Purpose of the predictions of the coming catastrophe....

A purely spiritual connection is the only way to lift the veil which God has spread over everything that lies in the future. The human being's future destiny should remain concealed so that he can shape himself according to divine will without being influenced, and it would hardly be necessary to announce a forthcoming event to him as long as the attainment of his soul's maturity is important to him. However, if too little attention is paid to the latter, the human being runs the risk of not living his life profitably and he must be warned or made aware of this danger in some way. He must be made aware of the possibility of a quick end and thus his sense of responsibility must be awakened. And at the same time the permanence of everything that is around him or fills his aspirations and thoughts must be questioned; thus the possibility of a sudden disintegration of the earthly must be presented to him so that he recognizes the wrong path on which he is walking. And thus God allows people to gain an insight into coming events.... He gives them knowledge of what He has decided in His wisdom for the sake of the salvation of such people who are idle in their souls. He lets people receive information by way of a pure-spiritual connection, as it is not possible otherwise in order not to curtail people's freedom of will. The results of a pure-spiritual connection can be believed but also rejected as implausible, whereas every other announcement, if God Himself would impart it to people in an obvious way, would cause horror and rather make people incapable of a changed way of life. The coming events must be announced to people in such a way that they are free to believe or not. People should be warned, but not forced to change their way of life. They should only consider the possibility of an extraordinary event and adjust themselves accordingly. Thus people awakened or chosen by God must receive the news of such future events by way of a pure spiritual connection and pass it on to their fellow human beings. They are now completely free to believe it and to prepare themselves accordingly or to reject it. However, God will never allow an extraordinary event to befall humanity without having warned them first. The more unbelieving people are and the more they ignore their actual task on earth, the more powerful God's announcement will be fulfilled. The necessity of divine intervention is so obviously recognizable at present, as the soul's higher development is completely disregarded and the human being only lives for his earthly task, earthly pleasures and his physical comfort. Consequently, he will also reject such spiritual proclamations and, despite warnings and admonitions, be completely unprepared when the proclamations come true because they correspond to the truth and were conveyed to humanity beforehand on God's instructions. And therefore the prediction will be fulfilled in the time to come, a powerful natural event will shake humanity out of its sluggish existence without faith, out of its spiritual sleep and unspeakable danger of the soul....

Objetivo das previsões do próximo desastre....

Uma ligação puramente espiritual é a única possibilidade de levantar o véu que Deus espalhou sobre tudo o que está no futuro. O destino futuro do ser humano deve permanecer oculto, para que ele possa moldar-se segundo a vontade divina sem ser influenciado, e dificilmente seria necessário anunciar-lhe um acontecimento futuro, desde que a realização da maturidade da sua alma seja importante para ele. Mas, se se prestar muito pouca atenção a este último, o ser humano correrá o risco de não viver a sua vida de forma rentável, e deve agora, de alguma forma, ser avisado ou consciencializado para este perigo. Ele deve estar consciente da possibilidade de um fim rápido e assim despertar seu senso de responsabilidade. E, ao mesmo tempo, a permanência de tudo o que o rodeia ou preenche os seus esforços e pensamentos tem de ser questionada; assim, a possibilidade de uma súbita desintegração do terreno tem de lhe ser apresentada para que reconheça o caminho errado que está a trilhar. E assim Deus permite que as pessoas tenham uma visão dos próximos eventos.... Ele lhes dá conhecimento do que Ele decidiu em Sua sabedoria por causa da salvação de tais pessoas que estão inativos em suas almas. Ele permite que as pessoas recebam informações por meio de uma conexão puramente espiritual, uma vez que não é possível de outra forma, a fim de não restringir a liberdade de vontade do ser humano. Os resultados de uma conexão puramente espiritual podem ser acreditados, mas também rejeitados como não confiáveis, enquanto qualquer outro anúncio, se o próprio Deus transmitisse às pessoas de uma maneira óbvia, causaria horror e tornaria as pessoas incapazes de um modo de vida diferente. Os próximos eventos devem ser anunciados às pessoas de uma forma que as deixe livres para acreditar ou não. As pessoas devem ser avisadas, mas não obrigadas a mudar o seu modo de vida. Eles só devem considerar a possibilidade de um evento extraordinário e ajustar-se em conformidade. Portanto, as pessoas despertadas ou escolhidas por Deus devem receber as informações sobre tais eventos futuros por meio de uma conexão espiritual pura e transmiti-las aos seus semelhantes. Agora eles são completamente livres para acreditar nisso e se prepararem de acordo, ou para rejeitá-lo. Mas Deus nunca deixa um evento extraordinário vir sobre a humanidade sem tê-la avisado de antemão. Quanto mais descrentes forem as pessoas e quanto mais ignorarem a sua verdadeira tarefa terrena, tanto mais poderoso será o anúncio de Deus. A necessidade da intervenção divina é tão obviamente reconhecível no presente, mas o desenvolvimento superior da alma é completamente desconsiderado e o ser humano só vive de acordo com sua tarefa terrena, os prazeres terrenos e o conforto físico. Consequentemente, ele também rejeitará tais anúncios espirituais e, apesar das advertências e admoestações, estará completamente despreparado se os anúncios se tornarem realidade, porque correspondem à verdade e foram previamente transmitidos à humanidade sob as instruções de Deus. E, portanto, a previsão se tornará realidade nos próximos tempos, um evento natural poderoso sacudirá a humanidade de sua vida lenta sem fé, do sono espiritual e do perigo indescritível da alma....
