La sottomissione della volontà alla Volontà di Dio

Dio esige da voi soltanto l’incondizionata sottomissione alla Sua Volontà e questa Pretesa non è davvero difficilmente da adempiere, se Lo amate con tutta l’intimità del vostro cuore. Perché l’amore si sottomette liberamente, l’amore cerca di adeguarsi, cioè ad esaudire la Volontà di Colui al Quale è rivolta. L’uomo non dev’essere costretto all’adeguamento della sua volontà a quella divina, ma lo deve determinare l’amore per Dio di entrare nella Sua Volontà, allora l’uomo non rinuncia a nulla, ma riceve. A lui fluisce ora la Forza attraverso la stessa Volontà di Dio per portare all’esecuzione anche la sua volontà e diventa un aspirante al Regno spirituale che significa che può anche gustare le Magnificenze e Delizie di questo Regno; che è beato e si adempie in lui la Promessa di Cristo: “Quello che nessun occhio d’uomo ha mai visto e che nessun orecchio d’uomo non ha mai udito è quello che Io ho preparato per coloro che Mi amano.... ” L’uomo non deve opporre la minima resistenza a Dio se vuole essere compenetrato dalla Sua Forza e si deve rivolgere colmo d’amore a Colui, la Cui Volontà lo ha fatto sorgere, dal Cui Amore è proceduto. E quindi lo deve spingere il suo amore di darsi totalmente a Lui; lo deve determinare il suo amore di rinunciare alla propria volontà e di volere solamente ciò che corrisponde alla Volontà di Dio, quindi di essere della stessa volontà con Lui. Allora rinuncia alla sua propria volontà e riceve infinitamente di più, diventa libero e forte. Dapprima con la sua propria volontà è debole ed inerme, appena questa volontà è rivolta contro Dio; ma se subordina la sua volontà a Dio, allora ha raggiunto la sua meta terrena; si è deciso per Lui per propria spinta e questo lo ha operato il suo amore per Lui. E Dio ricompensa questa libera decisione con il Suo Amore ed Egli fluisce attraverso lui con la Sua Forza. L’uomo ha adempiuto le Pretese di Dio, ha superato la separazione da Dio, si è unito con Dio con la sottomissione della sua volontà ed ora non può più volere altro che Dio Stesso e questa sintonia della volontà lo rende felice e beato, perché si sente unito con Dio in tutta l’Eternità.

Submission of the will to God's will....

God only demands of you unconditional submission to His will, and this demand is truly not difficult to fulfill if you love Him with all the sincerity of your heart. For love voluntarily submits itself, love tries to adapt itself, i.e. to do justice to the will of the one to Whom it applies. The human being should not be forced to align his will with the divine will, but love for God should determine him to merge with His will, then the human being gives nothing but receives.... Through the God-like will the strength now flows to him to also let his will be carried out and he becomes an aspirant of the spiritual kingdom, which means as much as that he can also enjoy the glories and delights of this kingdom; that he is blessed and the promise of Christ is fulfilled in him: "What no man's eye has ever seen and no man's ear has ever heard, I have prepared for those who love Me...." Man must not put up the slightest resistance to God if he wants to be flooded by the power of God, and full of love he must turn to the one Whose will brought him into being, from Whose love he emerged.... And thus his love must impel him to completely give himself to Him; his love must determine him to give up his own will and only want that which corresponds to God's will, thus to be of the same will as Him. He then gives up his own will but receives infinitely more in return.... he becomes free and strong.... He is previously weak and powerless with his own will as soon as this will is directed against God; but if he subordinates his will to God then he has reached his earthly goal; he has decided for Him of his own accord and this has been brought about by his love for Him. And God likewise rewards this free decision with His love, and He floods it with His strength. The human being has fulfilled God's requirements, he has overcome the separation from God, he has joined God by submitting his will and can now want nothing else but God Himself, and this harmony of will makes him happy and blessed because he feels connected to God for eternity....
