The spiritual world.... paradisiacal state....

The death of the body is the conclusion of life on earth and the beginning of life in eternity. These are two fundamentally different worlds.... The one, which belongs to the past and is also transient in itself, i.e. in constant change, is the world of God's visible and tangible works of creation.... a world that is matter in contrast to the world beyond, where material creations do not exist but are only imagined by imperfect beings until the moment of final overcoming. The body of flesh required earthly, i.e. material, creations, as it itself was also such a creation. However, as soon as the outer shell of flesh falls away and the soul passes over into the spiritual realm, it is completely independent of visible works of creation, provided it has reached a certain degree of maturity. The present world is a world of desires.... Every soul finds what it desires, and thus life in eternity will be a paradisiacal state for the human being, provided that the soul wishes to dwell in paradise. For it can also desire that which is still very humanly earthly. But then the state cannot be called paradisiacal, for earthly desires eliminate such a state. In higher spheres, however, earthly-material things are no longer desired but are regarded as belonging to the past, and instead only spiritual good is sought. Spiritual good, however, are for the first time the currents of power which the being in eternity perceptibly feels and recognizes as necessary for higher development and longs for. In this world nothing is tangible or physically visible, but only visible to the spiritual eye, i.e. everything consists of ethereal substances, it is only recognizable in the life of feeling.... the degree of love of the being will, as it were, determine the spheres which are now the soul's new abode. For when the soul is willing, it also receives, and now receiving and giving is a blissful activity for the being. It does not desire something tangible, but only something delicious, which is expressed in the life of sensation. And thus life in eternity is a constant influx and distribution of divine strength, only spiritual things are desired and received and the emotional life is developed to an unimaginable depth, so that bliss can take on ever greater proportions, thus there is neither a standstill nor a decline in what is the epitome of eternal life.... of eternal glory....

O mundo espiritual.... Paradise State....

A morte do corpo é a conclusão da mudança terrena e o início da vida na eternidade. Estes são dois mundos fundamentalmente diferentes.... Uma, que pertence ao passado e é também transitória em si mesma, ou seja, em constante mudança, é o mundo das obras visíveis e tangíveis de Deus da criação.... um mundo que é matéria em contraste com o mundo do além, onde as criações materiais não existem, mas apenas permanecem nos pensamentos dos seres imperfeitos até o momento da superação final. O corpo de carne precisava de criações terrenas, isto é, materiais, já que ele próprio também era uma criação. Mas assim que a casca exterior carnal cai e a alma passa para o reino espiritual, ela é completamente independente das obras visíveis da criação, desde que tenha atingido um certo grau de maturidade. O mundo actual é um mundo de desejos.... Cada alma encontrará o que deseja, e assim a vida na eternidade será um estado paradisíaco para o ser humano, desde que a alma queira habitar no paraíso. Pois também pode desejar aquilo que ainda é muito humanamente terreno. Mas então o estado não pode ser chamado de paradisíaco, pois os desejos terrenos excluem tal estado. Nas esferas mais elevadas, porém, as coisas terrenas materiais não são mais desejadas, mas são consideradas como pertencentes ao passado e, em vez disso, apenas o bem espiritual é buscado. Os bens espirituais, porém, são pela primeira vez as correntes de força que o ser na eternidade percebe e reconhece como necessárias para um desenvolvimento superior e anseia por eles. Neste mundo nada é tangível ou fisicamente visível, mas apenas visível ao olho espiritual, ou seja, tudo consiste em substâncias etéreas, só é reconhecível na vida de sentir.... O grau de amor do ser, por assim dizer, determinará as esferas que agora são a nova morada da alma. Pois se a alma está disposta, ela também recebe, e agora receber e dar é uma atividade feliz para o ser. Ele não deseja algo tangível, mas apenas algo delicioso, que se expressa na vida do sentimento. E assim a vida na eternidade é um constante influxo e distribuição da força divina, apenas coisas espirituais são desejadas e recebidas e a vida de sentimento é desenvolvida a uma profundidade inconcebível, para que a bem-aventurança possa assumir dimensões cada vez maiores, não ocorrendo, portanto, paralisação nem declínio disso, que é o epítome da vida eterna.... da glória eterna....
