Spiritual communications must be related to christian teaching....

The spirit from God only imparts spiritual truths, and therefore whatever is revealed to people through the working of the spirit can be unconditionally accepted as truth. As soon as earthly events are mentioned they always have to be in a certain connection with the spiritual development of men, therefore these earthly events have to have such an effect that they can serve the higher development of the soul. Then such messages from the spiritual kingdom are likewise to be believed and they are to be recognized as divine spiritual work. Spiritual impartations always have to be related to the christian teaching, then they have emerged from the kingdom of light and been revealed to it for the benefit of humanity. And this is of utmost importance for you, that you find the connection between these proclamations and the word which the lord taught on earth.... He is now giving out the same again in a different form. The lord has announced on earth that the earth will be afflicted, that trouble and tribulation will come upon it and that not one stone shall be left upon another. And so He must announce the same again to people and let His announcement be followed by action. What the lord has said must be fulfilled, otherwise His word would not be truth. It must fulfil itself because the spiritual development of people is connected with it. Thus a revelation can be accepted as divine without hesitation as soon as it aims to ennoble people, even though it deals with earthly events, for God wants to prove to people through such events the truth of what He taught on earth and still teaches. He wants to provide them with a little proof so that people will easily find faith or strengthen their weak faith, for a person will only believe if he has proof, but otherwise he cannot be given proof, i.e., the spiritual truths imparted to a person can only be revealed to him after the death of his body, thus he would never have proof on earth of the truths which are imparted to him spiritually. And God now comes to the human being's aid by giving him the opportunity to test the truthfulness of His divine word, for this will reveal that everything the lord has said in His way of life will come true, so that the realization of truth will contribute towards leading earthly life in accordance with divine will, so that the soul's higher development will be taken into account, so that the human being will mature within himself and do everything that contributes towards the transformation of his soul....

영적인 계시는 기독교의 가르침과 연관되어 있어야만 한다.

하나님의 영은 영적 진리만을 전달한다. 그러므로 영의 역사를 통해 사람들에게 전해지는 것은 무조건 진리로 받아드릴 수 있다. 이 땅의 사건이 이제 언급이 되면, 이는 항상 사람들의 영의 성장과 일정한 관련이 있어야만 한다. 그러므로 이런 이 땅의 사건은 혼의 더 높은 성장에 기여할 수 있는 효과를 나타내야만 한다. 그러면 영의 나라로부터 온 그런 계시를 믿고, 하나님의 영적 역사로 인정할 수 있다.

영적인 계시는 항상 기독교의 가르침과 관련이 있어야만 한다. 그러면 이런 계시는 빛의 나라에서 온 것이고, 인류에게 축복을 주는 계시이다. 이 계시와 주님이 이 땅에서 가르친 말씀 사이의 연관성을 너희가 찾는 일은 너희에게 가장 큰 의미가 있다. 이 계시는 주님이 이제 같은 것을 다른 형태로 다시 준 것이다. 주님이 이 땅에 거할 때, 자신이 이 땅을 방문할 것이고, 이 땅에 고난과 환난이 닥칠 것이고, 돌 위에 어떤 돌도 남아 있지 않게 될 것이라고 예고했다.

그러므로 주님은 사람들에게 같은 것을 다시 알려줘야만 하고, 자신의 계시에 따라 행동을 취해야만 한다. 주님이 말씀하신 일은 성취되어야만 한다. 그렇지 않으면 주님의 말씀이 진리가 되지 않을 것이다. 이 일이 사람의 영적 성장과 관련되어 있기 때문에 성취가 되어야만 한다. 그러므로 계시가, 비록 이 땅의 사건을 다룰지라도, 사람들을 고귀하게 하는 목표로 한다면, 이 계시를 즉시 주저 없이 신적인 것으로 받아드릴 수 있다. 왜냐하면 하나님이 그런 사건을 통해 자신이 이 땅에서 가르쳤고, 아직 항상 가르치고 있는 것이 진리임을 사람들에게 증명하기를 원하기 때문이다.

주님은 사람들이 쉽게 믿음을 찾거나, 약한 믿음을 강하게 할 수 있도록, 그들에게 약간의 증거를 제공하기를 원한다. 왜냐하면 사람들이 증거가 있을 때, 비로소 믿기 때문이다. 이런 목적외에는 그들에게 증거를 줄 수 없다. 사람들에게 전해지는 영적인 진리는 육체의 죽음 후에 그들에게 드러날 수 있다. 그러므로 그는 이 땅에서 그에게 영적으로 전해지는 진리에 대한 증거를 받을 수 없게 될 것이다.

하나님은 이제 인간에게 도움을 주기 위해 임하고, 인간에게 자신의 신적인 말씀의 진실성을 시험할 기회를 준다. 왜냐하면 주님이 이 땅에 거할 때, 말한 모든 일이 성취되는 일을 통해 드러나기 때문이다. 이로써 진리를 깨닫는 일이 하나님의 뜻에 따라 이 땅의 삶을 살도록 기여하고, 그러므로 혼의 더 높은 성장을 생각하게 하고, 인간의 내면이 성숙해지게 하고, 혼을 변화시키는 일에 도움을 주는 모든 일을 수행하게 한다.
