저조한 영의 상태. 이해를 하지 못하는 일.

혼의 상태가 너무 저조해서 더 이상 하나님의 사랑을 깨닫지 못할 때, 이는 혼이 끔찍하게 적게 돌봄을 받았고, 혼이 강하게 되기 위해 필요한 것을 전혀 제공하지 않았다는 증거이다. 인간은 영적인 모든 것을 믿을 수 없을 정도로 이해할 수 없다. 왜냐하면 그의 모든 생각이 이 땅의 삶을 향해 있기 때문이다. 그러나 혼은 인정을 받지 못하고, 그러므로 또한 혼은 돌봄을 받지 못한다. 인간의 모든 느낌은 순전히 세상적인 목표를 향해 있고, 모든 생각과 느낌과 의지가 단지 육체의 보존을 위해야만 하고, 혼에게 이런 일이 적게 적합하기 때문에, 혼이 말할 수 없게 고난을 당하게 하면서, 혼이 육체를 섬기도록 강요한다.

내면의 평화와 하나님으로부터 왔다는 의식과 혼을 아주 행복하게 만들어줄 하나님과의 연합을 향한 갈망이 혼에게 완전히 결여되어 있다. 혼은 마치 노예가 된 종처럼 되고, 이제 항상 단지 육체가 요구하는 일만을 해야만 하고, 항상 하나님과 하나가 되는 혼의 실제적인 목표로부터 더욱 멀어진다. 왜냐면 육체가 혼을 전적으로 자신을 위해 사용하기 때문에, 혼이 항상 더욱 세속적이 되고, 하나님과의 모든 연결을 잃게 되기 때문이다. 이런 일이 혼의 몰락이고 혼의 멸망이다.

Low state of mind.... lack of understanding....

If the state of the soul is so low that it no longer regocnizes God's love, then this is proof that it was given terribly little and was offered nothing to strengthen it, which it needed. The human being has an unbelievable lack of understanding for everything spiritual, he remains unimpressed because all his thinking only applies to earthly life. The soul, however, is not regocnized and therefore not considered. The human being's whole feeling revolves around purely earthly goals, thus the soul is forced to serve the body, in that all thinking, feeling and willing is only allowed to apply to its preservation and it suffers unspeakably because this is of little benefit to it. The inner peace, the awareness of being of divine origin.... the desire for union with God, which would make the soul so unspeakably happy, is completely lacking, it is like a enslaved servant and only ever has to do what the body demands, and the actual goal.... union with God moves ever further away. For since the body completely claims it for itself, it becomes more and more worldly and loses all connection with God and that is its downfall and its ruin....
