensichtlich im Menschen und bedenket ihn mit geistigen Gütern ungemessen.... mit der Zuwendung des göttlichen Wortes, das als unmittelbare Ausstrahlung Gottes der größte Kraftquell ist, an dem er sich nun stärken und laben kann.... (19.8.1945) Es wirket Gott Selbst in ihm.... und es muß der Mensch nun kraft- und machtvoll sein.... Sein Wille wird nur ausführen, was Gottes Wille ist, und Gottes Wille wird zur Tat werden durch einen Menschen, der in der Kraft Gottes steht. Den Mitmenschen aber erscheint es übernatürlich, weil sie die Kraft Gottes nicht in sich spüren und auch für deren Wirken kein Verständnis haben. Doch so sie selbst die irdische Materie überwinden würden, so sie sich gleichfalls lösen möchten von ihr, wären ihnen die gleichen Dinge möglich und der Vorgang außergewöhnlichen Wirkens durch Menschen erklärlich, weil mit der Kraft zugleich das Licht dem Menschen zuströmt, das Wissen um geistiges Wirken. Licht und Kraft sind eins, und darum erscheint dem wissenden Menschen nichts übernatürlich, sondern nur als erhöhter Grad des geistigen Fortschrittes. Er weiß, daß alles Unvollkommene kraftlos und lichtlos ist, daß aber Kraft und Licht Anteil dessen ist, der ernsthaft nach Vollkommenheit strebt und Stufe für Stufe sich aufwärtsentwickelt. Und darum wird der wissende Mensch auch jegliche Furcht verlieren der Welt gegenüber, weil er sich in innigem Verband mit Gott stehend weiß und Dessen Kraft jederzeit in Anspruch nehmen kann und also er gefeit ist gegen die Angriffe durch die Welt bis zu der Stunde, die ihm Gottes Wille gesetzt hat für sein leibliches Ende. Und darum fürchtet er niemanden, vermag jedoch den Mitmenschen Furcht einzuflößen, die seiner Kraft und Macht unwissend gegenüberstehen. Als Überwinder der Materie fällt auch von ihm jede Fessel der Materie, er steht in geistiger Freiheit, und das bedeutet auch Macht über die Materie, weil diese dem Willen Gottes untersteht, der im Kraft-durchströmten Menschen zum Ausdruck kommt. Gott wirket in ihm.... und der Zustand des Menschen muß Seligkeit sein.... sich voll und ganz dem Wirken Gottes hingeben zu können und ständig tätig zu sein nach Seinem Willen.... Er wird seinen Willen nur gebrauchen zum Wirken in Liebe, um die Mitmenschen hinzuweisen auf die Liebe Gottes, die köstliche Gabe zuwendet dem Menschen, der sich mit Ihm zusammenschließt, der die Materie überwindet und also ungehindert die Kraft aus Gott in sich einströmen läßt durch fortgesetztes Wirken in Liebe.... Er wird die Menschen hinweisen auf die Kraft der Liebe, die nun sich äußert in offensichtlicher Weise, er wird sie einweihen in die Kraft und Macht des göttlichen Wortes, das zur Liebe erziehet und Wegweiser ist zu Gott.... Er wird den Menschen ihre Erdenaufgabe vorstellen und sie zu bewegen suchen, sich gleichfalls von der Materie zu lösen, die wertlos und vergänglich ist, auf daß sie geistige Güter empfangen können.... auf daß auch an ihnen die Kraft Gottes sich äußert.... auf daß Gott Selbst in ihnen wirken kann....
