The coming ruler according to the will of God....

And it is My will that a power should be formed on earth which shuns all violence and only exercises its rule with love. And I will call this power into being, I will give it My blessing, I will let it become great and the world shall recognize that it is appointed by Me. In the foreseeable future someone will ascend the throne, that is, I will give him power over many countries, I will appoint people to elect him as their prince, as their ruler, and he will gain the love and esteem of all nations, he will be without falsehood and give Me alone the honour, and therefore I will bless his work on earth.... But before this comes, an unspeakable tribulation will befall the earth, for the adversary still reigns and his influence seeks to destroy. He determines all evil powers to tremendous activity, and thus the earth will be stirred up, all evil spirits will gain the upper hand and earthly measures will be taken which likewise indicate satanic influence, and the worldly ruling power will live without God, and thus the exercise of power will also be.... lawless, brutal and shying away from the light of truth, and humanity will recognize the evil influence ever more clearly and feel the secret desire within itself that this rule may be replaced by a power in accordance with divine will. God has planned this change, but the time has not yet come, for satan's activity must first be revealed, even to those who are completely committed to it.... For only when the evil is recognized will it also be abhorred, and only then will the good striving of the ruling power be recognized and appreciated accordingly. For God wants people to be governed wisely, even by worldly power; He wants the same relationship to exist on earth between the people and their ruler as God demands of people for Himself.... Man should willingly submit to the power that has been given to him as authority by God. Where the people are governed wisely, they will also be devoted to the authorities and will do everything to establish the best understanding.... the authorities, i.e. the ruler, will always be regarded and honoured as the divine representative, and this relationship between the people and their ruler is in accordance with the divine will, so He will bless both the ruler and the people, because both make the divine will their guiding principle and live for each other....

O próximo governante de acordo com a vontade de Deus....

E esta é a Minha vontade que um poder se forme na terra, que evita toda a violência e só exerce o seu domínio no amor. E eu chamarei este poder à existência, dar-lhe-ei a Minha bênção, deixarei que se torne grande e o mundo reconhecerá que ele é designado por Mim. Num futuro previsível já subirá ao trono, ou seja, eu lhe darei poder sobre muitos países, determinarei que as pessoas o elejam como seu príncipe, como seu regente, e ele ganhará o amor e a reputação de todas as nações, ele será sem falsidade e me dará somente a honra, e por isso eu abençoarei sua atividade na terra.... Mas antes que ele venha uma tribulação indescritível passará sobre a terra, pois o adversário ainda reina e sua influência procura destruir. Ele determina todas as forças malignas para uma tremenda atividade e assim a Terra será agitada, todas as substâncias espirituais malignas ganharão vantagem e serão tomadas medidas terrenas que também indicam influência satânica, e o poder terreno governante viverá sem Deus e, portanto, o exercício do poder também será ilegal, brutal e leve. Sem lei, brutal e tímida, longe da luz da verdade, e a humanidade reconhecerá cada vez mais claramente a má influência e sentirá o desejo secreto em si mesma de que esta regra seja substituída por um poder que corresponda à vontade divina. Deus providenciou essa mudança, mas ainda não chegou a hora, pois a atividade de Satanás deve ser revelada primeiro, mesmo àqueles que estão completamente confessados a ela..... Pois só quando o mal for reconhecido é que também será detestado, e só então o bom esforço do poder governante será reconhecido e apreciado em conformidade. Pois Deus quer que as pessoas sejam governadas sabiamente, mesmo pelo poder do mundo; Ele quer que exista na terra a mesma relação entre o povo e seu governante que Deus exige das pessoas para si mesmo.... O homem deve submeter-se voluntariamente ao poder que lhe foi dado por Deus como autoridade. Onde as pessoas são sabiamente governadas, elas também serão dedicadas às autoridades, e farão tudo para estabelecer a melhor compreensão.... as autoridades, ou seja, o governante, serão sempre consideradas e honradas como o representante divino, e esta relação entre o povo e seu governante está de acordo com a vontade divina, portanto Ele abençoará tanto o governante quanto o povo, porque ambos fazem da vontade divina seu princípio orientador e vivem um para o outro....
