Warning against worldly pleasures....

Behold, My child, far from the world only you can find Me.... I will never dwell where people pursue their earthly pleasures and these will always stand like a wall between Me and the children of earth. All the offerings of the world cannot replace what I can give you, and if you don't want to completely distance yourselves from them you will remain distant from Me in your heart. And thus you deprive yourselves of what is most precious to you, for you allow yourselves to be tempted and fall too easily into the snares of the world which, after all, is not and cannot be My true life.... And behold, you are in such danger.... you must pass every test, for I send them to you to test you.... The world does not offer you much, it is only apparent pleasures that do not last, but what you give is far more.... And so I earnestly admonish you not to allow yourself to be beguiled by such temptations of the world if you want to remain in My love.... and devote yourself all the more diligently to your work.... Thus you will also be given the strength to overcome yourself, if only the full will strives for such. You should not give up heavenly blessings and My love for the sake of earthly pleasures, for these can never be a substitute for the gifts from above. And so remember, My child, that even today only My love admonishes you and seek to become and remain worthy of it....

Warnung vor weltlichen Freuden....

Siehe, Mein Kind, fern von der Welt nur könnt ihr Mich finden.... Nie werde Ich dort weilen, wo die Menschen ihren irdischen Freuden nachgehen, und diese werden immer wie eine Wand stehen zwischen Mir und den Erdenkindern. Alle Darbietungen der Welt können euch nicht das ersetzen, was Ich euch geben kann, und so ihr nicht wollt völlig Abstand nehmen von diesen, bleibet ihr Mir fern in eurem Herzen. Und so beraubet ihr euch selbst des Kostbarsten, denn ihr laßt euch verlocken und fallet zu leicht in die Schlingen der Welt, die doch nicht Mein wahres Leben ist und sein kann.... Und siehe, in solcher Gefahr bist du.... eine jede Probe mußt du bestehen, denn Ich sende sie dir, um dich zu prüfen.... Die Welt bietet dir nicht viel, es sind nur scheinbare Freuden, die keinen Bestand haben, doch was du hingibst, ist weit mehr.... Und so mahne Ich dich ernstlich, dich nicht betören zu lassen von solchen Lockungen der Welt, willst du in Meiner Liebe verbleiben.... und dich desto emsiger deiner Arbeit hinzugeben.... So wird dir auch die Kraft zur Selbstüberwindung gegeben werden, wenn nur der volle Wille solche anstrebt. Des Himmels Segen und Meine Liebe sollst du nicht aufgeben um irdischer Freuden willen, denn nimmermehr können diese dir Ersatz bieten für die Gaben von oben. Und so bedenke, Mein Kind, daß dich auch heut nur Meine Liebe mahnet, und suche, dieser wert zu werden und zu bleiben....
