주님의 보호. 일대 일의 관계. 살아 계신 하나님. 연합.

위험의 때 자신이 구세주의 보호 아래 있음을 아는 일이 모든 믿는 사람들에게 가장 아름다운 위로이다. 구세주의 사랑이 자기에게 속한 사람들을 감싼다. 혼은 이 사랑의 보호 안에서 평안을 찾는다. 의식적으로 그의 보호 아래 거하는 사람은 자신에게서 신적인 일대일의 관계를 갖는 기적을 체험한다.

그는 자기 삶의 길을 이제는 홀로 가지 않고, 구세주인 주님이 항상 동행하는 것을 가장 선명하게 느낄 것이다. 실제 사람들은 이를 믿지 않으면서, 이 기적을 부인하고 거부하려고 한다. 왜냐하면 단지 그들 자신의 의지만 이 이러한 증거를 그들에게 줄 수 있기 때문이다.

그러나 아버지께 향하는 길을 이미 찾은 하나님의 자녀는 자신 안에서 이 말이 진리인 것을 느낄 수 있게 될 것이고, 이웃 사람들에게 조롱과 조소를 당하지만, 그러나 이에 주의를 기울이지 않고, 말할 수 없이 행복하게, 기적 가운데 거할 것이다. 그리고 영원한 사랑과 연합이 깊어질 것이고, 이 땅의 자녀는 이 연합을 절대로 떠나기를 원하지 않을 것이다.

그리고 영원히 자신의 가장 깊은 그리움의 성취인 영원한 사랑을 갈망할 것이다. 저세상으로 향하는 다리 앞에 서는 일은 모든 사람에게 가능한 일이다. 그들에게 항상 이 길을 알려줄 것이다. 그러나 얼마나 희귀하게 이 은혜를 받아 드리느냐! 얼마나 적게 이러한 가능성을 활용하여, 이로써 사람들이 영원한 고향으로 향하는 길을 얼마나 어렵게 만드느냐!

가장 큰 인내를 가지고 주님은 사람들 안에 영적인 양식을 향한 갈망이 깨어나게 하려고 시도한다. 주님은 사람들에게 모든 방식으로, 고난과 염려를 통해, 성숙한 이 땅의 사람과 영적인 대화를 통해, 영적인 내용을 전해주는 일을 통해, 모든 종류의 창조의 기적을 통해, 하늘의 아버지와 연결을 이룰 기회를 준다.

사람들에게 항상 또다시 문제가 생긴다. 이 문제의 해결은 그가 단지 기도를 통해 하나님과 연결을 이루고, 하나님의 도움을 청하기만 하면 된다. 그러나 사람들은 하나님의 도움이 없이 모든 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 믿는다. 그러므로 전적으로 올바른 길을 벗어나고, 혼자서는 이 길을 절대로 찾을 수 없을 것이다.

저세상에서 도와주려는 존재들은 도움을 구하는 요청을 아주 희귀하게 듣지만, 그러나 올바른 길을 잘못 깨달은 사람들을 기꺼이 도와주고 싶어 한다. 그들은 베풀기를 원한다. 그러나 누구도 받으려고 하지 않는다. 그들은 도와주기를 원한다. 그러나 누구도 도움을 받으려고 하지 않는다.

그들은 가르쳐 주기를 원한다. 그러나 그들은 영적인 쾌활함을 위한 굶주림이나 목마름을 알지 못하고, 그들의 영적인 지식을 증가시키는 일을 필요한 것으로 여기지 않는다. 창조주와 생명력이 있게 이루어진 그들의 연합이 그들을 하나님과 같은 존재로 만들어 주었을 것이다. 그러나 그들은 이 땅에서 이를 전혀 알지 못하는 가운데 살고, 창조주와 분리되어, 이러한 연합에 우선을 두지 않고, 이를 통해 커지는 가장 큰 축복에 주의를 기울이지 않는다.

그러나 자신의 말씀을 주님이 전해주는 적은 수의 이 땅의 자녀들이 있다. 왜냐하면 그들이 주님을 향한 사랑으로 받으려는 의지가 있고, 받을 자세가 되어있고, 항상 그의 보호 아래 있기 때문이다. 그들이 하나님의 구세주를 전적으로 신뢰하는 가운데 그에게 자신을 맡기는 동안에는, 그들은 분명하게 불행으로부터 보호받을 것이고, 육체와 혼의 위험을 두려워할 필요가 없게 될 것이다.

왜냐하면 그들은 이 땅의 삶의 목적을 깨달았고, 이 요구를 완전하게 충족시키기 위해 노력하기 때문이다. 그들은 영원한 하나님을 섬기기 위해 그들의 능력을 사용한다. 그들은 이웃 사람들을 섬기기를 원하고, 그들의 생각에 도움이 되도록 영향을 미치기를 원한다. 그들은 하나님이 그들에게 요구하는 것을 행하기를 원한다.

그러므로 하나님의 말씀을 위해, 주님의 이름을 위해, 열심히 일하는데 자신을 드린다. 그들은 혼이 모든 세상의 갈망으로부터 자유롭게 되도록 모든 장애물을 극복하기를 원한다. 그들은 최종적으로 사랑 외에는 다른 어떤 것도 주려고 하지 않고, 받으려고 하지 않는다. 이처럼 하나님과의 생명력이 있는 연합은 먼저 영적으로 성장하게 하고, 영원으로부터 정 함 받은 대로 혼을 하나님의 형상대로 형성시키고, 아버지와 모든 영원에 영원까지 하나가 되어 머물기 위해 아버지와의 결별을 끝내고, 다시 연결되게 한다.

Protection of the saviour.... togetherness.... living God-connectedness....

To know that they are under the protection of the saviour in hours of need is the most beautiful consolation of all believers. His love embraces His own, and the soul finds peace in the security of this love. Whoever consciously places himself under His protection will experience the miracle of divine togetherness.... he will feel most clearly that he no longer walks his life's path alone, but that the lord and saviour is his constant companion. People are inclined to deny and reject such a miracle because only their own will can prove it to them; but a child of God who has already found the path to the father will be able to feel the truth of these words in himself and stand in the midst of the miracle, ridiculed and scorned by his fellow human beings, yet unspeakably happy, unaware of them.... And the covenant with eternal love will deepen, and the earth child will never want to escape from this covenant.... it will desire divine love in time and eternity, which is the fulfilment of its deepest longing. It is possible for everyone to stand at the bridge to the beyond and the path will always be shown to them, yet how seldom this grace is received, how little use is made of the opportunity, and how much more difficult the path to the eternal home is for the human being as a result. With utmost patience the lord tries to awaken the human being's desire for spiritual food.... He gives him the opportunity in every way to establish a connection with the heavenly father.... through suffering and worry, through spiritual exchange with more mature earthly people, through imparting spiritual messages.... through miracles of creation of every kind. Again and again people are touched by problems for the solution of which they only need to ask for God's help and precisely through prayer the connection with Him is established. But the human being believes he can solve all questions without divine help and is therefore often still completely off the right path and will never find it on his own. And the beings in the beyond who are willing to help so rarely hear the call for assistance and yet would so gladly grant it to all erring people who misjudge the right path. They want to give but no-one desires to receive; they want to assist but people don't desire help; they want to instruct but people don't know hunger and thirst for spiritual refreshment and have no need to increase their spiritual knowledge either. The living bond with their creator would shape them into God-like beings, yet they prefer a life on earth in alienation and separation from the creator to this bond and don't consider the immense blessing which arises from it. The few earthly children, however, to whom the lord gives His word because they are willing and ready to receive for love of Him, are, as it were, constantly under His protection.... They are visibly protected from harm and need not fear the dangers of body and soul as long as they fully entrust themselves to the divine saviour. For they have grasped the purpose of life and strive to fully meet the requirements.... they use their strength to serve the eternal deity, they want to assist their fellow human beings and likewise favourably influence their thoughts, they want to do what God requires of them and thus also actively support the word of God, the name of the lord.... they want to overcome all resistance in order to free the soul from all worldly desires, and finally they want nothing more than to give love and receive love. And thus the living union with God must first and foremost lead to spiritual maturity and shape the soul as it is denied to do from eternity.... into the image of God.... and to bridge the separation from the father in order to finally be united with Him for all eternity....
