Desarrollo del alma.... Espíritu Primordial....

En cada período de desarrollo hay seres espirituales que alcanzan la madurez, y también puede bastar un solo período para que lo espiritual ascienda a través de las creaciones hasta tal punto que pueda encarnarse como un ser humano y pasar con éxito la última prueba de la voluntad.... Pero también pueden ser necesarios varios periodos de este tipo para esta espiritualización de las sustancias anímicas endurecidas, si su resistencia es tan grande que el desarrollo ascendente sólo avanza lentamente y también cuando la existencia como ser humano es un peligro de que lo espiritual se hunda de nuevo en el abismo. Porque el libre albedrío, que ha de probarse en la etapa como ser humano, es decisivo. Pero este libre albedrío está inicialmente atado.... Lo espiritual endurecido, sin embargo, está resguardado por Dios de la voluntad del adversario durante este curso de desarrollo a través de las creaciones de la tierra.... pero de esta manera las sustancias individuales no pueden moverse en el libre albedrío, sino que están controladas por la voluntad de Dios, es decir, cubren su curso de desarrollo en un estado de compulsión, están bajo la voluntad de Dios, que asigna su tarea a todos los seres en las obras de la creación. Cumpliendo esta tarea en la ley de la compulsión ascienden lentamente, es decir, su resistencia se afloja, llevan a cabo un propósito de servicio y pueden alcanzar lentamente el estado en el que se les puede devolver el libre albedrío. Y este curso de desarrollo requiere un cambio constante de la forma exterior.... es un lento ascenso, es una subordinación a las leyes de la naturaleza y, por tanto, una subordinación a la voluntad de Dios, aunque en una cierta compulsión que, sin embargo, sólo ayuda al ser a aliviarse y está destinada a proporcionarle de nuevo la libertad en la que pueda pensar, querer y actuar según su propia voluntad. Y este camino a través de las obras de la creación no puede ser eliminado si el ser espiritual ha de volver a Dios, de Quien se había distanciado tan infinitamente por su apostasía de Él que nunca podría superar esta distancia por sí mismo y tampoco sería liberado por el adversario de Dios para este retorno si Dios no le arrancara el ser precisamente con el fin de desterrarlo en la materia, en las creaciones de esta tierra. El adversario de Dios tiene derecho a lo espiritual caído porque le ha seguido voluntariamente al abismo.... Pero Dios posee el mismo derecho porque los seres surgieron de su fuerza. Por esta razón, Dios está justificado para arrebatarlos del control del adversario, pero a cambio se le da a éste el derecho de influir de nuevo en el ser espiritual cuando vive en la tierra en el estado humano. Y para ello el ser espiritual debe haber alcanzado de nuevo un grado de madurez en el que sea capaz de utilizar su voluntad para decidir libremente por su Señor. Pero el ser espiritual no puede ser colocado bruscamente en tal estado por Dios, tiene que recorrer el camino hacia arriba por etapas al igual que como lo hizo hacia el abismo, tiene que ceder lentamente su resistencia, que no puede ser rota a la fuerza. Y esto requiere innumerables cambios de forma, a través del mundo de la piedra, a través del mundo vegetal y animal hasta el ser humano.... Con cada cambio de la forma exterior la resistencia también disminuye, porque el ser ha hecho un servicio en el estado de compulsión, lo que le hace ganar formas cada vez mas fáciles. Pero el pecado de apostasía de Dios es tan inconmensurablemente grande que la distancia de Él es, por lo tanto, también inconmensurablemente lejana, lo que significa que son necesarias innumerables nuevas formas para reducir esta distancia, para acercarse de nuevo a Dios, donde ahora sólo es necesaria la última decisión libre de la voluntad para que la última forma asignada también caiga del ser espiritual. (Nota del traductor. La última forma asignada es la forma humana, el ser humano. Fin de la nota). que el ser vuelva de nuevo al Padre, de Quien se originó. Y todo este curso de desarrollo en las creaciones de la tierra es una lucha ininterrumpida.... Lo que es el ser busca romper la forma externa porque la siente como un grillete, pero también siente la ruptura de la forma como una bendición cada vez, sin importar el nivel de madurez que haya alcanzado.... Y es por eso que la lucha que ustedes los humanos pueden observar en el reino animal sólo parece cruel a sus ojos, mientras que cada animal siente el cambio de su forma exterior una y otra vez como un alivio. Por lo tanto, también está permitido o es la intención de Dios que el débil sucumba ante el fuerte, que el fuerte pueda acabar con la vida del débil y así, por así decirlo, también le sirva a lo que es el ser para seguir desarrollándose. Mientras el ser esté bajo la ley de la compulsión, todo está determinado por la voluntad de Dios, también su fin y su nueva forma. Pero en cuanto el ser ha alcanzado la forma final, en la etapa de ser humano, y ha recuperado su libre albedrío, la voluntad de Dios retrocede.... Y entonces se le dan leyes al ser humano que tiene que cumplir si quiere que su vida terrenal tenga éxito.... Por un lado, está limitado por las leyes de la naturaleza y, por otro, se le presenta la voluntad de Dios, a la que debe someterse para que su desarrollo progrese y llegue a su fin, ya que el objetivo es liberarse de toda forma externa y entrar en el reino de la luz como un espíritu libre.... para volver a la casa del Padre, a Dios, de quien el ser se originó una vez....

Development of the soul.... Original spirit....

Spiritual substance matures during every developmental period, and one period can in fact suffice for the spiritual substance to progress through the creations to the point that it is able to embody itself as a human being and successfully pass its last test of will.... But several such periods may be needed for this spiritualization of hardened soul-substances if resistance is so strong that its higher development is too slow and the existence as a human being carries an added risk of the soul descending into the abyss again. For free will, which is tested during the stage as a human being, is decisive.

But prior to this, free will is constrained.... Although the hardened spiritual substance is no longer subject to God's adversary's will due to this process of development through the creations of earth.... the individual substances are nevertheless unable to use free will, instead they are controlled by God's will, that is, their process of development takes place in a state of compulsion, they are subject to God's will, Who assigns a task to all spiritual substances within the works of creation. By accomplishing this task within the law of compulsion they gradually progress, i.e. their resistance lessens; they carry out a helpful function and are able to slowly reach the state when their free will can be returned to them. And this process of development requires constant changes of the external shape.... it is a slow ascent, it is an integration with the laws of nature and therefore a submission to God's will, if only due to a certain amount of coercion which, however, only helps to relieve the being and one day is meant to provide it with the freedom to think, want and act using its own will again.

And this process through the works of creation cannot be avoided if the spiritual being is to return to God again, from Whom it had distanced itself to such an infinite extent as a result of its apostasy that it would never be able to overcome this distance of its own strength, and would never be released by God's adversary to return either if God did not remove the spiritual substance from him for the very purpose of banishing it into matter, into the creations on this earth. God's adversary is entitled to the fallen spirits because they had voluntarily followed him into the abyss.... But God has the same right because the beings emerged from His strength. Hence God is justified in removing them from the adversary's control, but in return the latter was given the right to influence the soul again when it lives on earth in the stage as a human being. And to this end the spiritual substance must have attained a degree of maturity again when it is able to use its will in order to freely decide which lord to choose.

But God cannot place the spiritual substance into this state instantly, it has to cover the process of ascent in the same progressive stages as it had descended, it has to relinquish its resistance slowly, as it cannot forcibly be broken. And this requires innumerable changes of form, through the world of rocks, plants and animals to the human being.... Every change of external shape also lessens its resistance, for the being has been of service in a state of compulsion by which it gains increasingly lighter forms.... But the sin of apostasy from God is so vast that the distance from Him is therefore vast as well, which means that untold changes of shapes are needed to reduce this distance in order to come closer to God again, when only the last free decision of will is required for the last form to fall off.... for the being to return to the Father again from Whom it had originated....

And this whole process of development within the creations of earth is a continuous battle.... The spiritual substance tries to burst the external shape because it experiences it as a constraint, but each time it also experiences the rupture of the form as a relief irrespective of its level of maturity.... And this is why the struggle, which you humans are able to observe in the animal kingdom, only seems cruel in your eyes, whereas time and again every animal experiences the change of its external shape as a relief. For this reason God permits or even wants the weaker to succumb to the stronger, the stronger to terminate the life of the weaker and, in a manner of speaking, is thereby even able to serve the spiritual substance to continue its development. Therefore, as long as the being is subject to the law of compulsion everything is determined by God, its end as well as its new formation.... However, as soon as the being has reached the stage of a human being and has received its free will again, God withdraws His will.... And then the human being is given laws which he has to observe if his earthly life is to be successful.... On the one hand he is tied to the laws of nature, and on the other hand he is informed of God's will, to which he has to submit if his development is to progress and reach a conclusion, for the goal is to become free of every external shape and to enter the kingdom of light as a free spirit.... to return to the Father's house, to God, from whence the being once originated....
