The fate of poor souls in the afterlife and help....

Let your thoughts wander into the infinite universe, which is the carrier of countless souls, and try to imagine the hardship of those who are still in the darkness of unbelief and who have not yet recognized their existence as indestructible.... These still believe themselves to be on earth, only transferred to another region and another environment through some process and cannot yet familiarize themselves with the thought that their life on earth has come to an end. They wander and search for a way out of their situation and are despondent and desperate when they see the same unfriendly and gloomy picture before them again and again. They do not want to succeed in improving their condition, because wherever they turn, they find no brightness, and therefore their condition is boundlessly miserable. If God's mercy did not send them help their fate would always remain the same, but even for these souls there is the possibility that they will be able to free themselves from their hardship as soon as they have recognized it and are willing. The help sent to them compels them to reflect ever more deeply on themselves until they have made up their minds to take action to improve their situation. Then they will also be shown the way by the spirit beings who look after them, but who are not recognizable to them as such, and the more eagerly they follow this instruction the sooner the change in their state will become apparent, and even the smallest success will make such a soul all the more eager as soon as it notices just a glimmer of light and begins to suspect the truth. In order to make the state of suffering comprehensible to you earthly children you could only see it in a dream, and this would be so dreadful and depressing for you that you would be inhibited in your life's work and perhaps want to take the right path out of fear, which, however, would not benefit your soul. On the other hand, however, you should be aware of the pitiable situation of these souls in order to turn your love towards them and to help them through this in their adversity. Anyone who is able to imagine their suffering will, seized by profound compassion, be able to help them through prayer for the alleviation of their agony, and this should be an indication to you to remember the poor erring souls in the beyond and not to deny them your help, on which they are so greatly dependent if their time of suffering is to be shortened, for they lack the strength which is supplied to them through your prayer or through the love of spiritual beings in the beyond....

Muitas das pobres almas no além e ajudam....

Deixai os vossos pensamentos vagar pelo universo infinito, que é o portador de inúmeras almas, e tentai imaginar a angústia daqueles que ainda se encontram na escuridão da incredulidade e que ainda não reconheceram a sua existência como indestrutível. Eles pensam que ainda estão na Terra, apenas transferidos por algum processo para outra região e ambiente e ainda não podem se familiarizar com o pensamento de que sua vida na Terra acabou. Eles se desviam e procuram uma saída para a sua situação e ficam desanimados e desesperados quando vêem o mesmo quadro hostil e sombrio diante deles, uma e outra vez. Eles não querem ter sucesso em melhorar a sua condição, pois para onde quer que se virem não encontram brilho e, portanto, a sua condição é infinitamente miserável. Se a misericórdia de Deus não lhes enviasse ajuda, o seu destino permaneceria sempre o mesmo, mas essas almas também têm a possibilidade de se libertarem das suas adversidades, assim que as reconheçam e estejam dispostas a isso. A ajuda enviada a eles obriga-os a pensar cada vez mais profundamente sobre si mesmos até que se convençam a tomar medidas para melhorar a sua condição. Então também lhes será mostrado o caminho pelos seres espirituais que cuidam deles, mas que não são reconhecíveis como tal, e quanto mais avidamente cumprirem essa instrução, mais cedo a mudança no seu estado será evidente, e mesmo o menor sucesso tornará tal alma ainda mais diligente, assim que apenas um vislumbre de luz se tornar perceptível para ela e ela começar a sentir a verdade. A fim de tornar o estado de sofrimento compreensível para vocês, filhos terrenos, vocês só poderiam vê-lo em um sonho, e isso seria tão terrível e opressivo para vocês mesmos, que seriam inibidos no trabalho de sua vida e talvez desejassem, temerosamente, tomar o caminho certo, o que, no entanto, não beneficiaria sua alma. Por outro lado, porém, deveis estar cientes da situação lamentável dessas almas, a fim de virar o vosso amor para elas e ajudá-las a passar por ela na sua adversidade. Quem for capaz de imaginar o seu sofrimento, movido por profunda compaixão, será capaz de lhes dar ajuda através da oração para aliviar a sua agonia, e isto deve ser uma indicação para que vos lembreis das pobres almas errantes no além e não lhes negueis a vossa ajuda, da qual tanto dependem para encurtar o seu tempo de sofrimento, pois lhes falta a força que lhes é fornecida pela vossa oração ou pelo amor dos seres espirituais no além....
