La limitation de la liberté – Orientations spirituelles

La libre volonté de l'homme n'est respectée en aucune manière si sa tendance spirituelle est empêchée, lorsqu’elle est poussée dans des pensées qui ne correspondent pas ou peu à la Vérité. À lui il doit toujours être laissé la libre décision. Il peut certes demander conseil et celui-ci lui est donné par le prochain, mais cela doit toujours se produire sous la forme d'enseignements qu’il peut ou non accepter selon sa volonté, mais dès qu’il est exercé une certaine contrainte, lorsqu’il lui soumit une opinion qu’il doit accepter ou lorsque il est mené une ouverte lutte contre toute autre orientation spirituelle, on cherche à exclure la libre volonté de l'homme et cela ne correspond pas à la Volonté de Dieu. Mais l'homme va à la rencontre de ce temps où toute liberté sera détruite et en particulier où la liberté spirituelle sera totalement laminée. Cela se passera au travers de dispositions de toutes sortes qui rendront les hommes si indécis et craintifs qui s'adapteront à toutes les prédispositions et jetteront même par-dessus bord leurs propres opinions, parce qu'ils auront peur du pouvoir terrestre. Les hommes qui ont acquis la connaissance à travers leur très grand Amour pour Dieu doivent s'employer ouvertement pour la Doctrine de Jésus Christ et ils ne doivent se laisser enjôler par aucune disposition et menace, leur volonté doit devenir active et rester avec ce que leur annonce le cœur comme Vérité, et ils doivent vivre sur la Terre en fonction de celle-ci. Mais une telle vie est presque toujours inconfortable pour les hommes et donc ils cèdent volontiers, ils renoncent à la vieille foi et se laissent convaincre par quelque chose qui va contre la foi dans le Divin. Cela est une épreuve que l'homme peut soutenir s'il demande toujours conseil à Dieu et s’il se recommande à Lui et à Sa Grâce. Mais il ne doit jamais sacrifier sa libre volonté. Ce qui lui apparaît une fois comme Vérité, il doit le serrer fort et le présenter avec conviction; mais ces hommes qui renoncent sans lutte à leur conviction sont des faibles et sans résistance et ils ne méritent pas l'Amour avec lequel Dieu assiste chaque individu, parce qu'ils Le trahissent pour des succès terrestres et leur volonté parcourt une voie fausse.

Restriction of freedom.... schools of thought....

Man's free will is in no way respected if his spiritual endeavours are suppressed, if he is forced into a way of thinking, regardless of whether it corresponds to the truth or not. The free decision must always be left to him.... He can certainly seek advice and such advice can be given to him by fellow human beings, but this always has to take the form of instructions which he can accept or not, depending on his will, but as soon as a certain amount of coercion is exercised insofar as that he is presented with an opinion which he is supposed to accept and an open battle is waged against every other school of thought, an attempt is made to eliminate the human being's free will, and this does not correspond to God's will. Yet you humans are approaching a time when all freedom will be curtailed and especially spiritual freedom will be completely undermined. This will happen through decrees of all kinds which will make people so indecisive and fearful that they will comply with all orders and even throw their own views overboard because they fear earthly power. People who have become knowledgeable through God's immense love must openly stand up for the teaching of Jesus Christ, and they must not allow themselves to be put off by any measures or threats, but their will must become active and remain with what their heart proclaims to them as truth, and they must also live according to this truth on earth. But such a life is usually uncomfortable for people and therefore they easily give in, they give in to the old faith and allow themselves to be persuaded of something which is contrary to divine faith. This is a test that a person can pass if he consults God at all times and commends himself to Him and His grace. But he must never sacrifice his free will. What once appears to him as truth he must hold on to and defend with conviction; but those people who give up their own conviction without a fight are weak and unresisting and do not deserve the love with which God cares for each individual, for they betray Him for the sake of earthly success and their will takes a wrong path....
