혼의 영역.... 하나님의 말씀을 생명력있게 전하는 사람.... 세상의 과제....

이제 높은 곳에서 너에게 주어지는 말씀에 주의를 기울이라. 인간의 영은 그가 단지 원하기만 하면 언제든지 이 땅의 모든 것 위로 올라가 육체가 접근할 수 없는 영역에 머물 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있다. 영은 실제 육체를 이 땅에 남겨두고 생각의 속도로 이 땅의 영역에서 저 세상의 영의 존재들의 영역으로 날아갈 수 있다. 이 땅과 이 땅의 물질과의 연결은 단지 육체에 의해 이뤄지고, 혼과 하나님의 영과는 결코 이뤄지지 않는다. 혼과 영은 자신들을 둘러싸고 있는 물리적 겉형체로부터 임의대로 자유롭게 될 수 있고, 그들의 의지에 따라 높은 곳이나 낮은 곳에서 거할 수 있다. 육체를 탈출한 혼에게 아주 사소한 강요도 할 수 없다. 혼이 한동안 거하는 영역은 혼에 의해 자유롭게 선택되었고, 항상 자연스럽게 혼이 도달한 성숙한 상태에 알맞게 될 것이다. 영의 영역에 머무는 이 땅의 존재가 성숙하여 이 땅의 계곡을 떠날 수 있게 될 때까지는 단지 가장 짧은 시간이 걸릴 것이다.

그러나 그런 사람에게는 실제 성숙에 도달하는 데 걸리는 시간보다 완성하는 데 더 오래 걸리는 사명이 자주 부여된다. 이 땅에서 완전에 도달했다고 할 수 있는 경우는 극히 드물다. 그러나 진지하게 노력하는 사람에게 이 땅의 삶이 주는 혼을 향한 모든 자극과 유혹과 위험을 극복하는 일이 실제 가능하다. 그러면 이 땅에서 그에게 주어진 일을 성취하고, 주님의 뜻에 따라 영적인 의미에서 적극적으로 일하는 일만이 남아 있다.

그런 사람들은 이 땅의 삶의 바람과 날씨에 휩쓸려 지금까지 자신들의 혼의 구원에 거의 또는 전혀 관심을 기울이지 못한, 많은 연약하고 오류에 빠진 혼들에게 굳은 지지대가 되도록 부름을 받았다. 그리고 그런 사람들은 훨씬 더 짧은 시간에 그들에게 주어진 임무를 완수할 것이다. 왜냐하면 그들 자신이 주님의 은혜를 느꼈고, 이제 유일하게 혼의 성장을 위해 확신을 가지고 열심을 내어 일할 수 있기 때문이다.

그러므로 이 땅에서 네가 하는 일은 너를 위해 이 땅의 삶을 확실하게 보장할 것이다. 그러나 첫째로 너를 네가 들은 모든 지혜를 이 땅의 형제 자매들에게 전할 수 있는 위치에 있게 것이다. 이로써 하나님의 말씀 자체가 계속하여 역사한다. 말씀을 갈망하는 사람은 말씀을 듣게 될 것이다. 영의 세계는 굳건하고 말을 잘하고 교육을 전적으로 잘 받은 가르치는 사람들을 양육하기 위해 항상 단지 이 땅의 사람들에게 하나님의 말씀을 전해주려고 노력한다. 그들은 하나님의 말씀을 생명력이 있게 전하기 위해, 주님의 현명한 선견지명으로 인류 가운데 하나님의 말씀을 굳게 하기 위해 선택을 받았다.

그러므로 지금까지 무지한 가운데 이 땅의 삶을 산 사람들이 하나님의 말씀을 알게 되는 놀라운 일이 이 땅에서 일어날 것이고, 세상의 현자들의 지식은 인간의 육체에 필요한 것을 충족시키는 일 외에는 아무런 소용이 없게 될 것이다. 그러나 혼에게 필요한 양식을 주님 자신이 주실 것이다. 주님은 자신에게 음식과 음료를 구하는 사람들에게 하늘에서 직접 음식과 음료를 보낸다. 저 세상의 영들은 전적으로 주님의 뜻에 합류하고, 그들이 하나님이 창조한, 영원 가운데 하나님의 자녀들에게 전해져야 할 모든 영광을 알려주면서, 최고로 높은 분의 영광을 위해 끊임없이 일한다. 이처럼 섬길 준비가 되어 있는 이 땅의 모든 자녀들에게 진리가 선포될 것이다. 왜냐하면 주님은 겸손한 사람에게 은혜를 베풀기 때문이다.

Sphere of the soul.... living bearers of the word of God.... earthly task....

Now pay attention to the words that come to you from the height.... The spirit of man has the ability to rise above all earthly things and to take up residence in a region that is inaccessible to the body as often as he wishes. He then leaves the body behind on earth and swings out of the earthly sphere into the sphere of otherworldly spiritual beings in the blink of an eye. Only the body has entered into a connection with the earth and its matter, but never the soul and the divine spirit. These can free themselves at will from the bodily cover surrounding them and take up residence completely according to their will in the height or also in the depth. Not the slightest compulsion can be exerted on this soul that has escaped the body.... The sphere in which it sometimes thinks is freely chosen by it and will naturally always adapt itself to the state of maturity in which the soul finds itself. And only the shortest time will be needed to mature an earthly being staying in spiritual regions such that it can leave the valley of the earth.... yet such a person is often assigned a task which requires more time to be accomplished than was needed for the actual state of maturity. Such cases are extremely rare that one can speak of perfection on earth, but it is certainly possible for a seriously striving person to overcome earthly life with all its attractions and temptations, with all the dangers for the soul, even in a shorter time. It then only remains to fulfil the activity destined for him on earth and to be active in the will of the lord.... and that in spiritual relationship. Such people are called to offer a firm anchor point to the many weak, erring souls on earth who are tossed about by the winds and weathers of earthly life and who have so far cared little or not at all about their soul's salvation. And such people will fulfil the task assigned to them in a far shorter time because they themselves felt the lord's grace in them and can now eagerly and convincingly commit themselves to something which is exclusively for the soul's advancement. And therefore your activity on earth will certainly secure your earthly life but first and foremost put you in a position to impart all the wisdom you have heard to your earthly brothers and sisters, and thus the word of God will constantly work through itself.... It will be heard by those who desire it, and the spiritual world will only ever endeavour to convey this word to people on earth in order to train steadfast, eloquent and fully instructed teachers who are living carriers of God's word and who have been chosen by the lord with wise foresight for the consolidation of God's word among humanity. And thus the extraordinary will take place on earth, that those who have hitherto walked ignorantly through earthly life will know about the word of God.... and that the knowledge of the worldly wise will be of no other use than to fulfil the human being's physical needs. But what the soul needs, the lord Himself gives as food.... He nourishes those who approach Him for food and drink and sends it to them directly from the heavens, and the world of spirits in the beyond completely joins the lord's will and works ceaselessly to honour the most High by giving news of all the glory which, created by God, is to come to His children in eternity. And thus the truth will be proclaimed to every child on earth who is willing to serve.... For to the humble the lord gives His grace....
