하나님이고 사람인 아기 예수.

해명을 구하라. 그러면 너희는 해명을 받게 될 것이다. 하나님의 영이 임한 분이 그가 받는 영적인 질문에 진리에 합당한 답변을 줄 수 있다. 하나님이 인간이 된 비밀은 이 땅의 사람들에게 너무 어려운 문제여서, 사람들이 하나님의 영 자신으로부터 설명을 받아, 영적인 계시를 받은 사람이 받은, 잘 이해할 수 있게 이웃 사람에게 전할 수 없는 계시를 이해하지 않는다면, 남김 없는 가르침을 받을 수 없다.

인간 예수는 기적적인 방법으로 태어났고, 그의 탄생에 모든 종류의 초자연적인 현상이 동반되었다. 그럴지라도 육체는 우선 이 땅의 물질이었고, 이 땅의 물질로 머물렀다. 혼은 빛의 나라에서 왔고, 이로써 죄가 없이 이 땅에 임했고, 그러므로 하나님 자신이 이 혼을 통해 자신을 계시할 수 있었고, 자신의 뜻에 장애물로 대적할 것이 없었기 때문에 역사할 수 있었다. 그러므로 하나님과 사람은 동시에 아기 예수 안에 거했다. 사람의 눈에 보이는 모든 것은 사람이었다. 그러나 아기에게 생명을 주었고, 인간으로 육신을 입고, 그의 가까이에 온 사람들을 경배하게 만든 분은 하나님이었다. 영원한 신성이 자신을 드러냈고 선한 의지를 가진 사람들은, 그들의 심장이 사랑을 행할 능력이 있었고, 사랑을 행하기를 원하고, 그러므로 하나님의 영이 그들 안에서 역사하도록 자신을 연 사람들은 영원한 신성을 깨달았다.

예수의 탄생 당시에 단지 하나님의 영의 인도를 받은, 하나님 자신이 아기를 보기에 합당하게 여긴 사람들이 예수 가까이로 다가왔다. 하나님은 아기를 통해 그들에게 다가갔고, 그들 안에 그들이 하나님의 임재 안에 있다는 의식이 깨어나게 했다. 그러나 그런 사람들이 아닌 다른 사람들은 아기의 육체를 보고 다른 아기와 다르게 여기지 않았다. 이처럼 사람들은 예수의 소년 시절과 훗날에도 예수를 사람과 다르지 않게 여겼다. 왜냐면 비록 예수가 그의 모범적인 사랑의 삶을 통해 항상 점점 더 하나님과 연합했고, 그의 육체가 영화되어, 하나님의 영을 받는 그릇으로 만들었을지라도, 자신의 신성과 자신의 하나님의 영으로 충만한 성품을 공개적으로 드러내지 않았기 때문이다.

그러나 인간 예수는 사랑을 행하는 일을 통해 하나님의 영이 모든 충만함으로 자신 안에 거하고, 하나님의 영을 통해 제한이 없게 역사할 수 있게 되기 위해 자신을 형성해야만 했다. 하나님 자신이 예수를 통해 말했고, 기적을 행했고, 실제 죽음에게 명령을 했다. 사람들은 인간 예수를 볼 수 있었다. 하나님이 보낸 인간 예수를 믿는 믿음이 사람들이 아기 예수 시절뿐만 아니라, 훗날의 예수의 가르치는 사역을 하는 시절에도 예수 안의 하나님을 깨닫게 했다. 예수의 가르치는 사역 당신에도 마찬가지로 같은 영을 가진 사람들이, 즉 하나님의 뜻에 합당한 삶을 살았기 때문에 예수의 신적인 성품에 접근한 사람들이 예수를 깨달았다. 그들에게는 하나님 자신이 예수 안에 거했고, 예수를 통해 역사했다는 것에 대한 의심이 없었다.

그러나 인간의 겉형체가 때때로 그런 사람들에게 의심이 들게 한다. 왜냐면 그들도 역시 하나님이 인간이 된 비밀과 하나님과 인간이 완전하게 연합하는 일을 이해할 수 없었기 때문이다. 마찬가지로 영이 깨어나지 못한 사람들에게 이런 역사를 남김 없이 설명해줄 수 없다. 그들은 그들의 혼으로 이를 이해할 수 있게 되었을 것이다. 그러나 단지 순수하게 이성을 통해 전적으로 그들이 이해할 수 있게 설명해줄 수 없다. 그러나 아기 예수의 신성은 절대로 부인할 수 없고, 절대로 부인해서도 안 된다. 왜냐면 인간 예수는 하나님을 사랑하고 하나님의 뜻대로 사는 사람들에게 자신을 계시하는 하나님 자신이 인간 예수 안에 거하는 최고의 은혜를 받기에 합당했기 때문이다.

It is the mystery of the incarnation of God such a difficult problem for people on earth, that they can be taught never completely, unless they take even the declaration in receiving the spirit of God, so that they are understood well by the receiver of spiritual messages, but can not be forwarded to the neighbours understandably.... The man Jesus was born in a wonderful way indeed, and His birth was accompanied by heavenly appearance of any kind . Nevertheless the body was and remained earthly material for the time being; the soul came from the kingdom of light and thus came without sin into the world, and consequently God could reveal Himself by this soul, He could act, because there was nothing, what would have opposed itself as an obstacle to His work. So God and man was in the child Jesus at the same time.... everything the human eye could see was a human being, but Who gave the child life, Who attracted people and caused them to worship by His nearness, was God. The eternal Godhead self revealed Himself and was recognized by those, who were goodwill, whose hearts were capable of love and love willingly and therefore they opened themselves for the spirit of God to act in them. By the time of the birth of Jesus only people came near Him, who were guided to Him by the spirit of God, who were also appreciated by God Himself, to view the child, whom He Himself approached through the child and where He awakened the consciousness, to be in the nearness of God. But another man than such people the child would appear purely humanly, not otherwise as other children, as well as it was with His earthly body. And so the people saw Him in His youth and in later years, for He did not appear obviously with His divinity, with His being filled with the spirit of God, although He Himself always united more and more with God by His exemplary life of love, which also spiritualized His body and made it a receiving vessel for the divine spirit. But it was the man Jesus, Who Himself had to make a worthy temple of God’s spirit by activity of love, that this could conceal in Him in all fullness and could work through Him indefinitely. What He spoke, was doing miracles and even commanded the death, was God Himself, what people were seeing, was a human being.... The belief in the divine mission of the man Jesus let the people also recognize God in Him, both as a child and in His years of teaching, where these recognized Him likewise again, who were themselves the same spirit, who led a life according to the divine will and therefore also opened up to His divine being. For them, it was without doubt, that God Himself was in Him and worked through Him. But sometimes the human outer form let even arise doubts in those, because they could not understand the mystery of the incarnation of God and the mystery of the complete unity of God and man, as it can also never be completely clarified to the people, who are not spiritually lively. These would probably be able to grasp it with their soul, but it can never be purely rationally shown, as it would be necessary for a full understanding. But never and never the child Jesus can be denied the deity, because This child was worthy of the highest grace, that God Himself hid in Him, that He revealed Himself to those, who loved Him and lived according to His will.
