Purpose of the work of creation.... no total annihilation....

With the destruction of the world, i.e. of all visible creation, all spiritual substances would remain undeveloped, they would, so to speak, no longer find any material to stay in and would therefore always and forever remain in the same state, since they would have no task through which the spiritual substances could be brought to maturity. It was therefore in the creator's purpose to redeem this spiritual substance from inactivity on the one hand and from incompleteness on the other hand.... it was in His purpose to draw all spiritual substances to Himself, which was never possible in this immature state; He therefore gave it countless opportunities to mature and thus creation became, as it were, a means to an end. Creation in itself is not the purpose and aim of the creating divine power, but the final unification of all spiritual with God, which again only became possible through creation. Everything that is visible to the human eye has the great task of leading the spiritual within it to the eternal divinity, for in all matter the spiritual struggles upwards. If the divine creator at times abandons any works of creation to destruction or annihilation through His will, then this is well-considered insofar as it releases the spiritual that is sheltered within itself, which can now take up residence in still existing or newly emerging creation.... But the whole annihilation.... a downfall of all creation would be eternal punishment for everything still immature spiritual. However, the divine creator's love is not of such a nature that He allows everything that has come forth from Him to remain in such a state which does not correspond to the creator's perfection. Therefore, a complete destruction of creation will never come into question, only a permanent change of everything that exists, as far as it has an association with matter. Matter, as the carrier of all spiritual substances, must be subjected to permanent change in order to ensure permanent higher development; only with the entry into the spiritual kingdom is matter no longer needed, but it still exists in the imagination of the imperfect spiritual being until it has freed itself from the last desire for it and then only lives in love, which is the epitome of all spiritual substances. The moment of union with God can only occur in complete separation from all matter, and thus all creation must have been lived through.... the soul must have conquered every form, every work of creation, it must have worked its way through everything visible, it must have taken everything spiritual from it, increased itself with it and now stand before its creator in all perfection and long for the final union with Him. Then the work of creation will have completely fulfilled its purpose and the spiritual will have been delivered to the heavenly father and creator from eternity....

Le but de l'Œuvre de Création - Aucune destruction totale

Avec la destruction du monde, c'est-à-dire de toute Création visible, tout le spirituel resterait sous-développé, il ne trouverait plus pour ainsi dire aucune substance qui lui concède demeure, et par conséquent il resterait toujours et éternellement dans la même condition, parce qu'il n'aurait aucune tâche au travers de laquelle le spirituel pourrait être porté à la maturité. Il est donc dans la Volonté du Créateur de libérer ce spirituel de l'inactivité d'un coté et de l'inachèvement de l'autre, il est dans Sa Volonté d'attirer à Lui tout le spirituel, chose qui n'était plus possible dans cette condition d’immaturité; Il lui a donc donné d’innombrables possibilités pour mûrir, et ainsi la Création est parvenue à mi-chemin de son but. La Création en soi n'est pas le but mais le moyen de toute la divine Force créatrice pour atteindre finalement l'unification de tout le spirituel avec Dieu, ce qui est devenu à nouveau possible seulement à travers la Création. Tout ce qui est visible à l'œil humain a la grande tâche de guider vers Dieu le spirituel caché en elle, parce que dans toute matière le spirituel lutte pour s’élever. Si maintenant le divin Créateur expose parfois quelque Œuvre de Création à la destruction ou à l'anéantissement au travers de Sa Volonté, cela est bien sagement pensé puisque le spirituel caché en elle est libéré et peut maintenant prendre demeure dans une Création existante ou bien d’une sorte nouvelle. Mais un total anéantissement, un naufrage de chaque Création, serait une éternelle Punition pour tout le spirituel encore immature. Mais telle n'est pas la Volonté de l'Amour du divin Créateur de laisser s'arrêter dans un tel état tout ce qui procède de Lui, parce que cela ne correspond pas à la Perfection du Créateur. Donc il ne sera jamais question d’un anéantissement total de la Création, mais seulement d’un changement continu de tout ce qui existe, pour autant que cela soit uni avec la matière. La matière comme porteuse de tout le spirituel doit être exposée à un changement continu, pour assurer justement ce développement continu vers le Haut, et seulement avec l'entrée dans le Royaume spirituel celui-ci n'a plus besoin de la matière, mais la matière continuera à exister pendant longtemps encore dans l'imagination de l'être spirituel imparfait, tant que celui-ci ne se sera pas libéré du dernier désir pour elle et ensuite vivre seulement dans l'amour, qui est le Symbole de tout le spirituel. L'instant de l'unification avec Dieu peut intervenir seulement après la totale séparation de toute matière, et donc chaque Création doit être vécue jusqu'au bout, l'âme doit avoir vaincu chaque forme, chaque Œuvre de Création, elle doit avoir travaillé en passant à travers tout le visible, elle doit lui avoir enlevé tout le spirituel, en s’étant accrue elle-même en se l’étant approprié et maintenant elle est devant son Créateur en toute perfection et désire ardemment finalement l'unification avec Lui. Alors l'Œuvre de Création s'est acquittée définitivement de son but et a reconduit le spirituel au Père céleste et Créateur de l'Éternité.
