Light.... labour of love in the hereafter.... work of redemption....

The soul will find a light-filled environment in the beyond if it has led a God-pleasing way of life on earth and shaped itself into a being of light. Then it will be free from every shackle, it can stay wherever it wants without any worries, light will surround it everywhere and its state will be a blissful one. The world full of light, which is now its abode, is by no means a work of creation from earthly matter, but what the soul now beholds are spiritual creations that are unimaginable to man. They surpass everything seen so far in beauty of colour and form. They are creations that man's boldest imagination cannot conceive, and yet the soul feels at ease in this environment because it only finds what it has longed for in the spirit. It no longer longs for the earth it has left but recognizes its true home and earthly life appears to it like a dream that has come to an end. And now the extremely blissful state drives it to activity by wanting to communicate to all beings the same thing that makes it so extremely happy. It knows that light means bliss in the beyond, and it also knows about the endless darkness of the unredeemed souls and would like to break through this darkness and likewise place the souls into a state of light. This urge for redeeming activity is inherent in every being of light and therefore makes this activity blissful, thus the soul will always be willing to help without any calculation. It gives because its heart urges it and now receives in the same measure as it gives again. And its own feeling of happiness increases the more it brings its light to the ignorant souls or people on earth. Light is her surroundings, light is herself, and light brings every teaching that is conveyed again in love. The kingdom of light is everywhere where the beings of light stay, but the beings of light also always have access to the beings which still languish in darkness, only that they do not approach the immature beings in their fullness of light but cover themselves, that they do not let their light shine because the beings of darkness could not tolerate it. Yet they nevertheless carry out their activity by imparting knowledge to the beings of darkness if they allow themselves to be taught. And now the latter enter the circle of light of those who have lived a life of love and now work in love again on the souls which still lack all light....

To stand in the light means to be knowledgeable.... The knowing person is God-connected, and the souls in the beyond who stand in the light are likewise close to God so that they receive His light radiation.... i.e. they are nourished by His wisdom. The process of light transmission is incomprehensible to people because no earthly comparison can be made. In the spiritual kingdom God's will is sufficient for the most incomprehensible processes to take place, and such a process is also the emanation of light, the uninterrupted flow of light and strength and transmission to the perfect being. The contact with God has to be established first, thus the being has to have found the intimate union with God in order to be able to receive His flow of light and strength. And the union with God takes place as soon as the beingness works in love. Love work in the hereafter will always be the imparting of spiritual knowledge to the ignorant, i.e. to beings standing in darkness. This activity of love constantly results in an increased supply of light and strength, and thus love will become ever stronger towards the unredeemed souls because God's love has seized the beings of light and the flow of love will inexorably flow over to them, resulting in an ever more diligent activity of love. Now, understandably, the state of darkness of those beings on whom the activity of love is being carried out must also change into light. First the darkness has to give way to a slight twilight, until then faint rays of light also break through this, and the soul begins to recognize its surroundings more clearly and its desire for light steadily increases. The light beings' activity of love can increase to the same extent, and this is the work of redemption which certainly began on earth but will continue in the beyond and still take eternities before the last being is led out of darkness into the light, thus all spiritual beings are finally redeemed....

Licht.... Liebeswirken im Jenseits.... Erlösungswerk....

Eine lichtvolle Umgebung findet die Seele im Jenseits vor, so sie auf Erden einen Gott-gefälligen Lebenswandel geführt und sich zu einem Lichtwesen gestaltet hat. Dann ist sie frei von jeder Fessel, völlig unbeschwert kann sie weilen, wo sie will, überall wird Licht sie umgeben, und ihr Zustand wird ein beseligender sein. Die lichtvolle Welt, die nun ihr Aufenthalt ist, ist keineswegs ein Schöpfungswerk aus irdischer Materie, sondern was die Seele nun erschaut, sind geistige Gebilde, die dem Menschen unvorstellbar sind. Sie übertreffen alles bisher Erschaute an Schönheit in Farbe und Form. Es sind Gebilde, die die kühnste Phantasie des Menschen sich nicht ausdenken kann, und doch fühlt die Seele sich in dieser Umgebung wohl, weil sie nur vorfindet, was sie sich ersehnt hat im Geist. Sie hat nun kein Verlangen mehr nach der Erde, die sie verlassen hat, sondern sie erkennt ihre wahre Heimat, und das Erdenleben erscheint ihr wie ein Traum, der ausgeträumt ist. Und nun treibt der überaus selige Zustand sie zur Tätigkeit an, indem sie allen Wesen das gleiche mitteilen möchte, was sie so überaus beglückt. Sie weiß, daß Licht die Seligkeit bedeutet im Jenseits, und sie weiß auch um die endlose Finsternis der unerlösten Seelen und möchte diese Finsternis durchbrechen und die Seelen gleichfalls in einen Lichtzustand versetzen. Dieser Drang zur erlösenden Tätigkeit wohnt einem jeden Lichtwesen inne und macht daher diese Tätigkeit zur Seligkeit, also es wird immer die Seele hilfsbereit sein ohne jede Berechnung. Sie gibt, weil ihr Herz sie drängt, und empfängt nun im gleichen Maß, wie sie wieder abgibt. Und ihr eigenes Glücksgefühl erhöht sich, je mehr sie nun den unwissenden Seelen oder den Menschen auf Erden ihr Licht nahebringt. Licht ist ihre Umgebung, Licht ist sie selbst, und Licht bringt eine jede Lehre, die wieder in Liebe vermittelt wird. Das Lichtreich ist überall dort, wo die Lichtwesen sich aufhalten, doch es haben die Lichtwesen auch immer Zugang zu den Wesen, die noch in der Finsternis schmachten, nur daß sie nicht in ihrer ganzen Lichtfülle sich den unreifen Wesen nahen, sondern sich verhüllen, daß sie ihr Licht nicht leuchten lassen, weil die Wesen der Finsternis dieses nicht vertragen könnten. Doch ihre Tätigkeit führen sie dennoch aus, indem sie den Wesen der Finsternis Wissen vermitteln, so diese sich belehren lassen. Und nun treten letztere in den Lichtkreis derer, die ein Leben in Liebe geführt haben und nun wieder in Liebe wirken an den Seelen, denen noch jegliches Licht mangelt....

Im Licht zu stehen, heißt wissend zu sein.... Der wissende Mensch ist Gott-verbunden, und die Seelen im Jenseits, die im Licht stehen, sind gleichfalls Gott nahe, so daß sie seine Lichtausstrahlung entgegennehmen.... also von Seiner Weisheit gespeist werden. Der Vorgang der Lichtübertragung ist den Menschen unverständlich, weil sich kein irdischer Vergleich dafür anführen läßt. Im geistigen Reich genügt der Wille Gottes, daß sich die den Menschen unbegreiflichsten Vorgänge vollziehen, und ein solcher Vorgang ist auch die Ausstrahlung des Lichtes, die ununterbrochene Licht- und Kraftströmung und Übertragung auf das vollkommene Wesenhafte. Der Kontakt mit Gott muß zuvor hergestellt sein, also es muß das Wesen den innigen Zusammenschluß mit Gott gefunden haben, um Seinen Licht- und Kraftstrom in Empfang nehmen zu können. Und der Zusammenschluß mit Gott findet statt, sowie das Wesenhafte in Liebe wirkt. Liebeswirken im Jenseits wird immer sein das Übermitteln geistigen Wissens an Unwissende, d.h. in der Dunkelheit stehende Wesen. Dieses Liebeswirken zieht ständig vermehrte Licht- und Kraftzufuhr nach sich, und also wird die Liebe immer stärker werden zu den unerlösten Seelen, weil die Liebe Gottes die Lichtwesen erfaßt hat und der Liebesstrom unaufhaltsam auf diese überfließt, was eine immer emsigere Liebetätigkeit zur Folge hat. Nun muß sich verständlicherweise auch der Dunkelheitszustand jener Wesen zu Licht wandeln, an denen das Liebeswirken ausgeübt wird. Erst muß die Dunkelheit einer leichten Dämmerung weichen, bis dann schwache Lichtstrahlen auch diese durchbrechen, und es beginnt die Seele, ihre Umgebung klarer zu erkennen, und ihr Verlangen nach Licht nimmt stetig zu. Im gleichen Maße kann sich das Liebeswirken der Lichtwesen erhöhen, und es ist dies das Erlösungswerk, das auf Erden wohl begonnen, doch im Jenseits fortgesetzt und noch Ewigkeiten dauern wird, bevor das letzte Wesen aus der Dunkelheit zum Licht geführt, also alles Geistige endgültig erlöst ist....
