Knowledge about the primordial beginning and final destination....

People lack the knowledge of the primordial beginning and the final goal of everything that exists, and therefore they do not live their earthly life consciously. But no human being can say that this knowledge was never conveyed to him, even if not in detail, at least the belief in a deity was suggested to them Whose pleasure they should gain through their way of life.... This has always been held out to them with regard to the effects in the kingdom beyond, thus it has always been the prerequisite for life after the death of the body, and the human being could now take a stand on it according to his will.... As soon as he now lets this faith become strong in himself he penetrates ever deeper into knowledge, i.e., he is mentally instructed by the knowing beings in the spiritual kingdom according to divine will, the meaning and purpose of the works of creation and therefore also of the human being is informatively presented to him, the sense of responsibility is awakened in him, and of his own free will he now tries to comply with divine will.... he transforms himself into love and thus now fulfills his actual task on earth. But people of the present time are not accessible to such knowledge, they regard their earthly life as a purely external matter which does not entail any future responsibility, and thus they will never make an effort to find an explanation for the endlessly long path of earthly life, they will only ever pay attention to purely earthly events and never think about why God has given His permission for an activity which makes countless people responsible....

Only the meaning and purpose of life on earth, i.e. a task connected with it, can justify what is happening in the world, what suffering and misery is being poured out on people and what cruelty is taking place. But people can never justify themselves if they themselves lend a hand and increase the evil. Anyone who knows about the primordial beginning and the final goal also knows that humanity is still very far from the final goal and therefore also knows that the great suffering is still a possibility to reach the goal. And yet people's behavior cannot be approved of, which causes such suffering to fellow human beings, for people's will is bad, only the effect of their bad will is directed by God in such a way that it can still spiritually benefit the human being as soon as he feels prompted to flee to Him and seeks help from Him. If people would pay attention to the thoughts arising in them about the purpose and goal of earthly life, if they would desire answers to such questions and quietly listen inwardly to what mentally comes to them as an answer, they would also recognize in every worldly event a means to reach the final goal set for them. But thus the disbelief about the soul's continuation of life after death is so widespread that people only see the purpose and goal of earthly life in earthly life in general, and as long as they only have this purely earthly view world events will be incomprehensible to them because they have a completely opposite effect, thus they completely contradict the goal they have set for themselves. And this is blindness of spirit, it is short-sightedness, because they regard that which is only a means to an end as an end in itself.... It is an ignorance which has a highly detrimental effect because the actual purpose of earthly existence is not taken into account and therefore not striven for. And again, it is difficult to guide people into this knowledge as long as they do not believe in life after death.... as long as they do not believe that earthly life is only a preliminary stage for the actual life, a school which they have to complete in order to be accepted into the kingdom where the actual life begins.... They must first gain this faith if they want to understand the suffering and misery, tribulation and distress that is currently happening on earth....

Conocimiento del comienzo original y el objetivo final....

Los humanos carecen del conocimiento acerca del comienzo de origen y el objetivo final de todo lo que existe, y por eso no viven su vida terrenal conscientemente. Pero ningún humano puede decir que este conocimiento nunca le fue transmitido, aunque no de manera detallada, al menos se les surgió la creencia en una Deidad, cuyo agrado deben alcanzar a través de su estilo de vida.... Esto se les ha sido mencionado siempre en vista de los efectos en el reino del más allá, es decir, siempre fue la condición previa para la vida después de la muerte del cuerpo, y el humano ahora podía tomar una posición según su voluntad....

Tan pronto como permita que esta fe se fortalezca en él, penetra cada vez más profundo en el conocimiento, es decir, es instruido intelectualmente por los seres conocedores en el reino espiritual según la voluntad divina, se le presenta de forma informativa el significado y la finalidad de las obras de creación y por tanto también de los humanos y se despierta en él el sentido de responsabilidad y, por su propia voluntad, ahora busca cumplir la voluntad divina.... se convierte en amor, y ahora cumple su verdadera tarea terrenal.

Pero los hombres de hoy no son accesibles a tal conocimiento; consideran su vida en la Tierra como un asunto puramente externo que no implica ninguna responsabilidad futura, y por eso nunca intentarán encontrar una explicación al interminable y largo camino en la Tierra, siempre prestarán la atención solamente a los acontecimientos puramente terrenales y nunca piensan en por qué Dios dio Su consentimiento a una actividad que responsabiliza a innumerables humanos....

Sólo el significado y el propósito de la vida en la Tierra, es decir, una tarea asociada a ella, puede justificar lo que está sucediendo en el mundo, el sufrimiento y la miseria que se derraman sobre los humanos y las atrocidades que se están cometiendo. Pero los humanos que tienden la mano y aumentan el mal nunca podrán justificarse. Cualquiera que conozca el comienzo original y el objetivo final también sabe que la humanidad todavía está muy lejos del objetivo final y, por lo tanto, también sabe que un gran sufrimiento aún es una posibilidad de lograr el objetivo. Y, sin embargo, el comportamiento de los humanos que causa tal sufrimiento a sus semejantes no puede ser aprobado, porque la voluntad de los humanos es mala, sólo el efecto de su mala voluntad es dirigido por Dios de tal manera que el humano puede beneficiarse espiritualmente de ello, si a través de eso se siente obligado a huiar a Dios y pedirle ayuda.

Si los humanos prestaran atención a los pensamientos que surgen en ellos acerca del propósito y el objetivo de la vida en la Tierra, si quisieran respuestas a tales cuestiones y escucharan en silencio interiormente las respuestas que les llegan mentalmente, entonces también reconocerían un medio para esto en todos los acontecimientos mundiales que les ayudarían a lograr el objetivo final. Pero la incredulidad sobre la supervivencia del alma después de la muerte está tan extendida que los humanos sólo ven el propósito y el objetivo de la vida terrenal en general, y mientras sólo tengan esta comprensión puramente terrenal, los acontecimientos mundiales les resultarán incomprensibles porque tiene un efecto completamente opuesto, es decir, contradice completamente al objetivo que ellos mismos se han puesto. Y esta es ceguera del espíritu, esto es miopía, porque ven como un fin en sí mismo lo que es sólo un medio para un fin....

Esta es una ignorancia que tiene un efecto muy perjudicial porque no se tiene en cuento el propósito real de la existencia en la Tierra y, por lo tanto, no se esfuerza por alcanzarlo. Y nuevamente, es difícil, guiar a los humanos a este conocimiento mientras no crean en la vida después de la muerte.... mientras no crean que la vida en la Tierra es sólo una etapa preliminar para la vida real, una escuela, la que tienen que completar para ser aceptado en el reino conde comienza la vida verdadera.... Primero tiene que ganar esta fe si quieren entender lo que está sucediendo actualmente en la Tierra en términos de sufrimiento y miseria, de tribulación y angustia....
