Grain - harvest - reaper.... Secular pleasures....

Accept the gifts as they are offered to you, and make an effort to take an intimate part in them, and you will always be blessed. For the grain is not always ripe for harvest.... it must come in due time. But if the time has not yet come, then it shall be left to the Lord how He brings the fruit to

maturity. Likewise, your spirit is to receive what it is commanded by the heavenly Father.... Until the time of maturity has come, you must surrender yourself completely to the Lord, so that He may let the spiritual fruit in you come to maturity. Then only when the time of harvest has come, when the reaper needs many, then it will become clear how manifold the seed has risen, which the Lord Himself has sown. Pay attention to the coming time, everything that turns to the earth with it's joys cannot develop to spiritual maturity.... The fruits now being brought forth are perishable, worthless results of their earthly change.... they will be thrown aside as weeds at the great harvest, and the right fruits will be very few.

And in this time it will become obvious.... Man with his habits cannot so easily give up what has kept him imprisoned for years and has been of attraction to him until now. He tramples on the good seed that was sown, because he does not recognize it's value.... and so he already gave up everything to be able to count on a good harvest, because he gave up the foundation....

Koren - Oogst - Maaiers - Wereldlijke vreugden

Neem de gaven aan zoals ze je geboden worden. En span je in er heel innig aan deel te nemen, dan zul je altijd gezegend zijn. Want het koren is niet altijd rijp voor de oogst. Eerst moet de juiste tijd komen. Maar als de tijd nog niet gekomen is, dan moet het aan de Heer overgelaten worden hoe Hij de vrucht tot rijpheid brengt. Op die manier moet ook je geest ontvangen wat hem door de hemelse Vader geboden wordt. Totdat de tijd van rijpheid gekomen is, moet jij je volledig aan de Heer overgeven, opdat Hij de geestelijke vrucht in jou tot rijping laat komen. Pas wanneer het oogsttijd is, wanneer er veel maaiers nodig zullen zijn, dan zal pas blijken hoe veelvuldig het zaad ontkiemd is dat de Heer Zelf heeft gezaaid.

Sla acht op de komende tijd: alles wat zich naar de aarde met haar vreugden toewendt, kan zich niet tot geestelijke rijpheid ontwikkelen. De vruchten die nu afgeworpen worden, zijn vergankelijke, waardeloze resultaten van hun aardse levensloop. Ze zullen bij de grote oogst als onkruid aan de kant worden geworpen en er zullen heel weinig goede vruchten zijn. En in die tijd zal het duidelijk worden. De mens met zijn gewoonten kan niet zo gemakkelijk opgeven, wat hem jarenlang gevangen heeft gehouden en wat voor hem tot nu toe aantrekkelijk is geweest. Hij vertrapt het goede zaad dat gezaaid werd, want hij beseft niet de waarde ervan. En daarom heeft hij reeds alles weggegeven om ooit op een goede oogst te kunnen rekenen. Want hij gaf het fundament weg.
