Lo Spirito di Dio soffia dove vuole. Queste Parole si possono di nuovo facilmente interpretare erroneamente, mentre all’agire dello spirito nell’uomo viene premessa la Volontà divina e questo può portare facilmente alla supposizione che non l’uomo, ma Dio Sia determinante per la ricezione delle Sapienze di Dio. La Volontà di Dio è comunque alla base di tutto ciò che è e che succede. Così la Volontà divina deve anche dare il consenso, quando lo Spirito di Dio si unisce con la scintilla spirituale nell’uomo per l’ammaestramento e la trasmissione delle Verità spirituali. Perciò la Volontà di Dio sarà ben la prima Premessa, quando si manifesta lo spirito nell’uomo senza il suo volere, ma non è nella Volontà divina di indurre un uomo ad un compito che si adempie soltanto tramite l’agire spirituale. L’agire spirituale non può mai e poi mai essere raggiunto in uno stato di costrizione, l’agire spirituale dipende unicamente dall’uomo e l’agire spirituale richiede un grado di maturità straordinariamente alto. Deve essere preceduta una auto nobilitazione, ma a questa tende nuovamente la volontà dell’uomo, e Dio fornisce per questa la Sua Forza e la Sua Benedizione. L’agire spirituale dipende dalla predisposizione dell’uomo verso Dio. Coloro che si ribellano a Lui, che lavorano contro la Sua Guida di Grazia mediante una volontà totalmente opposta alla Volontà divina, costoro non percepiranno mai in sé l’Efficacia dello Spirito. Quindi deve sempre esistere il desiderio per Dio, l’uomo deve predisporsi affermativamente verso l’eterna Divinità, allora anche lo Spirito di Dio può diventare efficace in lui. E poi Dio sceglie di nuovo quegli uomini, che sono pronti a fare ciò che Egli annuncia loro tramite il Suo Spirito. Egli elegge coloro che sono idonei come strumento, perché devono amministrare una funzione. E nuovamente è determinante la volontà dell’uomo a diffondere ciò che ha ricevuto, perché quando Si manifesta lo Spirito di Dio, allora Egli vuole parlare tramite quegli uomini a tutti gli uomini. Il ricevente della divina Parola è il megafono di Colui il Quale dà la Sua Parola all’uomo. Non ognuno però afferra questo compito e lo esegue, dando ai suoi prossimi il delizioso Dono del Cielo. E Dio conosce la volontà degli uomini. Lo Spirito di Dio Si effonde bensì su ognuno che Lo desidera intimamente, ed il suo pensare sarà guidato bene, ma dove opera con evidenza per la Salvezza e la Benedizione dell’umanità, dove gli uomini devono riconoscere chiaramente che lo Spirito di Dio Si cala su un volonteroso figlio terreno, là Dio Stesso elegge il portatore dello Spirito divino. Egli fa affluire il Contenuto divino a coloro che Egli considera degni da vaso d’accoglienza e che hanno subordinata per propria spinta la loro volontà alla Sua Volontà. E’ bensì la Volontà di Dio che tutti gli uomini si formino così che siano degni del Suo Dono, ma la volontà dell’uomo percorre sovente le proprie vie, e questi non sono idonei come strumenti di Dio. Ma Dio, Che conosce tutti i cuori, Si annuncerà comunque dove trova la disponibilità di servirLo e così lo Spirito di Dio soffierà, dove Dio vuole.

The spirit of God blows where he wills.... These words are again easy to misunderstand, in that the divine will is made a prerequisite for the working of the spirit in man and this can easily lead to the assumption that it is not man but God who determines the reception of wisdom from God. The will of God underlies everything that is and everything that happens. Thus the divine will must also give its consent when the spirit from God unites with the spiritual spark in man for the purpose of teaching and imparting spiritual truths. Hence God's will will certainly be the first prerequisite if the spirit expresses itself in the human being.... but it is not within divine will to cause a person to carry out a task without his will which can only be fulfilled through spiritual activity.... Spiritual activity can never ever be achieved in a state of compulsion, spiritual activity is solely dependent on the human being and spiritual activity requires an exceptionally high degree of maturity.... It must have been preceded by self-refinement, but this in turn is striven for by the human being's will and God gives His strength and blessing for it.... The working of the spirit depends on the person's attitude towards God.... Those who resist Him, who work against His merciful guidance through a will that is completely opposed to the divine will, will never feel the working of the spirit within themselves. Thus the desire for God must always be present, the human being must affirmatively attune himself to the eternal deity, then the spirit of God can also become effective in him.... And then again God chooses the people who are willing to do what He reveals to them through His spirit.... He chooses those who are suitable as instruments, for they are to fulfil an office. And again the will of man is decisive to spread what he has received. For if the spirit expresses itself from God, then He wants to speak to all people through those people. The recipient of the divine word is the organ of speech of the one Who gives His word to man. However, not everyone realizes his task and carries it out by passing on the precious gift from heaven to his fellow human beings. And God knows the will of man. The spirit from God certainly pours out over everyone who desires Him sincerely and it will guide his thinking correctly, yet where it obviously works for the salvation and blessing of humanity.... where people should clearly recognize that the spirit from God descends upon a willing earthly child, there God chooses the bearers of the divine spirit Himself. He allows divine content to flow to those whom He deems worthy of receiving it and who have submitted their will to His will of their own accord. It is certainly God's will that all people should shape themselves in such a way that they are worthy of His gift, yet people's will often goes its own way and these are not suitable as God's instrument. But God, Who knows the hearts of all, will make Himself known where He finds the willingness to serve Him and thus the spirit of God will blow where God wants it....
