Proof.... sample.... fulfilment of predictions....

Mankind demands irrefutable proof of the correctness of what is conveyed to it through revelations. However, this proof can never be provided because the human being is supposed to take a stand on it in complete freedom of faith, for a forced faith, which would result in irrefutable proof, could not bring about a free decision by the human being in favour of or against God. But man can create for himself the irrefutable proof of the truth of the revelations by seeking to arrive at hearing the same revelations in himself by the path of love, so that he then believes of his own free will and no longer allows this faith to be robbed from him. This is the most convincing proof, and every person is free to put it to the test. But only a few take this path because it seems incomprehensible to them that truth can only be won through love. And therefore humanity can only be helped in such a way that the predictions announced to people through divine revelations will be fulfilled. This proof is indeed an extremely painful one, for it brings unspeakable suffering and misery upon people. Yet anyone who is not completely hardened in spirit will recognize the truth of what God allows to come to earth and will pay more attention to His word than before. But God cannot speak even more clearly to people in order to persuade them to believe, in order not to curtail their freedom of faith. And that is why the number of those who recognize His word for what it is will be small; in them is the will to believe and their hearts are capable of love. They also believe without proof, they affirm in their hearts everything that is imparted to them through the word and are therefore also able to stand up for this word, and their eloquence is a proof that should be regarded as evidence where this is required....

증거. 시험. 예언의 성취.

인류는 계시를 통해 자신들에게 전달된 것의 정확성에 대한 반박할 수 없는 증거를 요구한다. 그러나 이 증거는 절대로 제시될 수 없다. 왜냐면 사람이 완전한 믿음의 자유로 입장을 취해야만 하기 때문이다. 반박할 수 없는 증거로 인한 강요된 믿음은 인간이 하나님을 위하거나, 거부하는 자유로운 결정을 내릴 수 없게 한다. 그러나 인간이 스스로, 사랑의 길을 통해 자신 안에서 동일한 계시에 받으려고 시도하면서, 이로써 그가 자유의지로 믿고, 더 이상 이런 믿음을 빼앗기지 않으면서, 계시가 진리라는 반박할 수 없는 증거를 만들 수 있다.

이일은 가장 설득력이 있는 증거이고, 누구나 자유롭게 시도할 수 있다. 그러나 이 길을 가는 사람은 단지 소수이다. 왜냐면 진리는 단지 사랑을 통해서만 얻을 수 있다는 것이 그들에게 이해할 수 없는 것처럼 보이기 때문이다. 그러므로 인류는 하나님의 계시로 인간에게 선포된 예언이 성취되는 방식으로만 도움을 받을 수 있다. 이런 증거는 아주 고통스럽다. 왜냐면 이런 증거가 사람들에게 말할 수 없는 고통과 비참함을 주기 때문이다. 그러나 생각이 완전히 완고하지 않은 사람은 이 가운데 하나님이 이 땅에 준 것이 진리임을 깨닫고, 이전보다 더 많이 하나님의 말씀에 주의를 기울인다.

그러나 사람들을 믿도록 유도하기 위해, 믿음의 자유를 훼손하지 않기 위해, 하나님은 사람들에게 더 분명하게 말할 수 없다. 그러므로 하나님의 말씀을 하나님의 말씀으로 깨닫는 사람들의 수가 적다. 그들 안에는 믿으려는 의지가 있고, 그들의 심장은 사랑할 수 있다. 그들은 또한 증거가 없더라도, 말씀을 통해 그들에게 전달된 모든 것을 심장으로 인정하고, 이로써 이런 말씀을 위해 나설 능력이 있고, 그들의 웅변력이 이를 증거하고, 이런 증거는 증거를 요구한다면, 증거로 인정받을 수 있는 것이다.
