Große Not der Seelen im Jenseits....

Übergroß ist die Not der Seelen im Jenseits, denen es an Licht mangelt. Ihren Zustand euch Menschen auf Erden zu beschreiben, würde wahrlich euer eigenes Leben in andere Bahn zu lenken genügen, doch es wäre dann aus mit eurer Willensfreiheit; ihr würdet zwangsläufig, getrieben von der Furcht vor gleichem Schicksal, euch eines anderen Lebenswandels befleißigen, also wohl das tun, was gefordert wird von euch, aber nicht von selbst, aus freiem Willen dazu veranlaßt. Doch sollet ihr um das Los der Seelen wissen, es soll euch vermittelt werden, und es steht euch dann immer noch frei, zu glauben und eure Folgerungen daraus zu ziehen.... Diese Seelen haben bei ihrem Eintritt in das jenseitige Reich alles verloren, woran ihr Herz auf Erden hing, sie besitzen nichts, denn nur das können sie mit hinübernehmen, was geistig erworben wurde, und daran leiden sie größten Mangel. Sie sind von totaler Finsternis umfangen, weil sie einen gottlosen Lebenswandel führten, und völlig kraftlos, doch nicht empfindungslos, denn für sie bedeutet nun ihre Umgebung Qual und Schrecken, und diese Qualen und Schrecken wird auch die Seele empfinden, die auf Erden furchtlos und stark das alles ausführte, was sie nun in die Finsternis stürzte.... Es sind Leiden unbeschreiblicher Art, die nun in der Seele entweder das Verlangen erwachen lassen, diesem Zustand zu entfliehen, oder nur alle schlechten Triebe verstärken und auch in jenem Reich Befriedigung suchen lassen, was totales Verfallen den Kräften der Finsternis bedeutet. Doch auch die Seelen, die nicht in dieser Sündhaftigkeit das Erdenleben verlassen haben, deren Leben aber liebeleer und gleichgültig allem Geistigen gegenüber war, sind in überaus bedrängter Lage, denn auch sie quält die Finsternis unsagbar, die wohl zeitweise einem dämmerigen Zustand weichet, wenn die Seele noch nicht ganz verhärtet ist, damit auch sie nach Licht verlangt, denn das Begehren allein kann sie zum Licht gelangen lassen. Allen Seelen aber mangelt es an Kraft zum rechten Wollen.... und es kann ihnen keine Hilfe gebracht werden laut Gesetz von Ewigkeit, wenn sie selbst nicht solche begehren. Wohl ist das Erbarmungswerk Gottes nicht beendet, wenn die Seele den irdischen Körper verläßt, doch was sie auf Erden ungenützt ließ, wenngleich sie es in reichstem Maße besaß, das muß sie sich im Jenseits erst erwerben, und sie ist zu schwach dazu.... Stellet euch immer nur äußerst geschwächte, hilflose Wesen vor, die unsagbar leiden und die auf Hilfe angewiesen sind, um von ihren Leiden befreit zu werden.... es würde euch ein Erbarmen überfallen für diese Wesen, so ihr sie erblicken könntet in ihrer Not. Und ihr alle habt Seelen drüben, von denen ihr nicht wisset, in welchem Zustand sie eingegangen sind in das geistige Reich.... ihr alle habt Menschen, die euch nahestanden, durch den Tod verloren.... Gedenket wenigstens dieser euch nahegestandenen Seelen und helfet ihnen, denn selbst das kleinste Erlösungswerk an solchen Seelen zieht weitere Erlösungen nach sich, und ihr habt viel dazu beigetragen. Und helfen könnet ihr ihnen nur durch liebendes Gedenken und Gebet, durch eine Fürbitte für diese Seelen, die sie zwar noch nicht aus ihrer Qual befreit, aber ihnen Kraft zuwendet, mittels derer dann die Seele ihren Willen wandeln und dem Licht zustreben kann. Sie kann nicht wider ihren Willen erlöst werden aus ihrer qualvollen Lage, auf daß sie aber recht wollen kann, ist eure Fürbitte nötig, ein Gebet, das in Liebe ihr geschenkt wird, sowie sie sich in eure Gedanken drängt. Denn ihr sollt wissen, daß die Seele euch um Hilfe bittet, so sie sich in eure Gedanken einschaltet, daß die Seelen euch ständig umgeben, die von euch Hilfe erhoffen, und daß ihr die Gedanken an Verstorbene nicht unwillig zurückdrängen dürfet, wenn ihr nicht ihre Qualen noch verstärken wollet.... Um euch und euren freien Willen nicht zu schädigen, bleibt euch das Los dieser Seelen verborgen; es sind zwei Welten, in der ihr und die abgestorbenen Seelen sich befinden, es ist eine Grenze gezogen, der Blick ist euch verwehrt in ihre Welt, aber dennoch besteht sie, und ihr könnet aus eurer Welt ihnen viel Liebe nachsenden, die sich auswirkt in einer Weise und in einem Ausmaß, daß unzählige Seelen ihrem Zustand entfliehen können. Gedenket oft dieser armen Seelen und lasset sie nicht unbeachtet in ihrer Not, denn was ihr an ihnen tut in erbarmender Liebe, das wird euch reich vergolten werden, indem euch auf Erden schon geistige Hilfe zuteil wird durch alle Seelen, die aus der Dunkelheit gelangten zum Licht....

The souls' great hardship in the beyond....

Souls which lack light suffer incredibly great hardship in the beyond. To describe this condition to you humans on earth would be truly sufficient to drive you to live your own life differently, but that would be the end of your freedom of will; driven by fear of the same destiny you would inevitably make an effort to behave differently, thus indeed comply with what is expected of you but not of your own accord, motivated by free will. Yet you shall know about the soul's fate, it shall be imparted to you, and then it is still up to you to believe it and to draw your own conclusions from it....

On entering the kingdom of the beyond these souls have lost everything they loved on earth, they own nothing, for they can only take across what they had spiritually acquired, and this is what they are mainly lacking. Since they lived a godless way of life they are engulfed by utter darkness and are totally powerless, yet they are not insensitive, for their environment causes them torment and terror, and these torments and terrors will also be experienced by a soul which had fearlessly and powerfully implemented on earth what had subsequently plunged it into darkness.... These indescribable sufferings will then either awaken the soul's desire to escape this condition or increase its evil instincts so that it will also look for satisfaction in this realm, which means that it will completely submit itself to the forces of darkness. Yet even the souls which had not left their earthly life in such sinfulness, but whose life had been devoid of love and indifferent towards all spiritual notions, are in a very difficult situation, for they, too, are extremely tormented by darkness, although this will, from time to time, give way to twilight if the soul is not yet entirely hardened, so that it will ask for light, for only the desire will enable the soul to attain the light.

But all souls are lacking the strength to want what is right.... and according to the law of eternity they cannot be given help if they don't desire it themselves. God's act of compassion is certainly not over once the soul has left the earthly body, but what it failed to use on earth even though it had owned it in abundance, it first has to acquire in the beyond, and it is too weak to do so.... Just always imagine them as extremely weakened, helpless beings which suffer indescribably and depend on help in order to be released from their suffering.... you would be overcome by pity for these beings if you were able to see their hardship. And you all know souls in the beyond of whom you don't know in what state they entered the spiritual kingdom.... you all have lost people through death who had been close to you.... At least remember the souls who had been dear to you and help them, for even the smallest work of redemption on these souls will result in further redemptions, and you will have contributed much towards it.

You can only help them through loving thoughts and prayers, through intercession on behalf of these souls which, admittedly, will not release them from their torment but it will give them strength on account of which the soul will be able to change its will and strive towards the light. It cannot be released from its painful situation against its will, but in order to want what is right it needs your intercession, a prayer given with love, as soon as it enters your thoughts. For you should know that the soul is asking for your help as soon as it enters your thoughts, that you are constantly surrounded by souls hoping for your help, and that you should not resentfully suppress thoughts of the deceased if you don't want to add to their agony.... The fate of these souls remains hidden from you so as not to impair your free will; you and the deceased souls occupy two worlds which are separated by a dividing line; you cannot look into their world and yet it exists and you are able to send much love from your world into theirs, the effect of which expresses itself in a way and to an extent that countless souls will be able to escape their situation. Often remember these poor souls and don't ignore them in their adversity, for you will be richly rewarded for what you do for them out of merciful love, in as much as that you will receive spiritual help on earth from all souls which have come out of darkness into the light....
