깊은 기도를 하라. 원래 초기의 관계. 아버지.

사람들은 깊은 기도를 위해 더 깊이 들어가는 일이 얼마나 필요한지 대한 올바른 상상을 할 수 없다. 생각이 하나님께 향해야 한다. 사람은 하나님과 연결을 이룰 모든 기회를 활용해야 한다. 그는 하나님을 가장 거룩하고 완전한 존재로 보아야 한다. 비록 자신이 온전한 존재에게 합당하지 않을지라도, 그는 전적인 확신과 믿음으로 이 존재에게 향하고, 이 존재에게 가장 단순하고, 가장 자연스러운 방식으로 자신의 모든 필요와 고통을 아뢰야 한다. 왜냐하면 하나님이 그렇게 하는 일을 기뻐하기 때문이다.

그는 자신과 하늘의 아버지 사이가 신뢰하는 어린 자녀의 사이라고 할 수 있는 관계를 만들어야 한다. 그에게 너무 작아, 하나님 아버지께 가져갈 수 없는 안건이 없어야 한다. 그는 모든 위험 가운데 아버지를 불러야 한다. 그는 하나님의 사랑이 자녀가 헛되게 간청하게 하지 않는다는 것을 알아야 하고, 아버지에게 이 땅의 자녀의 삶을 규제할 권리를 부여하는, 단지 긴밀한 관계를 이뤄야 한다는 것을 알아야 한다.

하나님은 사람들의 인정을 받기를 원하고, 멀리에 있고, 접근할 수 없는 존재로 보이기를 원하지 않는다. 하나님은 자신의 무한한 사랑을 이 땅의 자녀들에게 줄 수 있기 위해 이 땅의 자녀의 사랑을 얻기를 원한다. 하나님은 자신의 피조물들이 자신에게 고백하기를 원한다. 이로써 그들이 대적자의 권세로부터 자유롭게 되기를 원한다. 하나님은 그들이 더 이상 하나님과 분리되어 있다고 느끼지 않고, 항상 점점 더 긴밀하게 자신과 연합이 되어, 하나님과 멀어진 상태가 해결되기를 원한다.

이런 일을 이루기 위해, 사람은 자주 자신의 내면으로 들어가야만 한다. 그는 자신의 심장 안에서 하나님을 구하고, 찾아야만 한다. 그는 자신의 생각의 목표가 하나님이 되도록 만들어야만 한다. 그는 하나님의 말씀을 갈망해야만 한다. 다시 말해 그는 하나님이 그에게 말씀하기를 원해야만 하고, 하나님이 자신을 가르치고, 하나님의 뜻을 자신에게 나타내기를 원해야만 한다. 하나님의 뜻이 그에게 이 땅의 삶에 인도자가 되야만 한다. 그는 항상 이런 의지를 성취하기 위해 노력해야만 한다.

하나님의 말씀은 하나님의 아버지의 사랑의 발산이다. 하나님의 말씀을 듣고 순종하는 사람은 진실로 하나님의 자녀이다. 그가 하나님과 더 긴밀하게 연결이 될수록, 그는 하나님의 사랑을 느끼게 될 것이다. 왜냐하면 가장 친밀한 공동체였던 하늘의 아버지와 원래의 관계를 다시 이루기 위해, 하늘의 아버지와 이런 연결을 이루기 위해, 사람이 이 땅에 존재하기 때문이다.

Deepening in heartfelt prayer.... primal relationship.... father....

People cannot really imagine how necessary it is to immerse themselves in heartfelt prayer. Thoughts should be directed towards God, man should utilize every opportunity to establish a connection with God. He should see in God the holiest and most perfect being and, although not worthy, turn to this being full of confidence and faith and present all his needs and sufferings to Him.... in the simplest and most natural way, for this pleases Him. He should create a state between himself and the father in heaven that can be called familiar and childlike. No request should seem too small for him to present to the heavenly father; he should call upon Him in all his needs, and he should know that God's love will not let the child ask in vain, that only the intimate relationship should be established which gives the father the right to regulate the life of the earthly child. God wants to be recognized by people, He does not want to be regarded as a distant, unapproachable being, He wants to possess the earthly child's love in order to be able to consider it with His infinite love.... He wants His living creations to confess Him so that they thereby become free from the opposing power; He wants them to no longer feel separated from God but to unite ever more intimately with Him so that the state of being distant from God is removed.... And in order to achieve this, the human being often has to go within himself, he has to seek and find God in his heart, he has to mould his thoughts in such a way that they have God as their goal. He must desire the divine word, i.e., he must want God to speak to him and that He instructs him and makes His will known to him. And the divine will must be his guide in earthly life.... he must always strive to fulfil this will. God's word is the emanation of His fatherly love, and those who hear and obey it are in truth His children who will feel His love the more intimately they unite with Him. For man is on earth in order to enter into this union with the father in heaven, in order to re-establish the original relationship, which was the most intimate communion....
