3815 Draw strength from My word....

Draw comfort and strength from My word.... Again and again I tell you this because you can only mature by receiving My strength with the word, which guarantees your ascent. If I speak to you Myself, if you desire to hear Me Myself, you detach yourselves from the world and, by opening your heart, receive the emanation of My love, which is strength and grace.... And you will remain victorious in every battle of life. Again and again My word assures you of My love which wants to give, which wants to make you happy temporally and eternally.... My word is the greatest evidence of My love for you, for with My word I give you the surest means to become perfect, thus also to be able to come ever closer to Me, and My nearness signifies beatitude. For My word proclaims My love to you, and My word teaches you love, because you first have to shape yourselves into love before you can bear My nearness. And thus I draw you to Me with My word, and you draw Me to you if you desire My word and receive it with a hungry heart.... Then you will also feel the strength of My word, you will be able to satisfy yourselves at any time, you will be able to fetch comfort if you are in need of it; My word will strengthen your faith, increase your love for Me, My word will spur you on to ever more lively spiritual activity and lead you to realisation. And therefore draw from the source of strength at all times, from the spring of life, accept My word and refresh yourselves with it, and all weakness will fall away from you, you will also master earthly life, for then you will work with My strength because I have blessed My word with My strength....
