세상 사람들의 불신.

세상에 이미 희생된 사람들에게 영적으로 역사하는 일은 아주 어려운 일을 시작하는 것이다. 왜냐면 그들은 그들의 이성이 이해할 수 있는 것을 단지 옳은 것으로 여기기 때문이다. 그러나 그들은 영적인 진리를 전혀 이해하지 못하고 영의 영역을 설명해주는 것을 거부하고 전혀 믿을 수 없다. 왜냐면 그들은 그들에게 열려야 할 세계와 다른 세계에서 살고 그들에게 열려야 할 세계를 깨닫지 못하기 때문이다. 그러므로 그들은 영의 세계에 들어가려는 시도를 하지 않고 영의 세계를 알아보기 위해 영의 세계의 실체를 증명해주었을 것을 정탐해보려고 하지 않는다. 이 땅의 세계가 인간과 영의 나라를 분리시키고 이 땅의 세계가 항상 더 많이 관철이 된다. 왜냐면 종말이 다가오고 있기 때문이다.

사람들에게 그들이 믿도록 요구하고 하나님의 가르침으로 그들에게 전해진 것이 항상 점점 더 비현실적으로 보이고 그들은 믿을 수 없게 된다. 왜냐면 그들이 믿기를 원하지 않기 때문이고 그들이 진지하게 생각해보려는 노력을 하지 않기 때문이다. 그러면 하나님과 인간 사이의 간격은 항상 더 커진다. 왜냐면 그들에게 진실로 유일하게 실제적인 것으로 갈망할 만하게 보이는 세상의 물질적인 재물을 추구하는 일을 통해 그들이 항상 더 하나님으로부터 멀어지기 때문이다. 이런 상태와 이 땅의 세상을 향한 자세가 종말이 가까워질수록 점점 더 많이 드러날 것이다.

사람들이 신적이고 영적인 내용을 전하는 사람을 단지 희귀하게 믿게 될 것이고 듣는 사람들이 이를 전하는 사람들보다 자신들이 훨씬 우월하다고 느끼고 듣는 사람들의 숫자가 점점 더 작아질 것이고 단지 소수의 사람들이 완전히 죽은 인류 가운데 영적인 사막 가운데 올바른 생명으로 깨어날 것이다. 그러나 이런 모든 현상들은 너희 사람들에게 단지 가까이 다가온 종말을 증명한다. 왜냐면 상태가 이와 같지 않다면, 이 땅의 종말과 이 땅이 파괴되고 새롭게 되는 일이 필요하지 않기 때문이다.

그러나 완전히 세속적이 된 사람들의 영의 상태가 비록 인류가 이런 이유와 예언을 알지 못할지라도, 이 땅을 변형시키는 이유이고 종말이 오고 심판을 받는 이유이다. 단지 소수의 사람들이 이를 깨닫고 이해할 수 있게 될 것이고 이런 소수의 사람들의 생각이 영을 향한다. 그러나 이런 일에 대해 듣기를 원하지 않고 이를 믿지 않는 세상 사람들의 생각은 절대로 영으로 향하지 않는다. 왜냐면 그들의 영적인 눈이 완전히 멀었고 그들의 눈이 먼대로 판단하기 때문이다.

그러므로 개개인을 영적으로 눈이 먼 상태에서 해방시켜 볼 수 있게 하고 그들의 생각과 추구하는 일을 변화시키는 일은 아주 어려운 일이다. 이 일이 비록 아주 어렵지만 그러나 그들의 생각에 계속해서 자극해주고 그들이 아직 멀리 떨어져 있는 영역으로 그들을 인도하는 일을 행하지 않아서는 안 된다. 어느 누구도 자신을 구원하려는 시도가 이루어지지 않았다고 말할 수 없게 돼야 하고 모든 사람에게 인류가 어떤 일을 앞두고 있는 지를 알려줘야 하고 모든 사람의 자유의지가 결정해야 한다.

Faithlessness of the world's people....

It is an extremely difficult beginning to have a spiritual influence on people who have already fallen victim to the world. For they only regard as right what their intellect can grasp.... but they lack all understanding for spiritual truths; they reject that which is supposed to provide information in the spiritual sphere, they are completely incapable of believing because they live in a different world than the one which is supposed to be made accessible to them. They do not recognize this world, and that is why they make no attempt to enter it or to look across in order to spy something that would be proof to them of the reality of the spiritual world. The earthly world stands separating people from the spiritual kingdom, and the earthly world asserts itself more and more because it is coming to an end. What people are asked to believe, what is presented to people as divine teaching, appears ever more unreal to them.... They cannot believe because they don't want to believe, because they don't bother to think seriously. And the distance between God and people will become ever greater because the latter will increasingly strive away from Him by striving for earthly material goods which are the only 'truly' desirable things to them. And this state, this attitude towards the earthly world, will become more and more apparent the closer the end is. A representative of divine spiritual knowledge will rarely be believed by people, the listeners will feel far superior to them and become ever smaller in number, and only a few will awaken to true life in the midst of a completely dead humanity, in the midst of a spiritual desert. Yet all these phenomena are only intended to confirm to you humans that the end is near, for if it were not so then an end of the earth, a destruction and renewal of it, would not be necessary either.... But the spiritual state of people who are completely secularized substantiates the transformation of the earth, it substantiates the end and the judgment, even though humanity is not accessible to this substantiation and prediction either.... Only the few whose senses are spiritually directed will recognize and understand this, but never the worldly people who don't want to hear about it and don't believe it because they are completely blind in spirit and judge according to their blindness. And so it is extremely difficult to free individuals from their spiritual blindness, to make them see and to change their thoughts and actions.... It is extremely difficult, and yet it should not be omitted to repeatedly stimulate their thoughts and direct them towards the kingdom which they are still very far from.... No one should be able to say that no rescue attempts were made on him. Everyone should be made aware of what lies ahead for humanity, and every person's free will should decide....
