모든 사건은 하나님의 사랑에 근거한다.

자신 자체가 사랑인 분은 자신의 피조물 중 하나를 해치는 일을 원하거나 일으킬 수 없고, 그가 행하거나 허용하는 모든 일은 자신의 피조물을 성장을 위한 일이다. 그의 피조물들은 그들 자신의 잘못으로 온전하지 못하게 된 결과로, 아직 그로부터 멀리 떨어져 있다. 어떤 일도 제멋대로 일어나지 않고, 모든 일이 영원으로부터 정해져 있는 일이고, 그 일의 효력을 아는 가운데 그의 영원한 구원 계획에 예정된 일이다. 그러나 특정한 시간 내에 도달할 수 있는 성장하는 일이 뒤쳐질수록, 온전하지 못한 존재를 온전하게 만들기 위해 하나님이 사용하는 수단은 더 고통스럽게 느껴진다. 그러므로 이런 수단이 모든 것을 창조한 하나님의 아주 큰 사랑일지라도, 사람들이 그런 수단을 하나님의 사랑으로 깨닫지 못한다.

그러나 그는 항상 자신의 피조물에게 자신의 사랑을 확신시키려고 노력하고, 그들에게 그의 구원 계획을 알리려고 노력하고, 따라서 그의 말씀을 통해 직접 그들을 가르친다. 이로써 그들이 영의 완전한 어두움 속에 머물지 않게 하고, 하나님의 역사와 통치의 영향을 받지 않고, 자신을 지나가도록 만들지 않게 한다. 하나님은 사람들에게 자신의 역사와 통치에 대해 알려준다. 이로써 그들이 하나님의 사랑 안에서 하나님을 깨닫고, 하나님을 사랑하는 법을 배우게 한다. 하나님의 말씀은 사람이 하나님을 추구하기 위해, 하나님의 뜻을 성취하기 위해, 사람이 자신의 이 땅의 과제를 성취시키는 일을 통해, 마찬가지로 자신의 혼을 사랑하도록 형성하기 위해, 이로써 성공적으로 위로 성장하는 과정을 갈 수 있기 위해, 사람이 알아야만 하는 것에 대한 설명을 해준다.

그러므로 하나님은 자신의 피조물들이 그들의 부족한 상태와, 자신과의 관계와, 이 땅의 삶의 목적과 목표에 관해 알지 못하는 가운데 머물게 하지 않는다. 모든 각각의 피조물이 자신의 깨달음을 어떻게 활용할지, 항상 또 다시 계속하여 존재에게 전해지는 하나님의 말씀에 어떤 자세를 취할지는, 존재 자신에게 맡겨져 있다. 왜냐면 하나님의 사랑이 아주 크고, 영적인 존재가 한때 그를 생성한 영원한 아버지를 찾을 때까지 절대로 쉬지 않을 것이기 때문이다. 하나님으로부터 나온 것은 영원히 하나님의 일부로 머문다. 그러나 그의 곁에서 축복된 존재로 견딜 수 있기 위해 존재는 온전하게 돼야만 한다.

존재가 자신을 온전하지 못하게 만들면, 존재는 자신을 하나님으로부터 멀어지게 하고, 그의 상태는 불행하게 된다. 그러나 하나님의 사랑과 긍휼은 불행한 존재를 돕고, 존재가 다시 축복받게 하려고 노력한다. 그의 지혜는 진실로 옳고 가장 효과가 있는 회복의 수단을 깨닫고, 그의 사랑은 이런 수단을 사용한다. 그는 절대로 영적인 존재의 회복에 방해가 되는 어떤 일도 행하지 않을 것이다. 온 우주에서 일어나는 모든 일은 하나님의 큰 사랑에 기초를 두고 있다. 사람들이 이를 깨닫는다면, 그들은 이 땅에서 일어나는 모든 일을 이해할 수 있게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 모든 일이 단지 자신의 잘못으로 인해 자유롭지 못하게 된 영적인 존재의 구원을 위해 섬기기 때문이다.

Every event is based on God's love....

He, Who is Love in Himself, cannot want or cause anything that is detrimental to one of His living creations.... but everything He does or allows to happen serves the upward development of that which is still distant from Him as a result of self-inflicted imperfection. Nothing happens arbitrarily but everything is determined since eternity, it is provided for in His eternal plan of Salvation in realisation of its effectiveness. Yet the more the upward development, which can be achieved in a certain time, lags behind, the more painfully perceptible are the means God uses in order to lead the imperfect to perfection, and therefore such means are not recognised as God's love, although only the greater than great love of the One Who created everything is the reason for it. Yet He always tries to convince His living creations of His love, He tries to inform them of His plan of Salvation and therefore instructs them directly through His Word so that they shall not remain in complete spiritual darkness and allow God's activity and reign to pass them by without making any impression.... He informs people of it so that they learn to recognise Him in His love and learn to love Him.... His Word provides information about what the human being needs to know in order to strive towards God, to fulfil His will and, by fulfilling his earthly task, to shape his soul into love.... in order to successfully cover the path of upward development.... Thus God does not leave His living creations without knowledge about their imperfect state, about their relationship with Him, and about the purpose and goal of their earthly life. And it is up to each individual being how it utilises its knowledge, how it attunes itself to His Word, which is conveyed to it time and again.... For His love is greater than great and it will never rest until the spiritual being has found its way back to the Father of eternity from Whom it once originated. What has emerged from God forever remains a part of Him, yet it must be perfect in order to be able to exist next to Him as a blissful being.... If it makes itself imperfect, then it distances itself from Him and its state is miserable. God's love and mercy, however, helps the wretched one and tries to lead him back to bliss, and His wisdom truly recognises the right and most effective means of recovery and His love applies them.... And He will never do anything which would hinder the recovery of the spiritual. And everything that happens in the whole universe is based on God's grand love, and if people recognise this then everything that happens on earth is also understandable to them, for everything only serves the redemption of that which became unfree through its own fault....
