영광에 대한 약속. 어두움의 나라에 대한 묘사.

어느 누구도 영의 나라의 영광을 상상할 수 없다. 왜냐면 영의 나라의 영광은 모든 것을 능가하기 때문이다. 그러나 어느 누구도 또한 어두움의 나라를 상상할 수 없다. 왜냐면 마찬가지로 어두움의 나라가 너희에게 주어진 어두움의 나라에 대한 설명을 능가하기 때문이다. 그러나 두 나라가 인간에게 숨겨져 있어야만 한다. 왜냐면 이 땅에서 너희가 자유의지로 결정하는 일을 보장해야 하기 때문이다. 그럴지라도 너희에게 너희 혼이 이 땅의 육체를 벗어나 영의 나라로 들어가면, 빛 가운데 상상할 수 없는 축복이 너희의 운명이 되거나 또는 고통이 충만한 어두움이 너희의 운명이 된다는 깨달음을 준다. 그러나 너희 대부분은 이런 깨달음에 영향을 받지 않고 너희에게 이를 믿는 믿음이 없고 그러므로 책임을 느끼지 않는다.

너희는 이 땅에서 살며 항상 단지 너희의 눈이 이 땅에서 얻을 수 있는 것으로 향하게 한다. 그러나 너희는 죽음 후에 너희의 혼의 상태를 생각하지 않는다. 너희는 몸에 편안한 삶을 만들기 위해 너희가 행하지 않는 일이 무엇이냐? 그러나 너희는 이런 것들이 소멸되는 것임을 확실히 안다. 너희가 얼마나 적게 영광스러운 영원한 생명에 대한 약속을 활용하느냐! 너희가 얼마나 적게 어두움 속의 불행한 상태를 두려워하느냐? 왜냐면 너희가 이를 믿지 않기 때문이다. 그러나 너희는 언젠가 이런 일이 진리임을 확신하게 될 것이고 후회로 가득한 가운데 너희의 영적인 안녕을 돌보도록 너희에게 주어진 이 땅의 삶을 회상하게 될 것이다.

너희는 왜 영원한 영광을 약속하는 약속에 감동을 받지 않느냐? 너희는 왜 어두움의 나라가 너희를 위해 마련한 곳에 대한 묘사를 놀라는 가운데 물러서지 않느냐? 너희는 왜 단지 이 땅의 삶의 짧은 시간을 돌보고 이 땅의 삶 후의 끝 없이 긴 시간을 생각하지 않느냐? 너희는 육체의 죽음으로 너희가 존재하는 일이 끝이 난다고 믿지만 그러나 너희는 이를 증명할 수 없다. 너희는 왜 인간에게 제시 된 모든 것이 진리일 가능성을 고려하지 않느냐? 너희가 진리일 가능성을 고려하도록 강요받을 수는 없지만 그러나 너희는 자유한 가운데 이럴 가능성에 대해 생각해야 한다. 너희는 너희의 육체의 죽음으로 너희의 존재가 확실하게 끝이 난다고 경솔하게 받아들이지 않아야 한다.

너희의 자유의지 때문에 빛의 나라와 어두움의 나라 모두가 너희에게 숨겨져 있어야만 한다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 너희가 두 나라에 대해 들은 내용이 진리라는 증거가 있다. 너희가 죽음 후에 계속 사는지 스스로 헤아려보려고 하면, 비로소 이런 사실이 증명되는 것으로 보이게 된다. 그러면 영의 존재들이 너희에게 자신을 드러낸다. 그러나 단지 이를 믿는 너희의 믿음을 강하게 하기 위해서이다. 보기를 원하는 사람에게 영의 눈이 열린다. 그러면 그는 눈을 먼 가운데 살 필요가 없다. 그러나 빛에 도달하려는 의지가 없는 곳은 어두움으로 머물고 육체의 죽음 후에 어두움이 혼을 영접하게 된다. 왜냐면 모두가 자신의 운명을 스스로 창조하기 때문이다. 즉 모두가 자유하고 자유롭게 머물러야만 하는 그의 의지에 따라 빛과 영광의 나라를 창조하거나 또는 고통이 극심한 어두움의 나라를 창조하기 때문이다. 그러므로 모두가 또한 영원 가운데 살게 될 삶을 스스로 정한다.

Promises of glory.... images of the dark kingdom....

No one will be able to imagine the glories of the spiritual kingdom, for they surpass anything you can imagine.... But no human being will be able to imagine the kingdom of darkness either, which likewise exceeds all descriptions given to you. But both kingdoms have to remain hidden from you humans so as not to endanger your free decision of will on earth, nevertheless, you will be informed of the fact that unimaginable bliss in light or also agonizing darkness is your fate when your soul has to leave the earthly body and enter the spiritual kingdom. Yet for the most part this knowledge leaves you untouched, you lack faith in it and therefore also the responsibility.... You live on earth, always only focusing your eyes on the earthly attainable.... but you don't think about the state of your soul after death. What do you not do to create a pleasant life for your body, but you know for certain that it will pass away? And how little use are the promises of an eternal life in glory to you.... how little do you fear an unhappy state in darkness.... because you don't believe in it. But one day you will convince yourselves of the truth of this and, full of remorse, think back to the earthly existence which was given to you to care for your spiritual well-being.... Why do you not let yourselves be impressed by the promises of eternal glory.... why do you not shrink back from the images that are projected to you of the kingdom of darkness?.... Why do you only care for the short time of your earthly life and do not think of the endless time afterwards? You believe that the death of the body is the limit of your existence, yet you cannot prove it..... Why don't you consider the possibility that everything presented to you humans is true? You cannot be forced into it, but you should think about it freely of your own accord and not so lightly accept your physical death as the certain end of your being. Both the kingdom of light and the kingdom of darkness have to remain hidden from you due to your freedom of will, but nevertheless there is also evidence for the truth of what you are told about it, although it will only appear conclusive to you if you want to find out for yourselves whether you live on after death.... Then the spiritual beings will also reveal themselves to you, yet only in order to strengthen your faith in them.... The spiritual eye will be opened for the one who wants to see and he need not walk along blindly.... But where the will to come to the light is lacking it also remains dark, and the soul also receives darkness after the death of the body. For everyone creates his own fate.... a kingdom of light and glory or spheres of agonizing darkness.... according to his will, which is free and must remain free and therefore also determines life in eternity....
