사람 안에 있는 하나님의 불씨를 점화하는 일.

사람 안에 있는 하나님의 불씨에 불을 붙여야 하고, 불을 붙이는 일은 사랑을 통해 일어난다. 너희 모든 사람들은 너희 안에 하나님의 불씨를 가지고 있고, 이 불씨가 너희가 하나님의 일부라는 표시이다. 그러나 이 불씨는 겉으로 보기에 나로부터 고립되어 있다. 왜냐면 내가 너희를 독립적인 존재로 내 밖에 두었고 이로써 너희가 이제 너희 자신이 동인이 되어 자유 의지로 나와 연합하려고 시도를 하게 했고, 이런 연합을 너희 자신의 의지로 하나님의 영으로 충만하게 되는 일로 증명해야 하기 때문이다. 내가 너희에게 모든 것을 줄 수는 있지만 그러나 나는 자유한 너희의 의지를 정하지 않고, 너희가 자유 의지로 성취한 일이 단지 너희를 신적인 존재로 만들고, 내 형상으로 만든다.

너희가 전에는 나에 의해 완전히 온전하게 창조되었다. 그러나 너희는 온전함을 자유의지로 추구하면서 이런 온전함을 증명해야만 했다. 그러므로 내가 너희를 자유로운 존재로 생성되게 했고, 겉으로 보기에 너희를 나로부터 분리시켰다. 그러나 너희는 너희 안에 있는 하나님의 불씨를 통해 뗄 수 없게 나와 연결되어 있었다. 너희는 이제 너희 자신이 즉 너희의 자유의지가 불씨에 불을 붙여야 한다는 것을 이해하라. 그러면 너희는 또한 너희가 나와 분리되어 있지 않다는 것을 깨닫고, 너희가 나와 분리할 수 없게 내 일부로 연결되어 있음을 깨닫게 된다.

이런 깨달음이 너희를 자극하여 너희가 의식적으로 나와 연결을 이루게 할 것이고, 하나님의 불씨가 너희 안에서 타오르고, 하나님의 불씨를 점화시킨 사랑의 불이 커지게 된다. 그러나 사랑은 끊임없이 사랑의 근원으로 향하고, 영의 불씨는 영원한 아버지의 영을 향하고, 밖에 놓여진 것이 나와 다시 연합을 한다. 그러면 존재가 자유의지로 내가 목표한 존재가 된 것이다. 그러나 나는 이런 완성을 절대로 이룰 수 없다.

너희가 너희 안에 있는 하나님의 불씨를 깨어나게 해야 하고, 너희 안에 놓여진 것을 너희가 조심스럽게 돌보고 증가시켜야 한다. 사랑이 유일하게 이 일을 하게 한다. 왜냐면 사랑은 하나님의 불씨를 점화시키는 불이기 때문이다. 사랑의 기원은 하나님이지만 그러나 어떤 강요도 받지 않고, 사랑은 너희의 가장 자유로운 느낌이고, 너희가 이 느낌을 없앨 수 있고 또한 이 느낌을 살아나게 할 수 있다. 사랑은 나와 너희 사이를 묶는 수단이다. 그러나 너희 자신이 이런 수단을 만들어야만 하고, 너희에게 제공될 수 없다. 사랑은 나를 향한 갈망의 증거이고 그러므로 나와 연합을 이루는 가장 안전한 수단이다. 그러므로 너희는 단지 너희 안에서 이런 사랑을 확장시키기만 하면 된다. 이를 통해 너희는 너희 안의 영의 불씨가 생명으로 깨어나게 한다. 영의 불씨는 내 일부로써 쉬지 않고 나를 추구하고, 너희가 사랑을 행하도록 쉬지 않고 너희를 이끈다. 그러므로 또한 영원한 아버지의 영과 하나가 되는 일을 확실하게 이루게 한다.

Igniting the spark of God in man....

The spark of God in man must be ignited.... And this happens through love. You humans all have the divine spark within you which characterizes you as part of God, yet it is seemingly isolated from Me, for I have placed you as independent beings apart from Me so that you, of your own accord, of your own free will, will seek unification with Me again, because this unification only proves that you are full of the divine spirit through your own will. For I can give you everything but not direct your will, which is free. And only what you accomplish of your own free will makes you divine beings, My image.... Previously you were indeed created by Me in all perfection, yet you had to prove this very perfection by striving for it in free will, and therefore I externalized you as free beings and seemingly isolated you from Me.... And yet you remained inseparably united with Me through the divine spark within you, which was My share.... Now understand: You yourselves, i.e., your free will should only ignite this spark, and then you will also realize that you are not separated from Me but that you yourselves, as part of Me, are indissolubly united with Me.... This realization will spur you on to consciously establish the connection with Me. The spark of God within you flares up and the fire of love which ignited it increases. But love constantly pushes towards the original source of love.... the spiritual spark pushes towards the father-spirit from eternity.... What was placed outside unites with Me again.... The being in free will has become what I achieved but what I could never create in this perfection.

You should awaken the divine spark within you to life, you should carefully nurture and increase what was placed within you.... Love alone achieves this, for love is the fire which ignites the spark of God, love is of divine origin but it is not subject to any compulsion, love is your freest feeling which you can both stifle and revive, love is the binding agent between Me and you which, however, you have to generate yourselves, which cannot be given to you. Love is the evidence of the desire for Me and therefore also the surest means to establish unity with Me. Thus you only need to develop love within yourselves and thereby awaken the spiritual spark within you to life, which will then constantly strive towards Me as My share, which will constantly impel you into loving activity and thus also safely achieve unification with the eternal father-spirit....
