Work of the spirit.... power from God....

Only in this way can the work of the spirit be understood, that man imagines a power that is active in him. He must make a distinction between the way the spirit works and the way the soul works. The soul is the breath of life, and every body will live if the soul dwells in it. However, it can lead a life with this soul which could be called mechanical, as it were.... that the body certainly carries out all functions which are necessary for life on earth, which it therefore could not do without the soul.... Yet it does so without any connection with God.... It only uses the ability to live received from God, yet not for God but exclusively for itself and for God's opposing power.... He has previously consciously requested his earthly life from God for the purpose of approaching Him but has now not fulfilled this purpose, however, he has fully utilized the soul's activity. He did not request the power from God.... the divine spirit.... which is the only way to approach God. He has ignored the divine spark that was given to him as God's most precious gift.... The spirit of love.... the divine in man was not active, and thus the spiritual spark was not awakened to life, and the power from God could not be transmitted to man. God cannot reveal Himself to man in the spirit.... the connection with God has not been established, so the rapprochement cannot take place.... it is not possible to bridge the separation as long as the spirit from God is not active in the human being. The spirit from God is the power of God.... A person can be alive and yet dead if spiritual rebirth has not taken place.... Contact with God must be sought.... through active love for the neighbour the divine in him must be brought to awakening, and then the spirit out of God will be active in man.... It will influence the soul to subordinate all thinking, doing and willing to this spirit within itself; the soul will no longer take the body's desires into account but will listen solely to the divine spirit within itself; God Himself will now express Himself. The spirit from God is placed into every human being, yet not every person utilizes this most precious thing within himself, and then his life on earth remains a failed one and has not brought the being any progress, for without awakening the spirit from God within himself the unification with the father-spirit cannot take place, which, however, is the only purpose in earthly life....

Obra del Espíritu.... Poder de Dios....

La única manera de comprender la obra del Espíritu es que el hombre se imagina una fuerza activa dentro de él. Debe hacer una distinción en la forma y manera de la actividad del espíritu y la del alma. El alma es el aliento de vida, y todo cuerpo tendrá vida si el alma vive en este. Sin embargo, con esta alma puede llevar una vida que podría llamarse mecánica, por así decirlo.... que el cuerpo realiza todas las funciones que son necesarias para la vida terrenal, lo que no podría hacer sin el alma.... pero lo hace sin ninguna correlación con Dios.... Sólo aprovecha la capacidad de vivir que Dios le ha dado, pero no para Dios, sino exclusivamente para sí mismo y para el poder opuesto a Dios....

Anteriormente había solicitado conscientemente a Dios su vida en la tierra con el propósito de acercarse a Él, pero ahora no ha cumplido este propósito, sino que ha hecho pleno uso de la actividad del alma. Él no pidió el poder de Dios.... el Espíritu divino.... que es la única manera de acercarse a Dios. Ignoró la chispa divina que le fue dada como el don más precioso de Dios.... El espíritu de amor.... lo divino en el ser humano no estaba activo, y por lo tanto la chispa espiritual no despertaba a la vida, y el poder de Dios no podía transmitirse al hombre.

Dios no puede revelarse al hombre en el Espíritu.... la conexión con Dios no se ha establecido, por lo que el acercamiento tampoco puede tener lugar.... no hay posibilidad de salvar la separación mientras que el espíritu de Dios en el hombre no esté activo. El Espíritu de Dios es poder de Dios.... El hombre puede estar vivo y, sin embargo, estar muerto a menos que haya tenido lugar un renacimiento espiritual.... Debe buscarse el contacto con Dios.... lo divino en él debe despertarse mediante el amor activo al prójimo, y entonces el espíritu de Dios estará activo en el hombre.... Influirá en el alma para que subordine todo pensamiento, acción y deseo a este espíritu dentro de sí mismo; el alma ya no tendrá en cuenta el deseo del cuerpo, pero escucha únicamente al espíritu divino dentro de sí; ahora Dios Mismo se expresará.

El espíritu de Dios está colocado en cada ser humano, sin embargo, no todos los seres humanos usan esta cosa tan preciosa en sí mismos y entonces su vida en la tierra sigue siendo una vida fallida y no ha traído ningún progreso al ser, porque sin despertar el espíritu de Dios en sí mismo, la unificación con el Espíritu Padre no puede tener lugar, que es, sin embargo, el único fin en la vida terrenal....
