하나님을 향한 자유의지의 중요성.

영적인 위험을 고려하여 주님 자신이 인류를 돕기 위해 다시 이 땅에 임한다. 이런 일은 주님의 무한한 사랑과 긍휼의 증거이다. 주님은 사람들을 운명에 맡겨두지 않고, 대적자의 권세로부터 구하려고 노력한다. 위로부터 받은 말씀을 진리로 인정하고, 믿는 일이 첫 번째 조건이다. 이런 믿음이 부족한 사람에게는 진리에 대한 다른 어떤 증거도 줄 수 없다. 주님을 섬기기 원하는 사람들을 대항하여 싸우는 일이, 그들이 말씀을 거부하고 정죄하면, 주님을 섬기는 것이라고 믿는 일이 시대의 현상이다.

하나님의 사랑을 가르치지만, 그러나 하나님의 사랑이 나타나는 곳에서는 인정을 받지 못한다. 성경의 말씀을 심장으로 읽지 않고, 단지 이성으로만 읽는다. 그러므로 그들의 성경의 해석이 자주 실제 의미와 완전히 다르다. 하나님이 인류에게 긍휼을 베풀고, 그들의 영을 깨닫도록 인도하려고 하면, 하나님은 심한 저항에 부딪힌다. 하나님의 사랑의 발산에는 주의를 기울이지 않고, 악령의 나라에서 온 것처럼 거부한다.

그러므로 하나님은 항상 계속하여 자신을 계시할 수 있지만, 사람의 의지가 하나님의 사랑에 저항한다. 사람의 의지가 하나님의 말씀의 효력을 잃게 한다. 왜냐하면 하나님의 사랑을 사람에게 강요할 수 없기 때문이다. 사람이 자유의지로 하나님의 사랑을 깨달아야만 한다. 그러므로 하나님의 말씀의 힘이 그들에게 나타날 수 없다. 왜냐면 그들 자신이 말씀의 구원의 효과에 저항하고, 하나님의 사랑에 의해 붙잡힘을 받지 않기 때문이다. 하나님은 인간의 자유의지에 대해 조금이라도 강요하지 않는다.

그가 행하고, 생각하고, 말하는 것은 전적으로 그 자신에게 달려 있다. 그러나 자신을 주님께 헌신하며, 의탁하는 사람은, 옳은 일을 하고, 진리를 깨닫기 위해 주님께 힘과 은혜를 구하는 사람은, 피할 수 없게 하나님의 음성을 깨닫게 될 것이다. 진리 안에 서고, 하나님을 섬기려는 의지가 사람이 편견 없이 점검할 수 있게 한다. 그러나 그런 의지가 있어야만 한다. 그렇지 않으면 점검하는 일에서 제대로 성공하는 일이 불가능하다.

하나님이 사람에게 주는 것을, 사람이 하나님께 영의 깨달음을 구한다면, 진리로 깨달을 수 있다. 그러나 단지 영으로만 파악할 수 있는 것을, 하나님의 영이 사람 안의 영에게 전해준 것을, 단지 머리의 이성만으로 시험하는 일을 하기에 충분하지 않다. 그러므로 자신을 하나님과 밀접하게 연결시키지 않고, 시험하는 사람은 진실과 거짓을 구분할 수 없다. 따라서 그의 판단은 결정적인 판단이 되지 못할 것이다._>아멘

In view of the spiritual hardship, the lord Himself descends to earth again to help humanity. This is proof of His infinite love and mercy, He does not abandon people to their fate but seeks to save them from the power of the enemy. Faith in this is the first condition for recognizing the word received from above as truth. Those who lack this faith cannot be given any other proof of the truth. It is also a sign of the times that those who want to serve Him fight against Him and that they believe they are serving Him when they reject and condemn this word. The love of God is taught, but where it expresses itself is not recognized.... The words of holy scripture are only read with the mind, but not with the heart, and their interpretation is therefore often completely at variance with the actual meaning. And when God takes pity on humanity and wants to guide its spirit towards realization, He encounters fierce resistance and the outpouring of His love is disregarded and rejected as coming from the realm of demons. And thus God can reveal Himself time and again, the human being's will stands in opposition to His love.... the human being's will destroys the effectiveness of the divine word, for God's love cannot be forced upon people, it has to be recognized as such in free will. And therefore the power of the divine word cannot be expressed in them either, for they themselves resist this effect of salvation and do not allow themselves to be grasped by divine love. And God does not exert the slightest compulsion on the human being's free will.... What he does, thinks and speaks is entirely up to him; yet he will inevitably recognize the voice of God if he devotedly entrusts himself to Him and asks Him for strength and grace to do what is right and to recognize the truth. The will to stand in the truth and the will to serve God also enables a person to examine without prejudice. But this will must be present, otherwise a test with the right result is impossible. What God gives to people can also be recognized as truth as soon as the person asks God for enlightenment of spirit. However, only mental understanding is not enough to test what can only be grasped with the spirit, what the spirit from God imparts to the spirit in the human being.... Anyone who therefore examines without having intimately connected with God will hardly be able to distinguish truth from lies and his judgement will therefore not be authoritative....
