자유의지를 가진 짧은 시간. 오랜 기간의 의무의 단계.

영적인 존재가 어느 정도 성숙한 정도에 도달해, 인간으로 육신을 입는 일을 허용받게 되기까지 엄청나게 긴 시간이 필요했다. 영적인 존재는 이 전에 창조물 안에서 섬기는 일을 통해, 하나님의 다른 창조물을 유지하게 계속 번식하게 하는 그들의 사명을 성취하면서 이런 정도의 성숙한 정도에 달성해야만 한다. 이런 오랜 시간 동안에 영적인 존재가 그의 의지를 자유롭게 사용할 수 있는 인간으로 마지막으로 육신을 입기 위해, 영적인 존재는 단지 하나님의 뜻에 순종해야만 한다.

그러나 자유의지를 갖는 기간은 이 전의 아주 오래 기간과 비교하여 영적인 존재에게는 아주 짧은 기간이다. 이런 짧은 시간 동안에 영적인 존재는 이제 영적으로 완전하게 성장할 수 있다. 그러나 영적인 존재가 생각을 통해 권하려고 시도하는 악한 세력의 선동을 당하면, 영적인 존재는 또한 이런 짧은 시간 동안에 새로운 파문을 받게 될 수 있다. 그러나 사람이 이런 어두운 세력의 영향에 저항할만큼 강하다면, 그는 아주 빠르게 위로 성장한다. 그가 마지막 육신을 입는 수고와 고난이 그가 자유의지로 하나님께 가까이 가려고 시도하게 만들고, 자유의지로 하나님께 순종하게 할 수 있다. 그러면 인간으로 존재하는 일이 그에게 결과가 없는 것이 아니다. 그는 이 땅에서 그의 목표에 도달하고, 혼이 높이 성장하고 형체로부터 자유롭게 되는 일에 도달하고, 자유로운 영의 존재로서 빛의 영역 안으로 들어간다.

이런 상태는 이제 그의 원래 상태에 해당한다. 그는 힘이 충만한 가운데 제한이 없이 자신의 행복을 위해 일할 수 있게 되고, 이런 상태는 영원히 지속된다. 그러므로 인간으로 육신을 입기 전의 끝없는 긴 시간은 다시 영원과 비교하여 단지 짧은 과정이다. 이 과정은 물질 세계에서 영의 세계로의 전환되는 과정이다. 이 과정에 실제 일정한 시간이 걸리지만 그러나 빛의 상태에서는 더 이상 오래 느껴지지 않는다. 왜냐면 축복된 상태에서는 모든 시간 사라지고, 혼은 또한 이전의 고난을 영적인 존재가 높이 성장하는 일을 가능하게 해주는 하나님의 도움으로 감사하게 느끼기 때문이다.

따라서 온전하지 못한 존재들이 항상 단지 시간의 길이를 느끼고, 반면에 온전해진 사람은 이전에 일어난 온전한 상태가 되게 하는 모든 일을 축복으로 깨달을 것이다. 높이 성장하는 모든 과정은 이런 단계들로 구성이 된다. 각각의 단계들이 실제 영원한 기간이다. 그럴지라도 온전한 존재에게는 영원이 짧은 시간에 불과하고, 이런 단계들을 온전하지 못한 존재들이 구원받도록 돕는 하나님의 사랑의 증거로써 감사하게 여긴다.

Short time in a state of free will.... long time in a must state....

Unimaginably long times were necessary before the spiritual was allowed to incarnate, which was granted the embodiment as a human being on the basis of a certain degree of maturity. This degree of maturity had to be attained beforehand and this through service in works of creation whose purpose was the preservation and propagation of other creations of God. During this long time the spiritual knew nothing but to subordinate itself to divine will in order to be able to use its will freely in the last embodiment as a human being. But the time of free will is very short for the spiritual in relation to the extremely long time before. The short time can now bring the spiritual being perfect maturity, but it can also earn it renewed banishment if the being allows itself to be stirred up by bad forces which try to mentally animate it. But if the human being is strong enough to resist this dark influence, then he will very quickly progress upwards. The troubles and hardships of the last time of his embodiment can bring about that he seeks to approach God in free will and voluntarily submits himself to God. Then human existence is not without result for him, he reaches his aim on earth, a high maturity of soul and liberation from form, he enters the spheres of light as a free spiritual being. This state corresponds to his original state of being able to work in fullness of strength to an unlimited extent for his own happiness. And this state lasts for all eternity. So the endless time before the embodiment as a human being is again only a short phase in relation to eternity. It is a transition from the material world into the spiritual world which certainly extends over a certain time but in the state of light is no longer felt as a long time because in the state of beatitude every concept of time is eliminated and the soul also gratefully feels the preceding suffering as God's help which enables the spiritual to ascend. Thus only the imperfect will always feel the length of time, the perfected, on the other hand, will recognise everything as beneficial which preceded and resulted in the state of perfection. The whole process of upward development is made up of such phases, each of which certainly represents an eternity, but for the perfect being it only means a short time in comparison to eternity and is gratefully regarded as God's proof of love, Who wants to help redeem the imperfect, i.e. lead it to perfection....
