하나님의 영의 역사.

모든 것이 하나님의 영의 역사를 알려주고 있다. 이는 하나님을 알려주는 것이다. 그러므로 선하고, 선을 추구하는 모든 것을 하나님의 영의 역사와 연관 지을 수 있다. 악한 영의 역사는 밑으로 끌어내리고, 미워하는 잘못된 사랑이다. 악한 영의 역사는 선한 것과 고귀한 것을 부인하고, 하나님과 간격을 크게 만들려는 추구를 한다.

반면에 하나님의 영의 역사는 사랑으로 양육하고, 사람을 고귀하게 만들고, 사람들이 하나님 가까이 다가 가려는 추구를 하게 만든다. 그러므로 사람은 아주 쉽게 어떤 세력이 자신을 지배하는 지를 깨달을 수 있을 것이다. 사람이 악한 악마의 세력의 영향을 받는다면, 이 세력이 사람에 대한 권세를 갖는다면, 사람은 선하게 행하거나, 생각할 수 없다.

그가 생각하는 일과 행하는 일은 항상 그를 지배하는 세력에 합당하게 될 것이다. 사람이 하나님을 기쁘게 하는 삶을 살려고 노력한다면, 하나님의 능력으로 충만한 존재인 선한 영의 세력이 그를 지배한다. 그러면 그는 하나님의 영의 역사 아래, 하나님의 능력의 흐름 안에 있게 된다. 하나님의 능력의 흐름은 모든 존재들을 충만하게 채워주고, 다시 하나님께로 돌아 간다.

그러므로 사람이 하나님을 생각한다면, 다시 말해 자신의 생각이 하나님께 머물게 하고, 그의 의지가 답변 받기를 원하는 질문에 대한 답변이 생각으로 그에게 주어진다면, 이는 하나님의 영의 역사이다. 하나님의 영의 역사는 더 나아가 그의 영의 양식을 향한 갈망이 하나님의 말씀을 전달받는 일을 통해 충족되게 한다. 하나님이 하나님의 말씀을 이해하기 원하는 대로 사람이 하나님의 말씀을 이해하는 능력에 도달하게 해준다면, 하나님의 영의 역사이다.

하나님의 뜻이 선포되는 곳에서, 사랑을 가르치는 곳에서, 사랑을 요구하는 곳에서, 절대로 인간의 작품일 수 없는 충만한 지혜가 전해지는 곳에서, 사람은 절대로 이를 악한 영의 역사라는 결론을 내릴 수 없을 것이다. 그러므로 단지 악한 영의 역사에 자신을 닫지 않고, 충분하게 대적하지 않아, 하나님과 하나님의 영의 능력에 대한 선명한 깨달음이 없는 사람들 만이 하나님의 영의 역사를 깨닫지 못할 것이다.

하나님의 능력의 흐름을 자신 안에 영접하기 위해 사람은 자신을 열어야만 한다. 다시 말해 하나님의 능력의 흐름을 받아들이는 자세를 가져야만 한다. 단지 하나님을 갈망하는 사람만이 이렇게 할 수 있다. 그러나 이런 사람에 대해 악한 영은 어떤 권세도 없다. 그러므로 하나님이 자신을 표현한다면, 하나님의 영이 볼 수 있게 역사한다면, 그는 하나님을 깨닫는다.

그러나 하나님을 대적하는 권세가 하나님을 갈망하지 않는 사람을 재촉한다. 이런 사람에 대해 하나님을 대적하는 권세의 영향력이 강하고, 사람이 깨닫는 일을 방해한다. 결과적으로 사람은 하나님의 영의 역사를 깨닫지 못하거나 또는 이 역사를 자신의 의지가 순복하고 있는 자의 역사로 본다. 왜냐하면 하나님을 대적하는 권세의 역사는 사람의 생각을 흐리게 하고, 혼란스럽게 만들고, 그의 믿음이 흔들릴 수 없게 강하지 못한 사람을 의심에 빠지게 하는 일이기 때문이다.

Divine spiritual work....

Everything betrays the working of the divine spirit which points back to God, and therefore everything that is good and strives for good can be associated with the working of the divine spirit. Demonic activity is degrading, it turns love into hatred, it negates what is good and noble, it strives to increase the distance from God, whereas divine spiritual activity educates to love, ennobles the human being and makes him strive for closeness to God. And therefore the human being will very easily be able to distinguish which forces dominate him. The human being cannot act and think well if he is influenced by evil, demonic forces and if these have power over him. His thoughts and actions will always be in accordance with the power that controls him. If a person endeavours to live in a way that pleases God, he will also be controlled by good spiritual forces, i.e. beings that are permeated by divine power. He is then under the influence of the divine spirit, the stream of power from God, which guides all the beings he radiates back to God. It is therefore divine spirit work when man's thoughts deal with God, i.e., when he, if he lets his thoughts dwell with God, mentally receives answers to questions which his will would like to have answered. Divine spiritual work is furthermore when his desire for spiritual food is satisfied through the transmission of the divine word. Divine spiritual work is when a person acquires the ability to understand the divine word as God wants it to be understood.... Demonic activity can never be inferred where the will of God is proclaimed, where love is taught and love is demanded, where wisdom is imparted in a fullness that can never be the work of man. Divine spiritual activity will therefore only not be recognized by those people who do not close themselves off to demonic activity, who do not put up sufficient resistance to it and therefore have no clear knowledge of God and His spiritual strength. And in order to be able to receive this influx within himself, the human being has to open himself, i.e. face it in an affirmative way, and only a person who has a desire for God can do this. But demonic forces have no power over him, consequently he recognizes God where He expresses Himself, where His spirit visibly works. However, anyone who does not desire God will be pressed by the power that opposes God, whose influence on him is strong and prevents him from recognizing Him. Consequently, he will not recognize the divine working of the spirit or regard it as the working of the one to whom he submits himself through his will. For this is the latter's activity, that it clouds and confuses the human being's thinking and plunges that person into doubt whose faith is not strong and unshakeable....
